00:08:49,710 --> 00:08:51,677

de l'agence pakistanaise

de renseignements.

161

00:08:51,679 --> 00:08:53,262

Je suis d'accord.

162

00:08:54,180 --> 00:08:56,265

Excusez-moi.

163

00:08:58,918 --> 00:09:01,353

Je reviens tout de suite.

164

00:09:07,477 --> 00:09:09,094

Quelque chose que nous devons savoir ?

165

00:09:10,146 --> 00:09:12,097

Deux autres agents des services

secrets sont en fuite,

166

00:09:12,099 --> 00:09:13,449

et ils ont la clé USB.

167

00:09:13,451 --> 00:09:14,650

Trouvez-les.

168

00:09:14,652 --> 00:09:17,603

169

00:09:38,592 --> 00:09:41,226

Il y a 24 heures, tu aurais tiré.

170

00:09:41,228 --> 00:09:43,929

- J'avais pas d'ouverture.

- Si, tu en avais.

171

00:09:48,269 --> 00:09:49,852

Okay, hier, j'aurais tiré,

172

00:09:49,854 --> 00:09:53,405

mais on n'est plus hier... si ?

173

00:09:55,275 --> 00:09:57,443

Si ?

174

00:09:59,029 --> 00:10:01,330

Que s'est-il passé, là-bas ?

175

00:10:01,332 --> 00:10:03,699

Ce qui se passe toujours

lorsqu'on est sur le terrain.

176

00:10:03,701 --> 00:10:06,318

L'imprévu s'est mis sur notre chemin,

et des décisions ont été prises.

177

00:10:06,320 --> 00:10:08,170

Nous avons effectué notre debrief

d'après l'action,

178

00:10:08,172 --> 00:10:10,122

et on va de l'avant.

179

00:10:10,124 --> 00:10:12,824

Mais les imprévus sont toujours

là, M. Hanna.

180

00:10:12,826 --> 00:10:14,927

On va récupérer cette clé.

181

00:10:14,929 --> 00:10:17,663

La clé n'est pas ce à quoi

je fais allusion.

182

00:10:17,665 --> 00:10:19,298

Est-ce que votre équipe

183

00:10:19,300 --> 00:10:21,450

est prête pour la mission ?

184

00:10:22,302 --> 00:10:24,470

J'espère.

185

00:10:24,472 --> 00:10:29,058

Et bien, espérer n'est pas un

plan, M. Callen.

186

00:10:43,007 --> 00:10:44,590

J'aurais dû tirer,

187

00:10:44,592 --> 00:10:47,526

et j'ai laissé mes émotions prendre

le pas, je suis désolé.

188

00:10:47,528 --> 00:10:49,528

Sincèrement, j'essaye juste de faire

en sorte que ça fonctionne.

189

00:10:49,530 --> 00:10:52,464

Ça ne fonctionnera pas.

190

00:10:56,219 --> 00:10:58,554

Je suis debout sur mon lac gelé.

191

00:10:58,556 --> 00:11:00,756

Je ne comprends pas.

192

00:11:00,758 --> 00:11:03,676

C'est quelque chose que j'ai

appris en pratiquant le Sayoc.

193

00:11:04,678 --> 00:11:07,479

Ton lac gelé, c'est le nom que

tu donnes à ce que tu veux

194

00:11:07,481 --> 00:11:09,098

le plus au monde,

195

00:11:09,100 --> 00:11:13,018

et tu...

tu le désires tellement fort

196

00:11:13,020 --> 00:11:14,886

que tu ferais n'importe quoi

pour l'avoir.

197

00:11:15,605 --> 00:11:19,324

Et ton coeur prend le dessus.

198

00:11:19,326 --> 00:11:20,892

Mais au final...

199

00:11:20,894 --> 00:11:24,229

ça finit par te détruire.

200

00:11:25,398 --> 00:11:26,532

C'est juste là,

201

00:11:26,534 --> 00:11:28,250

à attendre au milieu de ce lac gelé.

202

00:11:28,252 --> 00:11:30,586

Et tu penses être suffisamment rapide

203

00:11:30,588 --> 00:11:34,339

pour y aller et l'attraper

avant que la glace ne craque...

204

00:11:34,341 --> 00:11:35,907

Et ce que tu vois pas...

205

00:11:35,909 --> 00:11:37,176

c'est que t'es déjà

debout sur la glace

206

00:11:37,178 --> 00:11:39,361

et tout s'effondre autour de toi.

207

00:11:42,882 --> 00:11:45,584

LAPD vient de trouver un corps.

208

00:11:45,586 --> 00:11:48,604

L'un des tireurs de l'hôtel.

209

00:11:49,606 --> 00:11:52,107

210

00:12:05,122 --> 00:12:07,956

L'avant dernier agent pakistanais.

211

00:12:07,958 --> 00:12:10,609

Un décapité, un abattu.

212

00:12:10,611 --> 00:12:12,628

Que dit la police ?

213

00:12:12,630 --> 00:12:14,079

Ils n'ont pas trouvé la clé USB.

214

00:12:14,081 --> 00:12:15,581

Le dernier tireur est en cavale.

215

00:12:15,583 --> 00:12:16,799

Ils étaient tous en fuite.

216

00:12:16,801 --> 00:12:17,916

Ça pourrait être un différent

qui a dégénéré.

217

00:12:17,918 --> 00:12:19,802

Mais ils avaient des armes.

218

00:12:19,804 --> 00:12:21,386

Si ça a dégénéré, pourquoi

perdre son temps avec des couteaux ?

219

00:12:21,388 --> 00:12:23,622

Pourquoi ne pas simplement

descendre quelqu'un ?

220

00:12:23,624 --> 00:12:24,907

Peut-être que c'était pas un différent.

221

00:12:24,909 --> 00:12:26,091

Peut-être que c'était un piège.

222

00:12:26,093 --> 00:12:27,959

Un piège tendu par quelqu'un

qui n'apprécie pas

223

00:12:27,961 --> 00:12:30,479

d'être piégé pour meurtre et

224

00:12:31,347 --> 00:12:32,765

225

00:12:32,767 --> 00:12:35,067

Peut-être qu'il est plus proche

qu'on ne croit.

226

00:12:37,354 --> 00:12:38,720

Sam ?

227

00:12:41,808 --> 00:12:43,692

Regarde la lame.

228

00:12:43,694 --> 00:12:46,311

Amener une épée à une fusillade,

il va voir ce que que ça vaut.

229

00:13:06,716 --> 00:13:08,834

J'peux pas tirer !

230

00:13:31,791 --> 00:13:34,576

Qu'est-ce que j'ai dit à propos

d'amener une épée à une fusillade ?

231

00:13:38,381 --> 00:13:39,748

Pas de clé.

232

00:13:39,750 --> 00:13:41,583

Qui êtes-vous ?

233

00:13:41,585 --> 00:13:43,201

Jemadar Thapa,

234

00:13:43,203 --> 00:13:45,470

5ème Régiment de Carabiniers Gurkhas,

235

00:13:45,472 --> 00:13:48,039

Forces spéciales des frontières.

236

00:13:48,041 --> 00:13:51,260

Jai Maa kali, Ayo Gorkhali

237

00:13:52,712 --> 00:13:54,646

"Victoire à la Déesse Kali,

238

00:13:54,648 --> 00:13:57,215

les Gurkhas arrivent."

239

00:13:57,217 --> 00:13:59,518

C'est leur cri de guerre.

240

00:14:14,441 --> 00:14:16,725

Si un homme vous dit

qu'il n'a pas peur de mourir

241

00:14:16,727 --> 00:14:20,246

Soit il ment,

soit c'est un Gurkha.

242

00:14:20,248 --> 00:14:22,031

Je parie que vous l'avez déjà entendue,

celle-là, non ?

243

00:14:22,033 --> 00:14:23,799

De la bouche de l'homme qui l'a

dit le premier,

244

00:14:23,801 --> 00:14:26,135

le dernier Field Marshal,

Sam Manekshaw,

245

00:14:26,137 --> 00:14:27,637

Le chef de l'État-major

de l'armée indienne.

246

00:14:27,639 --> 00:14:28,971

mon mentor.

247

00:14:28,973 --> 00:14:32,375

Mm. Il apprécierait de vous imaginer

en train de commettre un meurtre ?

248

00:14:32,377 --> 00:14:34,960

Sans parler de vous attaquant deux

agents fédéraux sur le sol Américain ?

249

00:14:34,962 --> 00:14:37,046

Le ministre de la Défense en Inde

250

00:14:37,048 --> 00:14:39,081

m'a envoyé ici pour réhabiliter

le nom des Gurkhas.

251

00:14:39,083 --> 00:14:40,766

Pourquoi fuir, dans ce cas ?

252

00:14:40,768 --> 00:14:43,585

Je n'avais pas envie de perdre

du temps en diplomatie

253

00:14:43,587 --> 00:14:47,640

pendant qu'un espion Pakistanais est en

fuite avec des renseignements sensibles.

254

00:14:47,642 --> 00:14:49,558

Si on voulait vous faire perdre votre

temps, vous seriez en prison, là.

255

00:14:49,560 --> 00:14:50,976

Et pour info,

256

00:14:50,978 --> 00:14:52,395

ces renseignements sensibles

257

00:14:52,397 --> 00:14:54,263

est la propriété des États-Unis.

258

00:14:54,265 --> 00:14:57,266

Ces renseignements ne me concernent pas.

259

00:14:57,268 --> 00:14:59,985

Non, ce qui vous importe c'est

la vengeance.

260

00:14:59,987 --> 00:15:01,437

J'appelle ça l'honneur.

261

00:15:01,439 --> 00:15:02,655

L'honneur ?

262

00:15:02,657 --> 00:15:04,874

C'est vraiment

263

00:15:04,876 --> 00:15:06,826

l'unique raison qui justifie

votre présence, Thapa ?

264

00:15:08,662 --> 00:15:10,162

J'obéis aux ordres.

265

00:15:10,164 --> 00:15:11,881

Rien de plus, rien de moins.

266

00:15:11,883 --> 00:15:14,333

Oui, mais cette clé USB est

plutôt tentante, n'est-ce pas ?

267

00:15:16,753 --> 00:15:18,620

Un protocole opérationnel

pour s'emparer

268

00:15:18,622 --> 00:15:19,972

de l'armement nucléaire iranien;

269

00:15:19,974 --> 00:15:21,807

pour faire disparaître à jamais

la menace imminente

270

00:15:21,809 --> 00:15:24,343

contre votre pays.

271

00:15:24,345 --> 00:15:25,678

Peut-être que votre commandant

272

00:15:25,680 --> 00:15:27,963

ne vous a pas dit de la ramener...

273

00:15:27,965 --> 00:15:31,133

mais vous seriez accueilli en héro

si vous le faisiez.

274

00:15:31,135 --> 00:15:33,936

Imaginons que vous mettiez la main

sur la clé.

275

00:15:33,938 --> 00:15:36,972

Vous vous contenteriez de

nous la remettre

276

00:15:36,974 --> 00:15:38,524

et de faire demi-tour ?

277

00:15:42,162 --> 00:15:44,280

Aucune chance qu'il nous remette

la clé sans combattre.

278

00:15:44,282 --> 00:15:46,082

Le Pentagon dit que Thapa

est en règle,

279

00:15:46,084 --> 00:15:48,701

ce qui veut dire qu'il est

officiellement de notre côté.

280

00:15:48,703 --> 00:15:50,870

Il a une femme et trois enfants

dans le sud du Bengal.

281

00:15:50,872 --> 00:15:52,505

Une attaque du Pakistan

les tuerait à coup sûr.

282

00:15:52,507 --> 00:15:55,491

Tu crois vraiment qu'il va abandonner

une chance de les garder en sécurité ?

283

00:15:55,493 --> 00:15:58,794

S'il peut contrôler ses émotions.

284

00:16:00,263 --> 00:16:02,465

Plus facile à dire qu'à faire.

285

00:16:02,467 --> 00:16:06,001

C'est jamais facile

quand tu commences à aimer.

286

00:16:06,003 --> 00:16:09,688

J'imagine que cette clé,

c'est son lac glacé ?

287

00:16:11,558 --> 00:16:15,344

Je suppose que oui.

288

00:16:18,031 --> 00:16:20,983

Il fera le bon choix.

289

00:16:25,155 --> 00:16:28,073

L'Ombre Blanche est un

homme dangereux et insaisissable.

290

00:16:28,075 --> 00:16:30,459

Ça n'est pas une mission facile, Owen.

291

00:16:30,461 --> 00:16:33,963

C'est pourquoi je m'en charge.

292

00:16:33,965 --> 00:16:37,049

Tu vas avoir besoin d'une force

d'intervention rapide.

293

00:16:37,051 --> 00:16:40,252

Je vais garder mon équipe

en veille.

294

00:16:40,254 --> 00:16:41,971

Vous avez assez à faire

pour l'instant, Henrietta,

295

00:16:41,973 --> 00:16:43,872

mais j'apprécie la proposition.

296

00:16:45,275 --> 00:16:49,395

On dirait que les années t'ont adouci.

297

00:16:52,833 --> 00:16:55,584

Vraiment ?

298

00:16:55,586 --> 00:16:56,852

Je cherche le dernier tireur,

299

00:16:56,854 --> 00:16:58,220

mais compte tenu de son

entrainement d'espion,

300

00:16:58,222 --> 00:16:59,572

c'est comme chercher une aiguille

dans une meule de foin

301

00:16:59,574 --> 00:17:01,474

Et en ce qui concerne le délit de fuite

en voiture de l’hôtel ?

302

00:17:01,476 --> 00:17:03,075

Rien de nouveau.

303

00:17:03,077 --> 00:17:05,027

J'ai lancé un kaléidoscope qui cherche

des sedans de ce model.

304

00:17:05,029 --> 00:17:07,229

On ne peut rien faire d'autre qu'attendre.

305

00:17:10,217 --> 00:17:11,951

Je pense ...

306

00:17:11,953 --> 00:17:14,503

Je ne veux pas savoir ce que tu

penses à propos de Kensi et Deeks.

307

00:17:14,505 --> 00:17:16,305

Je n'ai pas dit

ce à quoi je pensais.

308

00:17:16,307 --> 00:17:18,040

Mais je sais à quoi tu penses.

309

00:17:18,042 --> 00:17:19,708

Alors tu y penses aussi ?

310

00:17:21,378 --> 00:17:23,379

Tu penses qu'Hetty est au courant ?

311

00:17:25,248 --> 00:17:26,882

Hetty sait tout.

312

00:17:26,884 --> 00:17:28,284

C'est ce que je pensais.

313

00:17:29,919 --> 00:17:31,854

Aéroport privé.

314

00:17:33,140 --> 00:17:35,024

Le dernier tireur-- il a besoin

de quitter le pays

315

00:17:35,026 --> 00:17:37,142

mais il a été entrainé pour éviter

les lieux majeurs comme LAX

316

00:17:37,144 --> 00:17:39,528

parce qu'il sait que c'est

où nous chercherons.

317

00:17:39,530 --> 00:17:41,363

D'accord, mais le kaléidoscope

cherche déjà

318

00:17:41,365 --> 00:17:42,898

dans les parkings privés

de la piste d'atterrissage.

319

00:17:42,900 --> 00:17:46,735

Cherche dans les grands parkings

autour de ceux de l'aérodrome.

320

00:17:46,737 --> 00:17:48,404

Dans un rayon de 8 km.

321

00:17:53,728 --> 00:17:55,777

Sedan correspondant à la description

322

00:17:55,779 --> 00:17:57,779

à trois kilomètres de

l'aéroport Whiteman, à Pacoima.

323

00:17:57,781 --> 00:17:59,715

Ça semble logique...

c'est petit, pas un flux important.

324

00:17:59,717 --> 00:18:00,916

Je préviens les autres.

325

00:18:00,918 --> 00:18:02,968

Passez-moi l'agent Callen.

326

00:18:06,590 --> 00:18:09,174

Compris, Hetty.

327

00:18:09,176 --> 00:18:11,143

Changement de programme.

328

00:18:11,145 --> 00:18:13,229

Thapa vient avec nous

à la piste d'atterrissage.

329

00:18:13,231 --> 00:18:14,346

C'est une mauvaise idée.

330

00:18:14,348 --> 00:18:15,797

Sûrement.

331

00:18:15,799 --> 00:18:18,851

La secrétaire de la Navy veut qu'il

soit traité comme un membre de l'équipe.

332

00:18:18,853 --> 00:18:22,104

Elle espère renforcer nos

relations avec l'Inde.

333

00:18:22,106 --> 00:18:24,073

SECNAV n'a jamais eu l'épée

de ce type sous la gorge.

334

00:18:24,075 --> 00:18:27,026

Je vais donner à Thapa un pistolet

de l'armurerie.

335

00:18:27,028 --> 00:18:29,311

Non. Deeks, tu t'en charges.

336

00:18:29,313 --> 00:18:30,696

Kensi, tu viens avec Sam et moi.

337

00:18:30,698 --> 00:18:32,031

Pourquoi...?

338

00:18:32,033 --> 00:18:34,983

Un peu d'espace vous fera du bien.

339

00:18:36,503 --> 00:18:38,820

340

00:18:41,491 --> 00:18:43,709

Tu gères ?

341

00:18:43,711 --> 00:18:46,995

Je gère.

342

00:18:59,359 --> 00:19:00,609

Bienvenue à bord.

343

00:19:00,611 --> 00:19:02,061

344

00:19:02,063 --> 00:19:04,196

Vous débordez d'enthousiasme.

345

00:19:04,198 --> 00:19:06,815

Je préfère travailler en solo.

346

00:19:06,817 --> 00:19:08,984

Je préférais ça aussi.

347

00:19:08,986 --> 00:19:11,120

Qu'est-ce qui a changé ?

348

00:19:11,122 --> 00:19:12,905

J'ai trouvé quelqu'un qui mérite

ma confiance.

349

00:19:12,907 --> 00:19:14,690

Et votre équipe me fait confiance ?

350

00:19:14,692 --> 00:19:18,877

Je ne peux pas vraiment parler

pour mon équipe, mais...

351

00:19:21,298 --> 00:19:22,864

...moi oui.

352

00:19:24,501 --> 00:19:26,885

Pourquoi ?

353

00:19:27,721 --> 00:19:30,472

C'est une sacré bonne question.

354

00:19:30,474 --> 00:19:32,808

Je sais que vous voulez cette clé.

355

00:19:32,810 --> 00:19:35,144

Et je comprends, parce que si j'étais

vous, je la voudrais aussi.

356

00:19:35,146 --> 00:19:38,547

Et pour cette mission,

c'est handicapant.

357

00:19:38,549 --> 00:19:41,016

Mais vous allez y arriver.

358

00:19:41,018 --> 00:19:43,068

Vous pensez que je peux le faire ?

359

00:19:43,070 --> 00:19:44,553

Que mon esprit va l'emporter

sur mon coeur ?

360

00:19:44,555 --> 00:19:45,854

Mon vieux, il faut que j'y crois.

361

00:19:45,856 --> 00:19:48,190

Parce que si vous pouvez le faire,

je peux le faire aussi.

362

00:19:48,908 --> 00:19:50,409

Jemadar Thapa.

363

00:19:50,411 --> 00:19:52,077

5ème Régiment des Carabiniers Gurkhas,

364

00:19:52,079 --> 00:19:53,245

Forces spéciales des frontières.

365

00:19:53,247 --> 00:19:55,914

Inspecteur Marty Deeks.

Police de Los Angeles.

366

00:19:55,916 --> 00:19:58,917

Les Gurkhas ont un dicton :

367

00:19:58,919 --> 00:20:01,337

"Mieux vaut mourir que d'être un lâche".

368

00:20:01,339 --> 00:20:05,257

Je crois que ma partenaire

était une Gurkha dans une autre vie.

369

00:20:05,259 --> 00:20:06,575

Alors il doit être courageux.

370

00:20:06,577 --> 00:20:08,594

Eh bien, elle...

371

00:20:09,713 --> 00:20:11,680

...elle est la plus courageuse.

372

00:20:11,682 --> 00:20:14,249

Je ne vous laisserais pas tomber, Sahib.

373

00:20:22,767 --> 00:20:24,655

Le Pakistanais est un pilote confirmé.

374

00:20:24,793 --> 00:20:27,661

Tout ce dont il a besoin

c'est d'un avion.

375

00:20:31,433 --> 00:20:33,717

Le vent est bon ?

376

00:20:33,719 --> 00:20:35,135

377

00:20:35,137 --> 00:20:36,971

Tu t'es trouvé un bon ange de tir ?

378

00:20:36,973 --> 00:20:38,138

379

00:20:38,140 --> 00:20:41,225

Toujours un automatique à

1,5 km de portée ?

380

00:20:41,227 --> 00:20:43,978

381

00:20:51,903 --> 00:20:55,206

Elle adore révéler ses sentiments,

tu trouves pas ?

382

00:20:56,458 --> 00:20:58,358

Alors vous n'avez jamais eu

de partenaire ?

383

00:20:58,360 --> 00:20:59,526

384

00:20:59,528 --> 00:21:01,629

Il n'y a pas de femme Gurkhas ?

385

00:21:01,631 --> 00:21:03,130

386

00:21:03,132 --> 00:21:06,333

Vous devriez vous considérer

chanceux alors.

387

00:21:06,335 --> 00:21:09,136

Je veux dire, regardez-moi,

je me tiens sur un lac gelé.

388

00:21:09,138 --> 00:21:11,922

Et je commence à parler comme elle.

389

00:21:11,924 --> 00:21:14,425

Le cœur a besoin de discipline.

390

00:21:14,427 --> 00:21:17,928

Sans discipline, il n'y

a pas d'honneur.

391

00:21:17,930 --> 00:21:20,981

Sans honneur, on n'est rien.

392

00:21:21,900 --> 00:21:23,400

Vous savez quoi, vous êtes

plutôt cool, Thapa.

393

00:21:23,402 --> 00:21:24,718

Juste une seconde, j'ai oublié

394

00:21:24,720 --> 00:21:27,238

Que vous avez décapité quelqu'un

ce matin.

395

00:21:27,240 --> 00:21:29,490

Il n'y a qu'une seule manière de

traverser un lac gelé.

396

00:21:29,492 --> 00:21:32,576

L'agent pakistanais vient d'arriver

sur la piste d'atterrissage.

397

00:21:32,578 --> 00:21:34,194

Il est seul et à pieds.

398

00:21:37,732 --> 00:21:40,284

En attente, Deeks.

399

00:21:40,286 --> 00:21:42,202

C'est comme s'il avait rendez-vous

avec quelqu'un.

400

00:21:42,204 --> 00:21:44,705

Il n'arrivera pas au Pakistan.

401

00:21:44,707 --> 00:21:45,906

Son passeport a été signalé.

402

00:21:45,908 --> 00:21:47,258

Il sera attrapé.

403

00:21:47,260 --> 00:21:51,244

La Mafia Arménienne de Glendale a

les meilleurs faussaires de Los Angeles.

404

00:21:51,246 --> 00:21:52,930

Obtenir un faux passeport aura été

sa priorité.

405

00:21:52,932 --> 00:21:54,548

Aucune importance.

406

00:21:54,550 --> 00:21:56,249

C'est un homme mort.

407

00:21:56,251 --> 00:21:57,551

Pas de mort, d'accord,

on a besoin de lui vivant,

408

00:21:57,553 --> 00:21:59,252

ficelé des pieds à la tête,

compris ?

409

00:21:59,254 --> 00:22:00,888

Compris, sahib.

410

00:22:00,890 --> 00:22:02,439

Dès que tu cette clé, fonce.

411

00:22:02,441 --> 00:22:04,558

L'agent vient de faire passer

une enveloppe.

412

00:22:04,560 --> 00:22:07,278

Je pense que c'était de l'argent.

413

00:22:07,280 --> 00:22:10,097

Un genre de clé.

414

00:22:10,099 --> 00:22:11,532

Aucune clé USB visible.

415

00:22:11,534 --> 00:22:13,100

416

00:22:13,102 --> 00:22:14,051

417

00:22:14,053 --> 00:22:15,435

Deeks, fonce.

418

00:22:15,437 --> 00:22:17,270

Agents Fédéraux !

419

00:22:17,272 --> 00:22:18,271

Lâche ton arme !

420

00:22:20,042 --> 00:22:21,408

Restez en état d'alerte.

Vérifiez.

421

00:22:44,349 --> 00:22:46,066

Thapa s'est enfui.

422

00:22:46,068 --> 00:22:47,234

Eric ?

423

00:22:47,236 --> 00:22:49,186

Je vérifie les caméras de l'aérodrome.

424

00:23:06,287 --> 00:23:07,755

Kensi ?

425

00:23:07,757 --> 00:23:10,490

- The Gurkha ?

- Aucun visuel sur Thapa.

426

00:23:14,846 --> 00:23:16,213

427

00:23:21,853 --> 00:23:24,838

Non, non.

428

00:23:24,840 --> 00:23:27,507

La clé s'est envolée.

429

00:23:51,232 --> 00:23:52,916

Laisse moi deviner.

Tu as de mauvaises nouvelles

430

00:23:52,918 --> 00:23:55,119

et puis tu as "Fredo à la fin du

Parrain II".

431

00:23:55,120 --> 00:23:56,069

mauvaises nouvelles.

432

00:23:56,071 --> 00:23:58,088

Génial. Donne-moi les mauvaises

nouvelles en premier.

433

00:23:58,090 --> 00:24:00,310

Les nouvelles ne sont pas bonnes,

mais je ne suis pas un messager, Deeks.

434

00:24:00,311 --> 00:24:01,817

Quoi, t'es le mec qui va me faire

le discours de motivation ?

435

00:24:01,818 --> 00:24:04,343

Je suis celui qui te rappelle que

tu n'es pas là dedans tout seul.

436

00:24:04,963 --> 00:24:06,129

Voici la mauvaise nouvelle :

437

00:24:06,131 --> 00:24:07,898

Les Pakistanais

438

00:24:07,900 --> 00:24:09,933

ont trouvé un avion sur internet,

ils ont payé le propriétaire,

439

00:24:09,935 --> 00:24:12,869

pour faire un tour.

Le propriétaire ne savait pas

440

00:24:12,871 --> 00:24:14,371

dans quoi il mettait les pieds.

441

00:24:14,373 --> 00:24:16,606

Il était mort dès son arrivée

sur le tarmac.

442

00:24:16,608 --> 00:24:18,592

Okay. Balance moi Fredo.

443

00:24:18,594 --> 00:24:21,061

Thapa est dans la nature.

Aucune trace de lui.

444

00:24:21,063 --> 00:24:23,914

- Super.

- Eric vérifie les caméras,

445

00:24:23,916 --> 00:24:26,400

il a prévenu les autorités,

des unités du FBI sont en route.

446

00:24:26,425 --> 00:24:27,335

- Et tu penses

447

00:24:27,336 --> 00:24:29,369

que ça suffira pour débusquer

un Gurkha tenant le Saint Graal

448

00:24:29,371 --> 00:24:31,121

des renseignements dans sa poche ?

- Ses cartes de crédit

449

00:24:31,123 --> 00:24:32,489

et ses comptes bancaires sont gelés.

450

00:24:32,491 --> 00:24:35,542

Le gouvernement indien l'a désavoué

pour avoir violé des ordres directs.

451

00:24:35,544 --> 00:24:38,278

C'est un incident international.

452

00:24:38,280 --> 00:24:40,447

Thapa est le mec le plus

recherché de L.A.

453

00:24:40,449 --> 00:24:41,725

Ouais, je sais. Et je suis celui

qui lui faisait confiance.

454

00:24:41,750 --> 00:24:42,833

Peut-être que tu m'as

455

00:24:42,834 --> 00:24:44,518

pas bien entendu il y a un instant.

- Non, j'ai entendu.

456

00:24:44,520 --> 00:24:45,969

Je suis pas seul. J'ai compris.

457

00:24:45,971 --> 00:24:47,938

Écoutez,

458

00:24:47,940 --> 00:24:49,356

juste pour info,

459

00:24:49,358 --> 00:24:50,824

Kensi m'a dit de tirer, à l'hôtel.

460

00:24:50,826 --> 00:24:52,842

Je l'ai déjà fait auparavant,

je sais ce que c'est,

461

00:24:52,844 --> 00:24:55,462

simplement là j'ai pas pu.

462

00:24:55,464 --> 00:24:56,963

Replace-nous dans la course.

463

00:25:00,501 --> 00:25:03,236

Je crois que je sais comment trouver

Thapa et récupérer la clé.

464

00:25:03,238 --> 00:25:05,322

Quelque chose me dit que tu

en sais plus que nous.

465

00:25:05,324 --> 00:25:07,974

Dingue, pas vrai ?

466

00:25:14,865 --> 00:25:18,001

Hetty, je peux arranger ça.

467

00:25:18,003 --> 00:25:20,220

Vous avez différents problèmes,

M. Deeks.

468

00:25:20,222 --> 00:25:22,472

Duquel parlons-nous ?

469

00:25:23,707 --> 00:25:25,041

Je parle du Gurkha.

470

00:25:25,043 --> 00:25:26,359

J'ai un plan concernant le Gurkha.

471

00:25:28,013 --> 00:25:30,213

Je suis  sûre que c'est brillant.

472

00:25:30,215 --> 00:25:31,598

Dites-moi.

473

00:25:31,600 --> 00:25:33,716

Je ne pense pas que ce type

va trahir son pays

474

00:25:33,718 --> 00:25:36,019

et vendre la clé au plus offrant.

475

00:25:36,021 --> 00:25:38,271

C'est un patriote,

476

00:25:38,273 --> 00:25:40,774

un soldat, et s'il ramène le protocole

477

00:25:40,776 --> 00:25:42,692

pour neutraliser le Pakistan,

il y a de grandes chances

478

00:25:42,694 --> 00:25:44,227

que l'Inde accepte de le reprendre.

479

00:25:45,414 --> 00:25:48,615

Mieux vaut demander pardon

que permission.

480

00:25:48,617 --> 00:25:49,783

481

00:25:49,785 --> 00:25:51,268

Qu'elle est l'étape suivante ?

482

00:25:51,270 --> 00:25:52,919

Il faut qu'il s'échappe de Los Angeles,

483

00:25:52,921 --> 00:25:54,421

ce qui veut dire qu'il a

besoin d'un nouveau passeport,

484

00:25:54,423 --> 00:25:56,873

il a besoin d'une nouvelle identité et,

sachant à quel point il est recherché,

485

00:25:56,875 --> 00:25:58,625

ça doit être du solide.

486

00:25:58,627 --> 00:26:01,094

C'est très difficile, M. Deeks.

487

00:26:01,096 --> 00:26:03,213

Thapa est un étranger dans cette ville.

488

00:26:03,215 --> 00:26:05,131

Comment saurait-il où aller ?

489

00:26:05,133 --> 00:26:07,017

Parce que je lui ai dit.

490

00:26:07,019 --> 00:26:09,302

Je...

491

00:26:09,304 --> 00:26:13,440

j'ai évoqué la mafia arménienne

de Glendale.

492

00:26:13,442 --> 00:26:16,226

Elle est gérée par une femme

nommée Talité Pambakian.

493

00:26:16,228 --> 00:26:19,429

- Vous savez où la trouver ?

- J'ai passé deux semaines

494

00:26:19,431 --> 00:26:22,983

à infiltrer son équipe,

en mission sous couverture.

495

00:26:22,985 --> 00:26:25,652

On a établit le contact.

Elle pense que je suis avocat.

496

00:26:25,654 --> 00:26:27,287

Et que s'est-il passé ?

497

00:26:27,289 --> 00:26:30,991

Elle a découvert qu'il y avait

un autre flic bossant sous couverture

498

00:26:30,993 --> 00:26:32,792

et elle lui a mis

une balle dans la tête.

499

00:26:34,695 --> 00:26:39,232

Naturellement, LAPD a tout annulé

et ils m'ont sortit de là.

500

00:26:40,051 --> 00:26:43,887

Et vous souhaitez

rétablir le contact.

501

00:26:43,889 --> 00:26:45,422

Thapa est en route

pour la voir.

502

00:26:45,424 --> 00:26:47,307

Tout ce que j'ai à faire

c'est arriver avant lui.

503

00:26:49,977 --> 00:26:52,162

Vous avez besoin d'un costume.

504

00:26:57,101 --> 00:26:58,568

Hetty t'a briefée ?

505

00:26:59,905 --> 00:27:01,488

On a repéré l'endroit là-haut

506

00:27:01,490 --> 00:27:03,156

et, franchement, je n'aime pas ça.

507

00:27:03,158 --> 00:27:05,742

Impossible pour nous de te

 rejoindre si ça tourne mal.

508

00:27:05,744 --> 00:27:08,945

On a pas d'autre option.

C'est la seule solution.

509

00:27:08,947 --> 00:27:11,248

Tu veux dire la seule solution

qui permet de te racheter

510

00:27:11,250 --> 00:27:13,750

pour l'hôtel et Thapa ?

511

00:27:17,288 --> 00:27:20,040

Tu peux faire quelque chose pour moi ?

512

00:27:20,042 --> 00:27:22,992

Quoi ?

513

00:27:22,994 --> 00:27:25,995

Tu peux essayer de faire

comme si je n'étais pas Deeks

514

00:27:25,997 --> 00:27:28,515

et que tu n'étais pas Kensi

515

00:27:28,517 --> 00:27:29,683

et que nous ne sommes pas partenaires

516

00:27:29,685 --> 00:27:31,801

et que personne n'essaye

de sauver le monde ?

517

00:27:31,803 --> 00:27:34,771

Juste pour une seconde faire comme si

on était un garçon et une fille

518

00:27:34,773 --> 00:27:36,222

qui sont juste de sortie ?

519

00:27:36,224 --> 00:27:38,191

On peut...

520

00:27:38,193 --> 00:27:41,144

se balader dans mon pickup,

prendre une glace,

521

00:27:41,146 --> 00:27:42,345

aller au bowling.

522

00:27:44,982 --> 00:27:48,401

C'est ce qui est bien,

les possibilités sont infinies.

523

00:27:48,403 --> 00:27:50,654

On est jeunes.

524

00:27:50,656 --> 00:27:54,040

On a toute la vie devant nous.

525

00:27:59,547 --> 00:28:02,699

Je m'appelle Fern. Salut.

526

00:28:03,534 --> 00:28:04,884

Tu es Fern.

527

00:28:06,338 --> 00:28:09,339

Ravi de te rencontrer, Fern.

Je suis Max.

528

00:28:09,341 --> 00:28:11,374

Enchantée.

529

00:28:11,376 --> 00:28:12,559

Tu as des plans pour ce soir ?

530

00:28:12,561 --> 00:28:14,477

Je ne sais pas, c'est compliqué.

531

00:28:14,479 --> 00:28:15,929

Pas de mon point de vue.

532

00:28:15,931 --> 00:28:17,180

- J'ai un copain.

- Tout comme

533

00:28:17,182 --> 00:28:18,515

ma copine.

534

00:28:18,517 --> 00:28:21,685

C'est un beau costume.

535

00:28:21,687 --> 00:28:23,520

Le seul problème

536

00:28:23,522 --> 00:28:24,771

c'est qu'il est trop serré.

537

00:28:24,773 --> 00:28:26,773

Ça va être dur de

dissimuler une arme.

538

00:28:26,775 --> 00:28:29,776

Le premier truc que les gardes

feront sera de me palper.

539

00:28:29,778 --> 00:28:32,278

Ils la trouveront de toute façon.

540

00:28:36,117 --> 00:28:38,735

541

00:28:40,571 --> 00:28:41,952

Je ne peux pas le prendre.

542

00:28:41,952 --> 00:28:43,501

Mon équipier ne sort pas désarmé.

543

00:28:44,509 --> 00:28:46,676

Prend-le.

544

00:28:50,464 --> 00:28:53,550

Aucune fille ne m'a jamais donné

son couteau auparavant.

545

00:28:53,552 --> 00:28:57,437

Est-ce que ça veut dire

qu'on est... en couple ?

546

00:29:00,524 --> 00:29:03,610

Quelques fois un couteau

n'est qu'un couteau.

547

00:29:12,102 --> 00:29:14,070

Emmène-nous là-bas, Eric.

548

00:29:14,072 --> 00:29:16,990

Tous les murs sont en béton.

Une sacré épaisseur.

549

00:29:16,992 --> 00:29:18,958

C'est du solide,

le seul moyen d'entrer

550

00:29:18,960 --> 00:29:20,827

c'est par la porte de devant.

Il faut passer deux gardes

551

00:29:20,829 --> 00:29:23,329

devant et probablement

d'autres à l'intérieur.

552

00:29:23,331 --> 00:29:25,081

Où se trouve Talita ?

553

00:29:25,083 --> 00:29:26,966

Les schémas montrent

554

00:29:26,968 --> 00:29:28,918

un bureau dans le fond du bâtiment,

555

00:29:28,920 --> 00:29:30,787

mais il faut traverser

un couloir étroit

556

00:29:30,789 --> 00:29:31,838

pour y arriver.

557

00:29:31,840 --> 00:29:33,456

Entonnoir fatal.

558

00:29:33,458 --> 00:29:35,959

Un cauchemar stratégique.

559

00:29:43,734 --> 00:29:44,768

Les communications sont bonnes ?

560

00:29:44,770 --> 00:29:46,102

5 sur 5.

561

00:30:00,534 --> 00:30:02,669

Je viens voir Talita.

562

00:30:02,671 --> 00:30:04,204

- T'as un rendez-vous ?

- Dites-lui

563

00:30:04,206 --> 00:30:06,139

que Marty Finch est là pour la voir.

564

00:30:06,141 --> 00:30:08,158

Peut-être que t'es un flic, Marty Finch.

565

00:30:08,160 --> 00:30:09,876

Appelle son avocat.

566

00:30:09,878 --> 00:30:12,061

C'est un timing impeccable,

vu que je suis son avocat.

567

00:30:14,164 --> 00:30:15,381

Un type nommé Marty Finch est là.

568

00:30:15,383 --> 00:30:18,034

Envoi-le.

569

00:30:20,055 --> 00:30:21,354

Il peut passer.

570

00:30:21,356 --> 00:30:23,523

C'est parti.

571

00:30:28,112 --> 00:30:31,281

Première porte à droite.

572

00:30:36,487 --> 00:30:39,072

T'es ce mec qui a réglé cette

affaire de drogue

573

00:30:39,074 --> 00:30:41,324

en 2009 ?

574

00:30:43,244 --> 00:30:45,328

Passe-nous toutes tes armes.

575

00:30:45,330 --> 00:30:47,714

Je n'en porte pas.

576

00:30:47,716 --> 00:30:49,466

Vérifie s'il porte un micro.

577

00:30:49,468 --> 00:30:51,251

La communication est morte

dans cette zone

578

00:30:51,253 --> 00:30:53,753

de l'immeuble, les gars.

J'ai les mains liées.

579

00:30:54,588 --> 00:30:57,006

Alors on attend.

580

00:30:57,008 --> 00:30:59,208

C'est bon ?

581

00:31:01,512 --> 00:31:03,763

C'est bon.

582

00:31:12,723 --> 00:31:14,891

Ça t'a plu ?

583

00:31:15,726 --> 00:31:17,610

Il est réglo.

584

00:31:23,567 --> 00:31:25,902

De retour d'entre les morts,

monsieur le conseiller ?

585

00:31:25,904 --> 00:31:30,173

Pas mort, Talita,

simplement très occupé.

586

00:31:30,175 --> 00:31:32,542

Si tu ne bosses pas pour moi,

587

00:31:32,544 --> 00:31:34,677

c'est la même chose.

588

00:31:34,679 --> 00:31:36,513

Écoutons ce que t'as à raconter.

589

00:31:36,515 --> 00:31:38,798

T'es venu pour trafiquer

quelque chose, pas vrai ?

590

00:31:38,800 --> 00:31:40,683

C'est le moment où je te dis

que tu es toujours aussi belle

591

00:31:40,685 --> 00:31:42,218

et que ton business est au top ?

592

00:31:42,220 --> 00:31:44,787

Le seul problème

c'est que je ne mens pas aux clients.

593

00:31:44,789 --> 00:31:46,523

Tu es foutue, Talita.

594

00:31:46,525 --> 00:31:49,258

- LAPD est après toi.

- Ils savent

595

00:31:49,260 --> 00:31:51,811

ce qui se passe quand des infiltrés

se montrent devant ma porte.

596

00:31:51,813 --> 00:31:54,230

Malheureusement pour toi,

ils n'oublient pas.

597

00:31:54,232 --> 00:31:57,116

Mon contact dit qu'il y en a un

autre qui est en chemin.

598

00:31:57,118 --> 00:32:00,453

Petit mec, peut-être 1m65,

peau sombre avec une histoire

599

00:32:00,455 --> 00:32:03,957

à propos d'un besoin urgent de papiers

pour retourner en Inde.

600

00:32:03,959 --> 00:32:06,326

J'attends, Finch.

601

00:32:06,328 --> 00:32:07,961

De quoi tu parles ?

Qu'est-ce que tu attends ?

602

00:32:07,963 --> 00:32:08,962

C'était totalement gratuit.

603

00:32:08,964 --> 00:32:12,281

Je suis toujours aussi belle ?

604

00:32:12,283 --> 00:32:15,117

Je mentais.

605

00:32:15,119 --> 00:32:17,220

Tu es toujours très belle.

606

00:32:17,222 --> 00:32:19,973

- Qu'est-ce que tu veux ?

- Tu as beaucoup

607

00:32:19,975 --> 00:32:21,591

de crétins avec des flingues,

608

00:32:21,593 --> 00:32:23,142

mais personne pour remettre à flot

609

00:32:23,144 --> 00:32:26,462

ton organisation et la rendre légale.

610

00:32:26,464 --> 00:32:28,431

- C'est ce que je veux.

- Toujours

611

00:32:28,433 --> 00:32:29,782

pour le même tarif ?

612

00:32:29,784 --> 00:32:31,251

Non. On joue dans la cours des grands.

613

00:32:31,253 --> 00:32:33,970

Plus d'avances sur honoraire.

Je veux un pourcentage.

614

00:32:33,972 --> 00:32:35,238

La cours des grands ?

615

00:32:35,991 --> 00:32:37,373

J'aime ça.

616

00:32:43,080 --> 00:32:45,281

- Fais attention au costume.

- Debout.

617

00:32:45,283 --> 00:32:48,835

Je n'ai pas trop aimé

le coup vite fait bien fait

618

00:32:48,837 --> 00:32:51,337

que t'as effectué en 2009.

619

00:32:51,339 --> 00:32:53,122

Faisons les choses bien cette fois.

620

00:32:53,124 --> 00:32:55,291

Prouve-moi que tu es loyal.

621

00:32:55,293 --> 00:32:57,093

De quoi tu parles ?

622

00:32:57,095 --> 00:33:01,330

Il y a une place pour toi

dans la cours des grands.

623

00:33:01,332 --> 00:33:03,666

Mais il faut que tu la prennes.

624

00:33:03,668 --> 00:33:05,852

Montre lui.

625

00:33:20,985 --> 00:33:23,019

Ton contact avait raison.

626

00:33:23,021 --> 00:33:25,187

Ce type a débarqué,

627

00:33:25,189 --> 00:33:27,707

disant qu'il avait besoin

d'un passeport nickel,très vite.

628

00:33:27,709 --> 00:33:30,359

Mais si c'est un flic,

629

00:33:30,361 --> 00:33:32,328

Comment ça se fait que,

quand on l'a tabassé,

630

00:33:32,330 --> 00:33:34,497

on a trouvé qu'une clé USB ?

631

00:33:34,499 --> 00:33:37,967

Je sais rien à propos d'une clé.

632

00:33:37,969 --> 00:33:39,052

Maintenant que je l'ai,

633

00:33:39,054 --> 00:33:42,422

je n'ai pas besoin de lui, pas vrai ?

634

00:33:44,391 --> 00:33:46,876

Prouve ta loyauté.

635

00:33:48,262 --> 00:33:50,430

Prend-le.

636

00:33:54,551 --> 00:33:56,552

Le minus ici présent a oublié

637

00:33:56,554 --> 00:33:59,388

qu'il n'y a aucun honneur

parmi les voleurs.

638

00:34:03,662 --> 00:34:05,328

Il est isolé depuis un moment.

639

00:34:05,330 --> 00:34:07,580

On savait que le bâtiment

était problématique.

640

00:34:09,833 --> 00:34:12,035

- Je ne tire pas sur les gens, Talita.

- Peut-être pas comme métier,

641

00:34:12,037 --> 00:34:16,589

mais n'importe qui peut se tenir devant

un homme battu et presser la gachette.

642

00:34:16,591 --> 00:34:17,674

Je n'ai mis

643

00:34:17,676 --> 00:34:19,625

qu'une seule balle dans cette arme.

644

00:34:19,627 --> 00:34:22,762

Ne rate pas ta cible.

645

00:34:24,414 --> 00:34:26,215

Maintenant, Finch,

646

00:34:26,217 --> 00:34:30,636

ou on va avoir deux corps

pendus à ces crochets.

647

00:35:04,059 --> 00:35:05,994

Eric ?

648

00:35:05,996 --> 00:35:07,278

Le signal est au maximum.

649

00:35:07,280 --> 00:35:08,896

Il y a rien que nous puissions faire.

650

00:35:08,898 --> 00:35:09,781

Beaucoup d'armes à feu

651

00:35:09,783 --> 00:35:11,232

dans cet endroit.

652

00:35:11,234 --> 00:35:12,200

Si on rentre,

653

00:35:12,202 --> 00:35:13,368

on rentre en force.

654

00:35:13,370 --> 00:35:15,336

Laissons-lui encore une minute,

655

00:35:15,338 --> 00:35:17,572

ensuite on fonce.

656

00:35:17,574 --> 00:35:19,407

Entendu ?

657

00:35:20,209 --> 00:35:21,459

Kensi ?

658

00:35:28,083 --> 00:35:29,467

Kensi...!

659

00:35:29,469 --> 00:35:31,252

Bordel. Eric, préviens la police

que ça va devenir chaud.

660

00:35:31,254 --> 00:35:32,587

Bien reçu.

661

00:35:33,355 --> 00:35:34,806

Kensi !

662

00:35:43,449 --> 00:35:44,932

Lâche ça !

Agent fédéral !

663

00:35:49,772 --> 00:35:51,122

Deeks !

664

00:36:03,886 --> 00:36:05,887

Tu es cinglé ?

665

00:36:05,889 --> 00:36:07,121

Tu m'as presque arraché la tête.

666

00:36:07,123 --> 00:36:08,339

Qui tire dans ces conditions ?

667

00:36:08,341 --> 00:36:10,458

T'as mis le temps pour comprendre.

668

00:36:10,460 --> 00:36:11,509

Reste avec moi, Thapa.

669

00:36:20,486 --> 00:36:23,021

Je vous dois des excuses, les mecs.

670

00:36:23,023 --> 00:36:23,988

Je suis désolée.

671

00:36:23,990 --> 00:36:25,073

Dis-moi que t'as récupéré la clé USB,

672

00:36:25,075 --> 00:36:26,407

et on oublie tout ça.

673

00:36:26,409 --> 00:36:27,942

Je ne l'ai pas.

674

00:36:27,944 --> 00:36:29,143

Qui l'a... Deeks ?

675

00:36:29,145 --> 00:36:30,245

676

00:36:30,247 --> 00:36:32,480

Il m'aurait avertit

s'il l'avait, non ?

677

00:36:32,482 --> 00:36:33,832

Mais je ...

678

00:36:33,834 --> 00:36:35,366

Aucune chance que

le Gurkha ait mis la main dessus.

679

00:36:35,368 --> 00:36:37,368

Donc elle est forcément ici.

Je vais la trouver.

680

00:36:40,289 --> 00:36:42,373

Je pense poche intérieure de la veste,

681

00:36:42,375 --> 00:36:44,592

côté gauche.

682

00:36:44,594 --> 00:36:46,544

Je penche pour le droit.

683

00:36:53,502 --> 00:36:55,603

684

00:36:55,605 --> 00:36:57,672

Bien joué.

685

00:36:59,475 --> 00:37:03,862

Kensi... excuses acceptées.

686

00:37:05,531 --> 00:37:07,115

Va retrouver ton partenaire.

687

00:37:07,117 --> 00:37:09,284

688

00:37:12,154 --> 00:37:14,021

Beaucoup de problèmes

attachés à ce truc.

689

00:37:14,023 --> 00:37:14,989

C'est vrai,

690

00:37:14,991 --> 00:37:16,357

Alors mettons-le en sécurité.

691

00:37:16,359 --> 00:37:17,825

Tu sais quoi ?

692

00:37:17,827 --> 00:37:20,194

C'est une bonne idée.

693

00:37:20,196 --> 00:37:22,213

Surveille mes arrières, G.

694

00:37:24,334 --> 00:37:25,984

Et voilà.

695

00:37:32,675 --> 00:37:34,559

Il a perdu beaucoup de sang,

mais il vivra.

696

00:37:34,561 --> 00:37:36,761

Gurkhas...

Il faut se fier aux apparences.

697

00:37:36,763 --> 00:37:37,921

Deeks ...

698

00:37:37,922 --> 00:37:39,072

Je vais aller avec lui à l'hôpital.

699

00:37:39,073 --> 00:37:41,044

Non, attends,

s'il te plait, laisse-moi juste...

700

00:37:41,884 --> 00:37:43,234

Je veux juste te dire un truc.

701

00:37:46,022 --> 00:37:48,189

On va gérer tout ça.

702

00:37:48,191 --> 00:37:51,225

Tout ce qu'on doit faire

c'est en parler.

703

00:37:51,227 --> 00:37:53,894

Mais t'aimes pas vraiment

704

00:37:53,896 --> 00:37:55,697

la discussion à propos de ça.

705

00:37:55,699 --> 00:37:58,533

Oui, mais je te promets

que je vais m'améliorer à ça.

706

00:37:59,451 --> 00:38:01,920

Comment ça "à ça" ?

707

00:38:03,756 --> 00:38:07,908

Ça... Tu sais.

708

00:38:07,910 --> 00:38:10,411

Ce truc ?

709

00:38:13,716 --> 00:38:16,467

Oui, notre... truc.

710

00:38:16,469 --> 00:38:18,019

Désolé mais...

En fait, j'ai pas bien entendu

711

00:38:18,021 --> 00:38:19,887

car il y a tellement de gens

qui circulent autour de nous.

712

00:38:19,889 --> 00:38:22,140

Si tu pouvais  le dire

un peu plus fort pour moi.

713

00:38:22,142 --> 00:38:23,858

Juste une fois, juste dis-le.

714

00:38:23,860 --> 00:38:25,059

Je te déteste.

715

00:38:25,061 --> 00:38:27,061

Non, tu ne me détestes pas.

716

00:38:27,063 --> 00:38:28,896

Notre truc.

717

00:38:35,270 --> 00:38:37,322

Tu dois aussi me promettre

quelque chose, cependant.

718

00:38:37,324 --> 00:38:39,574

Ce que tu veux.

719

00:38:40,542 --> 00:38:42,744

Promets-moi que tu seras patient ?

720

00:38:44,446 --> 00:38:47,215

Ça marche pour moi.

721

00:38:47,217 --> 00:38:49,784

Je te vois ce soir ?

722

00:38:54,056 --> 00:38:56,174

Tu m'accordes une faveur, Fern ?

723

00:38:56,176 --> 00:38:57,425

Ce que tu veux.

724

00:38:57,427 --> 00:39:00,094

Tu veux bien brûler

cette chemise pour moi ?

725

00:39:09,806 --> 00:39:14,742

Vous avez vu du bon en moi quand je ne

pouvais même pas le voir moi-même.

726

00:39:14,744 --> 00:39:17,829

Je n'oublierai jamais ça, Sahib.

727

00:39:19,231 --> 00:39:21,582

Au fait, vous aviez commencé

à me dire quelque chose

728

00:39:21,584 --> 00:39:23,034

quand on était sur

les pistes d'atterrissage.

729

00:39:23,036 --> 00:39:27,988

Vous parliez du seul moyen

pour traverser un lac gelé.

730

00:39:30,259 --> 00:39:32,377

Ne cours pas.

731

00:39:32,379 --> 00:39:34,545

Marche doucement.

732

00:39:34,547 --> 00:39:38,016

Prenez le temps de regarder partout.

733

00:39:38,018 --> 00:39:40,051

Ne vous pressez pas.

734

00:39:40,053 --> 00:39:42,503

Elle vous attendra.

735

00:39:58,070 --> 00:39:59,037

Tu attends Deeks ?

736

00:40:01,990 --> 00:40:04,242

Rangez vos affaires, Agent Blye.

737

00:40:07,212 --> 00:40:08,196

Pardon ?

738

00:40:08,198 --> 00:40:10,415

Il y a un C-130 qui vous attend.

739

00:40:10,417 --> 00:40:12,250

Vous avez été réassignée.

740

00:40:13,719 --> 00:40:15,586

Réassignée ?

741

00:40:18,307 --> 00:40:19,688

Hetty, le Directeur Assistant

Granger dit

742

00:40:19,713 --> 00:40:20,994

que j'ai été réassignée.

743

00:40:21,878 --> 00:40:24,262

C'est exact.

744

00:40:24,264 --> 00:40:25,730

Vous allez avoir besoin

d'une chemise propre,

745

00:40:25,732 --> 00:40:27,682

Mlle Blye.

746

00:40:27,684 --> 00:40:29,600

Pourquoi il fait ça ?

747

00:40:29,602 --> 00:40:31,519

Ce n'est pas lui. C'est moi.

748

00:40:33,823 --> 00:40:36,858

Quand serai-je de retour ?

749

00:40:36,860 --> 00:40:38,359

Quand le travail sera terminé.

750

00:40:38,361 --> 00:40:41,195

Allons-y, Agent Blye.

751

00:40:57,346 --> 00:41:00,181

De quoi s'agit-il, Hetty ?

752

00:41:00,183 --> 00:41:01,883

"Secret défense," messieurs.

753

00:41:01,885 --> 00:41:05,136

Vous allez finir par arrêter de nous

déplacer comme les pions d'un échiquier ?

754

00:41:05,138 --> 00:41:07,522

Je ne déplace pas de pions, M. Callen.

755

00:41:07,524 --> 00:41:09,724

Je déplace le plateau de jeu.

756

00:41:11,944 --> 00:41:14,812

Bonne nuit.

757

00:41:19,284 --> 00:41:23,221

Oh, sérieusement, j'ai violé chaque loi

du code de la route

758

00:41:23,223 --> 00:41:27,375

pour arriver ici et

elle est déjà partie ?

759

00:41:27,377 --> 00:41:30,711

Votre partenaire a été

réassigné, M. Deeks.

760

00:41:30,713 --> 00:41:33,831

Comment ça ?

Comment ça, réassignée ?

761

00:41:33,833 --> 00:41:36,667

Une mission top secrète.

762

00:41:37,970 --> 00:41:41,622

Une mission top secrète

pour combien de temps ?

763

00:41:41,624 --> 00:41:43,791

Indéfiniment.

764

00:41:47,597 --> 00:41:49,514

Indéfiniment.

765

00:41:54,520 --> 00:41:57,355

Ça me semble familier.

766

00:41:57,357 --> 00:41:59,857

C'était à son père.

767

00:41:59,859 --> 00:42:03,110

Eh bien, c'est un sacré présent.

768

00:42:06,332 --> 00:42:09,483

Eh bien, quelques fois un couteau

n'est qu'un couteau.

769

00:42:12,153 --> 00:42:15,806

Et maintenant elle vous l'a confié.

770

00:42:24,833 --> 00:42:27,602

Autre chose que

je devrais savoir, Hetty ?

771

00:42:32,975 --> 00:42:35,159

Boutonnez-vous, M. Deeks.

772

00:42:36,011 --> 00:42:39,647

Il fait froid dehors.

773

00:43:04,089 --> 00:43:09,089

[US Naval Support Activity in Bahrain. A man comes in through a gate that guards open]

GUARD: Good evening, Mr. Hill.

HILL: How you doing?

[Hill enters a room, turns the light on and opens a safe box. He puts a thumb drive inside– and suddenly a big blade (a kukri) appears. Hill is assaulted by a hooded man; he tries to fight back but very soon there’s a body thud noise…The intruder takes the thumb drive and leaves – he walks in the blood, between the body and …the head…]

    ♫ ♫ NCIS: LA 5x10 ♫ ♫ The Frozen Lake ♫ ♫

♫ ♫ Original air date on November 26, 2013 ♫ ♫

[NCIS office. Bullpen. Deeks is working – Sam & G are coming in…]

CALLEN: What the...? Anomaly in the room.

SAM: Deeks hard at work.

CALLEN: Deeks not talking.

SAM: Interesting.

CALLEN: Mm-hmm. Very  interesting.

DEEKS: Interesting? No, no. I'm, uh, not interesting.

[He’s back to work]

SAM: Now that's interesting.

CALLEN: Don't mind us, Deeks.

[They sit down]

SAM: Won't make eye contact.

CALLEN: Elevated heart rate.

SAM: Fidgety--not from the coffee.

CALLEN: Sweaty-- and it's not the climate.

DEEKS: Come on, guys.

SAM: Defensive.

DEEKS: I just... I think that maybe the coffee is just stronger today.

CALLEN: Changing the subject. And he's got some dark rings under his eyes.

KENSI: Morning.

[Deeks doesn’t greet her]

SAM: Your partner's acting weird.

KENSI: My partner is weird.

CALLEN: She has a point.

SAM: Oh, he's unresponsive.

CALLEN: Creative avoidance. [He looks at Kensi] What do you think?

[Kensi looks panicked]

SAM: Isn't that the same shirt you had on yesterday?

CALLEN: Wow. This is a first. Neither of you have anything to say.

KENSI: No, no, I...

[Deeks opens the mouth but doesn’t find anything to say – Luckily Eric whistles]

ERIC: Case on deck-- quick briefing, and then our day gets tactical.

[Deeks and Kensi get up]

DEEKS: Go ahead.

KENSI: It’s OK.

DEEKS: No, go ahead.

KENSI: That’s right.

DEEKS: No, go ahead.

KENSI: Sorry.

DEEKS: No, I think you should go first, 'cause we should go to ops...

KENSI: Okay.

DEEKS: separately.

[Callen laughs]

SAM: No... no...no!

[Hetty is in the mezzanine, staring at them. She walks away, lost in thoughts]

GRANGER: A penny for your thoughts?

HETTY: Price has gone up.

GRANGER: There's no discount for shared history?

HETTY: No; no discount for you, because you're one of the few who understand the cost.

GRANGER: That sounds like a compliment.

HETTY: Or a curse.

GRANGER: Something else has come up. You're not gonna like it.

[He hands her a highly classified file called “White Ghost”]

GRANGER: Don't shoot the messenger.

HETTY: It was only a matter of time.

[She nods…]

[OPS center. Photos of the head on the floor in Bahrain on screen; with a Ron Hill ID]

NELL: 24 hours ago, a Pentagon consultant named Ron Hill was murdered at the Naval Central Command in Bahrain. He created contingencies for Joint Special Operations Command.

CALLEN: The art of gaming unpredictable global events.

NELL: And he was about to deliver a plan for seizing Pakistan's nuclear arsenal.

SAM: If a coup happens, the United States wants to make sure those WMDs don't fall in the wrong hands. Problem is, contingency plans cut both ways.

CALLEN: For us, it's a solution. For the other side, it's an opportunity. The plan to secure Pakistan's nukes could also be exploited as a plan to steal them.

ERIC: Hill transferred the plan to a thumb drive. It was the only copy, impossible to duplicate.

DEEKS: Lot of buyers in the black market for intel like that.

SAM: Lot of murder suspects, too.

KENSI: Killer knew his blade. Taking a head with one cut takes skill.

CALLEN: I've been to that base in Bahrain. Gurkhas pull security there.

DEEKS: Gerka-what? Who?

SAM: Commandos recruited from the mountains of Nepal at age 14.

[Eric puts onto screen maps and photos]

SAM: Hand 'em a gun, and they'll tear up a shooting range.

CALLEN: You hand them a knife, they'll wipe out an entire city without making a noise. They're good with any blade, but they made the kukri famous.

KENSI: They're legendary. The average Gurkha's about five, four, 125 pounds, and rumor has it, they stacked more kills in Afghanistan than anyone else, except for America and England.

DEEKS: Well, nothing brings out your inner fangirl like a guy with a knife.

ERIC: Security detail in Bahrain on the night of Hill's murder were, in fact, Gurkhas on loan from India's Army.

NELL: And they claim they're being framed for Hill's murder.

SAM: Eric, you said we were going tactical?

ERIC: Homing beacon planted inside the thumb drive shows that it's now located in this Hollywood hotel.

DEEKS: And what if we're fighting Gurkhas?

SAM: Protect your neck…

[Off to…]

[Motel hallway. Wearing vests Sam and G are heading to awards a door]

SAM: We're on the second floor. Room 255.

[OPS center. )

ERIC: A GPS beacon's accurate to ten feet. The thumb drive's either in that room, or the one directly below it.

[Motel hallway – Kensi and Deeks]

KENSI: Approaching room 155.

DEEKS: Ready to breach.

CALLEN: On my count.

[1st floor]

CALLEN: [Over radio] Three... two......one.

[Deeks opens the door with the key-card – they enter – as do Sam and G]

SAM: Federal agents!

[They search the rooms]

SAM: Clear.

CALLEN: Clear.

[Room 155 – Deeks spots through the window a man in the parking lot aiming at them with a gun]

DEEKS: Kens!

[He pushes her against the wall, protecting her – there’re a lot of gunshots; bullets ricochet in the room. In room 255 G sees the shooter and uses his riffle- the man flies]

DEEKS: You good?

[Room 255]

CALLEN: We've got an active shooter in the north lot. We're moving.

[Room 155]

KENSI: Split up, cut him off.

DEEKS: Check.

[Kensi goes out by the balcony- Deeks takes the hallway. Sam and G leave room 255 but a shooter is waiting for them at the bottom of the hallway. Luckily there’s a cleaning trolley just here. G kills the guy. Sam hastily searches the body]

CALLEN: Deeks, Kensi, one hostile down in the hallway.

[Sam sighs]

SAM: No thumb drive.

[G sighs …]

[Outside. Kensi spots a little girl kneeling near the entrance of a building]

KENSI: Hey, are you okay?

[The little girl is scared but she nods]

GIRL: Uh-huh.

KENSI: Yeah? What's your name?

GIRL: Maddie.

KENSI: Maddie? All right, look...

[A man quietly appears in her back]

MAN: Drop your weapons.

[He presses his gun onto her back – Maddie is shaking --Kensi sighs and obeys; riffle + gun]

KENSI: It's okay. You're gonna be fine, Maddie. Okay?

MAN: Nice knife.

KENSI: Please let the girl go.

MAN: Get out of here.

KENSI: Run.

[Maddie stands up and runs]

KENSI: Run!

DEEKS: Kensi?!

KENSI: Deeks!

[The man grabs her neck – controlling her as a human shield, aiming at her head – Deeks appears; he drops the riffle and grabs his gun]

MAN: Move, and I'll empty her guts all over the pavement.

[A car is approaching- Deeks hesitates]

KENSI: Take the shot.

[The car is close.]

DEEKS: Drop it!

[It stops just behind them]

KENSI: Take the shot.

DRIVER: Come on, let's go!

KENSI: [Angrily] Send it.

MAN: Get in!

[Deeks hesitates – man pushes Kensi forwards against a car and shoots at Deeks; Marty has to protect himself behind a wall; guy gets into the care – the engine revs, tires squeal – it’s gone. Kensi looks really angry]

DEEKS: You okay? I didn't have a shot.

[She picks up her weapons]

DEEKS: Hey. Listen, I didn't have a shot.

[She stares at him, gets closer and…Bam! She punches his face! He sighs – she walks away]

DEEKS: I didn't have a shot!

[She doesn’t have any looks back – he gets the message…]

------------------ ZAPPING -----------------

[NCIS office. Bullpen. Nell and Eric are waiting for the agents near the monitor]

CALLEN: Thumb drive?

ERIC: GPS beacon's down. They must have figured out how we tracked them.

[G sighs]

CALLEN: They weren't Gurkhas.

SAM: Too big. Too loud, no finesse.

NELL: They were Pakistani.

[G is stunned]

NELL: The shooter you took down was an Inter-Services Intelligence agent working under non-official cover.

CALLEN: Gurkhas serve in the Indian military. Pakistan and India are rivals who share a border. There's a lot of history there. Lot of hate.

SAM: Hill drew up the plan to seize the Pakistan nukes. They'd love to make sure it never got out.

CALLEN: Well, stealing a thumb drive and framing your worst enemy for murder-- it's a pretty bold move.

[Sam looks at Deeks and Kensi]

SAM: Thoughts?

KENSI: It's consistent with our profile of the Pakistani spy agency's mindset.

DEEKS: Agreed.

[Sam waves – wanting more]

KENSI: Excuse me.

[She leaves the bullpen]

DEEKS: I'll be right back.

[He follows his partner; G glances at his partner who shakes the head; ♫]

ERIC: Something we should know?

CALLEN: Yeah. Two more ISI agents are on the loose, and they have the thumb drive. Find 'em.

NELL: Okay.

[Eric and Nell goes back to OPS; G looks again at his partner…]

[Armory; shooting range. Bullets hit the paper target but not in the perfect way. Kensi is obviously disturbed…Deeks enters. She grabs her knife – and … poor result. She sighs…]

KENSI: 24 hours ago, you would have taken that shot.

DEEKS: I didn't have the shot.

KENSI: Yes, you did.

[Deeks sighs]

DEEKS: Okay, yesterday, I would have taken the shot, but it's not yesterday anymore... is it? …Is it?

[Hetty’s office]

HETTY: What happened out there?

CALLEN: Same thing that happens every time we go kinetic. Variables got in the way, and decisions were made.

SAM: We ran our after-action debrief, and we're moving forward.

HETTY: But the variables are still out there, Mr. Hanna.

SAM: We'll recover the thumb drive.

HETTY: The thumb drive is not what I'm referring to. Is your team mission-ready?

[Callen hesitates]

CALLEN: I hope so.

HETTY: Well, hope is not a plan, Mr. Callen.

[They start leaving her—Sam stops and wants to say something else…but changes his mind. Hetty is highly concerned…]

[Shooting range; Deeks and Kensi are face to face]

DEEKS: Okay. I should have taken the shot, and I let my emotions get in the way, and I'm sorry. I'm honestly just trying to make this work.

KENSI: It's not going to work.

[Deeks sighs]

KENSI: I'm standing on my frozen lake.

DEEKS: I don't know what that means.

[Kensi’s voice is shaking; she’s on the verge of tears…]

KENSI: It's something that I learned in Sayoc. Your frozen lake is the name for what you want the most in the world, and you want it...you want it so bad that you'll do anything to get it. And your heart takes over. But because of that...it destroys you in the end. It's right there, just sitting in the middle of this frozen lake. And you think you're fast enough to-to go out there and grab it before the ice cracks...

DEEKS: And what you don't realize is...you're already standing on the ice and it's falling apart around you.

[The door opens]

ERIC: Um, LAPD just found a body. One of the shooters from the hotel.

[They still look in each other’s eyes – or soul, for a moment]

DEEKS: Good.

 [Eric closes the door, fully embarrassed – Kensi goes back to her gun - loads clip into it…]

[A man is on the ground under a plastic cover – G looks at the body]

SAM: Second-to-last ISI agent.

CALLEN: One cut, one kill.

SAM: What did LAPD say?

DEEKS: They didn't find the thumb drive. The last shooter's in the wind.

KENSI: Well, they were on the run. Could've had a disagreement that escalated.

DEEKS: But they had guns. If it escalated, why mess around with knives? Why not just shoot someone?

SAM: Maybe it wasn't a disagreement. Maybe it was an ambush.

CALLEN: An ambush by someone who doesn't take kindly to being framed for murder and espionage.

SAM: Yeah. Maybe he's closer than we think.

[G looks around…spots a man in the crowd]

CALLEN: Sam?

SAM: Yup.

[The man stares at them]

CALLEN: Watch for the blade.

SAM: Bring a knife to a gunfight, he'll see what happens.

[The guy understands they “know” – he flees. Sam and G chase him. The man is running fast – but stops in a dead end. He pulls out his kukri. And strikes as soon as Sam gets closer – the agent doesn’t have time to take his gun. They fight]

CALLEN: No shot!

[Sam can pull out his weapon but loses it – the man is moving very fast; G loses his gun as well – but this 2 vs one fight helps the agents win it at the end…Sam throws the guy backwards on the ground – lifts him back on his feet. They’re all panting]

SAM: What was that I said about bringing a knife to a gunfight?

[He searches the guy]

SAM: No thumb drive.

CALLEN: Who are you?

THAPA: Jemadar Thapa, 5th Gurkha Rifle Regiment, Frontier Force. Jai Maa kali, Ayo Gorkhali.

SAM: "Victory to the Goddess Kali, the Gurkhas are coming." It's their war cry.

[G and Thapa glare at each other…]

------------------ ZAPPING -----------------

[Boatshed. Interrogation room. Thapa is cuffed]

CALLEN: If a man tells you he's not afraid of dying he's either lying or he's a Gurkha. I take it you've heard that one, huh?

THAPA: From the man who said it first, the late Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, Indian Army Chief of Staff, my mentor.

SAM: Mm. Would he approve of you committing murder? Not to mention attacking two federal agents on American soil?

THAPA: India's Ministry of Defense sent me here to clear the Gurkha name.

CALLEN: Then why'd you run?

THAPA: I did not want to waste time playing diplomat while a Pakistani spy is on the run with sensitive intel.

CALLEN: If we wanted to waste your time, you'd be in a prison right now.

SAM: And for the record, that sensitive intel is U.S. property.

THAPA: The intel is not my concern.

SAM: No, your concern is revenge.

THAPA: I call it honor.

CALLEN: Honor? Is that really the only reason you're here, Thapa?

THAPA: I carry out my orders. No more, no less.

CALLEN: Yeah, but that thumb drive's pretty tempting, isn't it?

[Sam smiles]

CALLEN: An operational plan to seize Pakistan's nukes; to make the looming threat against your country disappear forever.

SAM: Maybe your command didn't tell you to bring it back...but you'd get a hero's welcome if you did.

CALLEN: Let's say you got your hands on the thumb drive. You tell me you're just going to hand it over to us and walk away?

[Thapa sighs]

[Observation room. Deeks and Kensi]

KENSI: There's no way he's giving up this thumb drive without a fight.

DEEKS: Pentagon says that Thapa checks out, which means he's officially on our side.

KENSI: He's got a wife and three kids in West Bengal. A strike by Pakistan would wipe them out. You really think he's going to give up a shot at keeping them safe?

DEEKS: If he can control his emotions.

KENSI: A lot easier said than done.

DEEKS: Well, it's never easy when you start to care…I guess this makes the thumb drive his frozen lake?

KENSI: Guess it does.

DEEKS: He'll do the right thing.

[Kensi doesn’t look convinced…]

[NCIS office. Hetty’s desk]

HETTY: The White Ghost is a dangerous and elusive man. This is not an easy mission, Owen.

GRANGER: Which is why I'm running it myself.

HETTY: You're going to need a QRF. I'll keep my team on standby.

GRANGER: You've got your hands full right here, Henrietta, but I do appreciate the offer. It seems the years have made you kind.

[She glares at him]

HETTY: Have they?

[OPS center.]

ERIC: Looking for the last shooter, but given his countersurveillance training, it's a long shot.

NELL: Wait, what about the getaway car from the hotel?

ERIC: It still hasn't shown up. I've got Kaleidoscope searching sedans of that make and model.

NELL: Well, all we can do is wait.

[Eric sighs heavily]

ERIC: I think...

NELL: I don't want to know what you think about Kensi and Deeks.

ERIC: I didn't say what I was thinking.

NELL: But I know what you're thinking.

ERIC: So, you're thinking it, too?

NELL: …

ERIC: You think Hetty knows?

NELL: Hetty knows everything, I think.

ERIC: That's what I thought.

[Nell looks at her monitor and frowns]

NELL: Private airstrip.

ERIC: Huh?

NELL: The last shooter-- he needs to leave the country but he's trained to avoid major hubs like LAX because he knows that's where we'd be looking.

ERIC: Okay, but Kaleidoscope already searched private airstrip parking lots.

NELL: Search major parking lots around the parking lots. In a five-mile radius.

[Eric types – his computer trills & beeps]

ERIC: Sedan matching that description two miles from Whiteman Airport in Pacoima.

NELL: Yep, makes sense-- it's small, not a major hub. I'll tell the others.

[Hetty enters]

HETTY: Get me Agent Callen.

[Boatshed. Observation room. Deeks, Kensi, Sam and G (on phone)]

CALLEN: Understood, Hetty. We got a change of plans. Thapa's coming with us to the airstrip.

SAM: It's a bad idea.

CALLEN: Yeah, probably. SECNAV wants us to treat him like a member of the team. She's hoping to bolster relations with India.

SAM: SECNAV never had this little dude's knife to her throat.

KENSI: I'll get Thapa a gun from the armory.

[Deeks and Kensi stand up]

CALLEN: No. Deeks, handle his stuff. Kensi, you're coming with Sam and me.

KENSI: Wh...?

CALLEN: You two could use some space.

KENSI: Understood.

[Sam takes Thapa’s kukri; looks at Deeks]

SAM: You got this?

DEEKS: I got this.

[Kensi is too angry to say anything – she leaves the boatshed. Sam and G exchange a look…]

[Interrogation room. Deeks removes Thapa’s cuffs]

DEEKS: Welcome aboard.

THAPA: Thank you.

DEEKS: Well, your enthusiasm is overwhelming.

THAPA: I prefer to work alone.

DEEKS: Hmm, I used to feel the same way.

THAPA: What changed?

DEEKS: I found somebody worth trusting.

THAPA: And your team trusts me?

DEEKS: I can't really speak for my team, but, uh...I do.

THAPA: Why?

DEEKS: It's a damn good question. I understand that you want the thumb drive. And I get that, 'cause if I was you, I'd want it, too. And for this mission, that makes you a liability. But you got this.

THAPA: You believe I can do it? That my brain will win over my heart?

DEEKS: Brother, I got to believe that, 'cause if you can do it, so can I.

THAPA: Jemadar Thapa. 5th Gurkha Rifle Regiment, Frontier Force.

DEEKS: Detective Marty Deeks. LAPD.

[They shake hands]

THAPA: The Gurkhas have a saying: "Better to die than be a coward."

DEEKS: Wow. I think my regular partner was a Gurkha in a past life.

THAPA: Then he must be brave.

DEEKS: Well, she...she's the bravest.

THAPA: I will not let you down, sahib.

DEEKS: Okay…

[Whiteman Airport. G and Sam are watching the airstrips and the parked planes from the top of a hill. Kensi is assembling her riffle]

CALLEN: Pakistani's a trained pilot. All he's goona need is a plane.

SAM: You got a good wind?

KENSI: Yeah.

SAM: Got yourself a nice angle?

KENSI: Yep.

SAM: Still automatic from 1,500 yards?

KENSI: Yep.

CALLEN: Loves to open up about her feelings, doesn't she?

SAM: …

[Deeks and Thapa are near the  planes – hidden behind a hangar]

DEEKS: So you've never had a partner?

THAPA: No.

DEEKS: There's no female Gurkhas?

THAPA: No.

DEEKS: Well, you should consider yourself lucky then. I mean, look at me, I'm standing on a frozen lake. And I'm beginning to sound like her.

THAPA: The heart needs discipline. Without discipline there is no honor. Without honor, we are nothing.

DEEKS: You know what, you're pretty cool, Thapa. For a second there, I forgot that you chopped off some guy's head this morning.

THAPA: There is only one way to cross a frozen lake.

ERIC: [over radio]  The ISI agent has reached the airstrip.

[OPS center.]

ERIC: He's alone and on foot.

[Hill]

CALLEN: Stand by, Deeks. Looks like he's meeting somebody.

[Hangar]

THAPA: He will never make it back to Pakistan. His passport has been tagged. He will be caught.

DEEKS: Armenian Mob in Glendale has the best forgery operation in L.A. Fake passport would've been his first stop for sure.

THAPA: It does not matter. He is a dead man.

DEEKS: No. No, no. No dead man, all right, we need to take him alive, tie up any loose ends, you got that?

THAPA: Got it, sahib.

[Hill]

CALLEN: The moment you see that thumb drive, move in.

[Hangar- the ISI agent is with a man]

DEEKS: Agent just passed an envelope. I think it was money.

[The man gives him something]

DEEKS: Some sort of keys. No thumb drive visible.

[The agent quickly pulls out a silenced gun and shoots the man in the chest – he grunts and falls down]

DEEKS: No. Thapa.

[He’s no more here]

CALLEN: [Over radio] Deeks, move.

DEEKS: Federal agents! Drop it!

[The guy drops the bag but has just taken an automatic weapon – he hides behind a pickup – Deeks shoots and misses]

[Hill]

CALLEN: Hold overwatch.

KENSI: Check.

[Sam and G take the car and speed away]

[Meanwhile Deeks and the agent exchange bullets]

[G and Sam join Deeks]

DEEKS: Thapa's MIA.

CALLEN: Eric?

[OPS center.)

ERIC: Scanning airstrip cams now.

[Airport- the agents move forwards carefully, looking for the ISI guy- they turn the corner of a hangar—someone is lying on the ground ]

SAM: Kensi? The Gurkha?

[Hill]

KENSI: No visual on Thapa.

[Airport]

DEEKS: Damn it.

[They go closer to the body; cut throat – it’s the ISI agent. Deeks searches him]

DEEKS: No, no. Thumb drive's gone.

------------------ ZAPPING -----------------

 [Airport – later. The body is lifted inside the coroner van. Deeks is waiting near the blood left on the ground. Sam comes close to him]

DEEKS: Let me guess. You got bad news and then you got "Fredo at the end of Godfather Part II" bad news.

[Sam looks grim]

DEEKS: Awesome. Give me the bad news first.

SAM: The news isn't good, but I'm not a messenger, Deeks.

DEEKS: So, what, you're the guy that gives me the pep talk?

SAM: I'm the one that reminds you you're not in this alone. Here's the bad news: what happened was that the Pakistanis found a plane owner online earlier today, offered him cash for a ride. Owner had no idea what he'd gotten himself into. Dead the moment he stepped on the tarmac.

DEEKS: Okay. Give me Fredo.

SAM: Thapa's in the wind. No trace of him.

DEEKS: Right.

SAM: Eric's searching cam footage, statewide APB, FBI K-9 units are en route.

DEEKS: And you think all that's enough to hunt down a Gurkha carrying the holy grail of intel in his pocket?

SAM: His credit cards and bank accounts are frozen. Indian government disavowed him for violating direct orders. This is an international incident. Thapa's the most wanted man in L.A.

DEEKS: Yeah, I know. And I'm the one that trusted him.

[G is approaching]

SAM: Maybe you didn't hear me just now.

DEEKS: No, I did. I'm not alone. I got it. Listen, uh, just for the record, Kensi told me to take that shot at the hotel. I've made that shot before. I've been there, I've done that, I got the T-shirt, I just didn't take it.

CALLEN: So get us back in the game.

[Deeks thinks of it]

DEEKS: I know a way to find Thapa and get the thumb drive back.

CALLEN: Something tells me you know something we don't.

DEEKS: Crazy, right?

[He leaves them – Sam sighs…]

[Armory. Hetty is cleaning a long blade – a sword. Deeks appears]

DEEKS: Hetty, I can make this right.

HETTY: You have several problems, Mr. Deeks. Which one are we talking about?

DEEKS: I'm talking about the Gurkha. I have a plan for the Gurkha.

HETTY: Ah. I'm sure it's brilliant. Tell me.

DEEKS: I honestly don't think that this guy's gonna go rogue and sell the thumb drive to the highest bidder. I mean, think about this. He's a... he's a patriot, he's a soldier, and if he brings home the information to neutralize Pakistan, there's a good chance India's gonna take him back.

HETTY: Mm-hmm. Always better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.

DEEKS: Exactly. So what's his next step? He's got to get out of Los Angeles, which means he needs a new passport, he needs a new identity and, given the heat that's on him, it's got to be perfect.

HETTY: That's a large task, Mr. Deeks. Thapa's a stranger in this city. How would he know where to go?

DEEKS: Because I told him. I, um...mentioned the Armenian Mob franchise in Glendale. It's run by a woman named Talita Pambakian.

HETTY: You know her location?

DEEKS: I spent two weeks infiltrating her group, working undercover for LAPD. We established contact. She thinks I'm a lawyer.

HETTY: And what happened?

DEEKS: She found out there was another cop working undercover and she shot him in the head. Obviously, LAPD shut it down and then they pulled me out.

HETTY: And you want to reestablish contact.

DEEKS: Thapa's on his way to see her right now. All I got to do is beat him there.

HETTY: You need a suit.

[NCIS office. Deeks is in suit – adjusting it – Kensi is coming close. He doesn’t turn round – she’s speaking to his back]

DEEKS: Hetty brief you?

KENSI: Yeah. We assessed the location in Ops and, honestly, I don't like it. Makes it impossible for us to reach you if something goes wrong.

DEEKS: Not much of a choice. It's the only way.

KENSI: Or you mean the only way to redeem yourself for the hotel and Thapa?

DEEKS: Can you do something for me?

KENSI: What?

[He faces her]

DEEKS: Can you, for a second, just pretend that I'm not Deeks and, for a second, pretend that you're not Kensi and that we're not partners and no one's trying to save the planet? Can we pretend for a second that we're just a boy and a girl who are hanging out? We can...drive around in my pickup truck, go get ice cream, go bowling.

[She smiles, he smiles]

DEEKS: But that's the thing because the possibilities are endless. We're young. We have all the time in the world.

[After a few seconds Kensi raises a hand]

KENSI: My name is Fern. Hi.

DEEKS: You're Fern.

[He chuckles]

DEEKS: Well, so nice to... so nice to meet you, Fern. I'm Max.

KENSI: Nice to meet you.

DEEKS: You have any plans for tonight?

KENSI: I don't know. It's complicated.

DEEKS: Well, not from where I'm standing, it's not.

KENSI: I have a boyfriend.

DEEKS: So does my girlfriend.

KENSI: That's a nice suit.

DEEKS: Yeah.

KENSI: The problem with it is that's it's too-too tight. It's gonna be hard to conceal a weapon.

DEEKS: The first thing Talita's guys are gonna do are pat me down. They're gonna find it anyway.

[Kensi takes her knife – and holds it out]

KENSI: Here.

DEEKS: No, I-I can't take that.

KENSI: My partner doesn't go unarmed. Take it.

[Deeks looks at the blade]

DEEKS: I've never had a girl give me her, uh... knife before. Does that mean that we are... official?

KENSI: Eh, sometimes a knife is just a knife.

[She leaves him; he stares at her back with eyes full of love…]

[In the streets – near “Talita’s butcher shop” entrance. Sam stops the car – Callen & Kensi are with him; all wear NCIS vests]

CALLEN: All right, take us through it, Eric.

ERIC: [Over radio] Those walls are concrete. Thick concrete.

[OPS center.]

ERIC: The structural integrity's sound, the only way in is through the front door.

[Butcher shop]

NELL: [Over comm] There are the two guards out front and probably more inside that we can't see.

SAM: Where's Talita located?

[OPS center.]

ERIC: Uh, schematics show an office in the back of the building, but you'll have to make it through a narrow hallway to get there.

[In the car]

CALLEN: Fatal funnel.

SAM: Strategic nightmare.

CALLEN: Yeah.

[The black Mercedes stops in the parking lot – Deeks gets out]

DEEKS: Comm's good?

ERIC: [Over comm.] Loud and clear.

[Deeks takes a briefcase and heads to the shop]

[Deeks enters; stare at the bottom of the shop; 2 men block his way]

DEEKS: Here to see Talita.

MAN1: You got an appointment?

DEEKS: Tell her Marty Finch is here to see her.

MAN1: Maybe you're a cop, Marty Finch. Call her lawyer.

DEEKS: Well, that's perfect timing 'cause I am her lawyer.

[Man2 puls out his phone and speaks quietly]

MAN2: Guy named Marty Finch is here.

TALITA:  [over phone] Send him back.

MAN2: Yeah. He's good.

MAN1: Let's go.

[They escort him]

MAN2: First door on the right.

[They enter an office- Man 2 searches Marty]

MAN1: You're the guy who made those narco charges go away back in '09?

[Deeks doesn’t answer]

MAN1: Hand over any weapons now.

DEEKS: I'm not carrying.

[In the car, there’s static; they can’t get all the words]

MAN1: Look for a wire, too...

ERIC: [Over radio]  Comms deadzone in that sector of the building, guys.

[OPS center.]

ERIC: My hands are tied.

[Car]

CALLEN: Then we wait.

[Kensi glares at his back]

SAM: You good?

KENSI: I'm good.

[Office. Deeks have the knife in right hand when the guy palpates him on the left – switches hands when the guy starts with his right side ]

DEEKS: You enjoying yourself?

MAN2: He's clean.

[A women – Talita – appears.]

TALITA: Back from the dead, counselor?

DEEKS: Not dead, Talita, just incredibly busy.

[Both sit down; the guys stand at the door]

TALITA: If you're not working for me, it's all the same. Let's hear your pitch. You've come to peddle your wares, right?

DEEKS: Is this the part where I tell you you still look good and your business is thriving? Only problem is I don't lie to clients. You're screwed, Talita. LAPD's coming for you.

TALITA: They know what happens when undercovers show up at my door.

DEEKS: And, unfortunately for you, they don't forget. My source says you have another one coming your way right now. Small guy, maybe five-five, dark skin with an undercover story about needing forged papers to get back to India.

TALITA: I'm waiting, Finch.

DEEKS: What are you talking about? Waiting for what? That was pro bono.

TALITA: Do I still look good or not?

DEEKS: I lied before. You still look good.

TALITA: What do you want?

DEEKS: You got a lot of meatheads carrying guns, but you don't have anybody that can restructure your entire organization and make it legit. That, Talita, is what I want.

TALITA: Still billing the same rate?

DEEKS: No, no. Big boy rules now. No more retainers. I need a percentage.

TALITA: "Big boy rules"?

DEEKS: Yeah.

TALITA: I like that.

[Her smile vanishes; she glances at her men who step forwards. Man2 puts a hand on Marty’s shoulder]

DEEKS: Easy on the suit.

MAN2: Get up.

[Deeks obeys; Talita hasn’t moved]

TALITA: You see, I don't like the one-and-done thing that you pulled back in '09. Make things right. Show me you're loyal.

DEEKS: What are you talking about?

[She gets up]

TALITA: There's a seat for you at my big boy table. But you got to take it. Show him.

[They open a cold storage – carcasses are hanging – and a man: Thapa! He’d be beaten- severely. Talita has a gun in the hand]

TALITA: Your source was right. This guy showed up, said he needed clean I.D. fast. But if he's a cop, how come, when we shook him down, all we found was a thumb drive?

DEEKS: I don't know anything about a thumb drive.

TALITA: Now that I have it, I don't need him, do I? Prove your loyalty.

[She raises the gun]

TALITA: Take it. Little man here forgot there's no honor among thieves.

[In the car – they get only choppy static]

CALLEN: He's been dark for a while.

SAM: We knew this building had problems.

[Kensi is worrying…]

[Cold storage]

DEEKS: Listen, Talita, I don't shoot people.

TALITA: Maybe not for a living, but anyone can stand before a beaten man and pull a trigger. I only put one bullet in that gun. Don't miss.

[Deeks hesitates]

TALITA: Now, Finch, or we're going to have two bodies hanging from hooks.

[Deeks raises the weapon – Thala is waiting for his death…]

------------------ ZAPPING -----------------

[In the car]

CALLEN: Eric?

[OPS center.]

ERIC: The signal's on full boost. There's nothing we can do.

[Car]

SAM: Lots of guns inside that place. We go in, we're going in big.

SAM: Kensi?

[She nods. But suddenly she gets out of the car]

SAM: Kensi!

CALLEN: Damn it. Eric, tell LAPD we're going in hot.

ERIC: [Over com] Copy that.

[Kensi is running straight to the butcher shop; Sam starts running behind her]

SAM: Kensi...!

[Kensi barely notices a car when crossing the street; 2 guys watching the front door pull out their guns – Kensi shoots with her automatic weapon. Bystanders scream!!  A third man aims at her back]

SAM: Drop it! Federal agent!

[Of course, he turns his weapon against the Ex-SEAL.  Sam hits him. A 4th man shoots at G; he has to kneel behind a car in protection; then he kills the guy.]

[In the cold storage]

KENSI: [voice] Deeks!

[Talita and her men are surprised – Deeks uses this second to shoot at Man1 with Talita’s gun and grabs Kensi’s knife. Meanwhile Talita hits Thala. Deeks pushes Man2’s arm away, stabbing his chest, grabbing his gun and using him like a shield. Talita shoots and hits his man; Kensi rushes inside, kills Man1 about to use his gun; Talita is aiming at the agent but yells: a bullet hits her chest before she could  pull the trigger. Kensi was between Deeks-the-shooter and the woman; it was really close…She looks angrily at him]

KENSI: Are you crazy? You almost took my head off. Who takes that shot?

DEEKS: Took you long enough.

[He sprints to grab Thala and carry him away]

DEEKS: Stay with me, Thapa.

[Kensi picks up the weapons- Sam and G join her]

KENSI: I owe you guys an apology. I'm sorry.

CALLEN: Tell me you secured the thumb drive, we're going to forget about it.

KENSI: I don't have it.

SAM: Well, who has it-- Deeks?

KENSI: Um, no. I mean, he would have said if he had it, right? But I...Okay, there's no way the Gurkha held onto it, so it's got to be here somewhere. I-I will find it.

[She starts looking for it. Sam looks at Talita and at G]

SAM: I'm thinking inside jacket pocket, left side.

CALLEN: I'll go right.

[Sam searches the left pocket and chuckles]

SAM: Bingo.

CALLEN: Nice call.

SAM: Kensi... apology accepted.

[He shows the thumb drive]

CALLEN: Go be with your partner.

KENSI: Thanks.

[She leaves them]

SAM: Lot of trouble over this thing.

CALLEN: That's right, so let's put it somewhere safe.

[He opens his palm- Sam puts it into it; and changes his mind]

SAM: You know what? That's a good idea. Watch my back, G.

CALLEN: Uh-huh…

[Outside. Paramedics are lifting Thala into the ambulance]

MAN: Here we go.

[Kensi spots Deeks at the back of the ambulance]

DEEKS: He lost a lot of blood but he'll live. Gurkhas-- believe the hype.

KENSI: Deeks...

DEEKS: I'm gonna go with him to the hospital.

KENSI: No, hey, whoa, please, let me just--I just want to say something.

DEEKS: Yeah.

KENSI: We're gonna figure this out. All we got to do is talk about it.

DEEKS: Okay, but you don't, you don't really like the talking about it.

KENSI: Yeah, but I promise I'll be better at talking about this.

DEEKS: What do you, what do you mean by "this"?

KENSI: This... you know.

DEEKS: This thing?

KENSI: Yes, our... thing.

DEEKS: I'm sorry, just--I didn't, I didn't hear you 'cause there were so many people walking by. If you could just maybe say it louder just for me. Just once, just say it.

KENSI: I hate you.

DEEKS: You don't, you don't, you don't hate me.

KENSI: Our thing.

DEEKS: Wow.

[He exhales; looks at her very tenderly]

KENSI: You have to promise me something, too, though.

DEEKS: Anything.

KENSI: Promise you'll be patient with me?

PARAMEDIC: Yo, got to roll.

KENSI: See you tonight?

DEEKS: Yeah. You do me a favor, Fern?

KENSI: Anything.

DEEKS: Can you burn that shirt for me?

[She smiles, watching him getting in the ambulance]

[In the ambulance]

THALA: You saw good in me when I could not even see it in myself. I will never forget that, sahib.

DEEKS: You know, you actually started to tell me something back at the airstrip. You started to tell me the only way to cross a frozen lake.

THALA: Do not run. Walk slowly. Stop to look at everything. Take your time. She will wait for you.

DEEKS: Okay…

[Later. At the office. Bullpen.]

CALLEN: You waiting for Deeks?

KENSI: Yeah.

GRANGER: Pack your things, Agent Blye.

KENSI: Excuse me?

GRANGER: There's a C-130 waiting for you. You've been reassigned.

KENSI: Reassigned?!

[Sam and G exchange puzzled looks. Hetty appears]

KENSI: Uh, Hetty, Assistant Director Granger says I've been reassigned.

HETTY: That's correct. You'll be needing a clean shirt, Miss Blye.

[She hands her one]

KENSI: Why is he doing that?

HETTY: He's not. I am.

[Kensi sighs]

KENSI: When will I be back?

HETTY: When the job's done.

GRANGER: Let's move, Agent Blye.

[Kensi looks for comfort in Sam and G’s eyes; they are as taken aback as she is…]

[Kensi’s phone buzzes – she reads the text: “I’m almost there”. She grabs angrily her gears and leaves the office with Granger. Hetty stets toward her desk]

SAM: What's this about, Hetty?

HETTY: "Need to know," gentlemen.

CALLEN: You ever gonna stop moving us around like pieces in a chess game?

HETTY: I don't move pieces, Mr. Callen. I move the board. Good night.

[Sam and G exchange again a look and go out]

[Deeks is coming in…]

DEEKS: Oh, come on, I break every traffic law on the planet to get here and she already left?

HETTY: Your partner's been reassigned, Mr. Deeks.

DEEKS: What do you mean? What do you mean, reassigned?

HETTY: A classified mission.

DEEKS: A c-classified mission for how long?

HETTY: Indefinitely.

[Deeks exhales]

DEEKS: Indefinitely.

HETTY: Mm-hmm.

[Deeks has a wry laugh. “He doesn’t know whether to laugh, cry or shoot someone” ©DK . He stares at the knife in his hands]

HETTY: That looks familiar.

DEEKS: It was her dad's.

HETTY: Well, that is quite a gift.

DEEKS: Yeah. Well, sometimes a knife is just a knife.

HETTY: And now she's entrusted it to you.

[♫ She walks away…]

DEEKS: Anything else I should know, Hetty?

HETTY: Button up, Mr. Deeks. It's cold out there.

♫ [Deeks laughs softly, exhales…He’s so sad…he leaves the office…] ♫
