13
00:02:00,709 --> 00:02:02,535
Tu dois vraiment prendre
l'autoroute.

14
00:02:02,577 --> 00:02:05,126
- J'aime prendre les rues.
- Non, tu aimes être en retard.

15
00:02:05,168 --> 00:02:07,162
On serait arrivés plus vite
par l'autoroute.

16
00:02:07,204 --> 00:02:08,920
Ce parking qu'on appelle la 10 ?

17
00:02:09,004 --> 00:02:10,971
Connue aussi
comme l'autoroute de Santa Monica.

18
00:02:11,013 --> 00:02:14,045
- Elles ont aussi des noms.
- Ça va plus vite sur Olympic...

19
00:02:14,353 --> 00:02:16,928
On ne prend jamais Olympic
vers l'ouest avant midi.

20
00:02:17,012 --> 00:02:18,484
Et les années bissextiles ?

21
00:02:18,674 --> 00:02:21,791
Sam prétend connaître le nom
de toutes les autoroutes de Californie.

22
00:02:21,833 --> 00:02:23,309
Ah bon ? La 8 ?

23
00:02:23,537 --> 00:02:25,353
- Autoroute d'Ocean Beach.
- La 2.

24
00:02:25,593 --> 00:02:27,313
- Glendale.
- La 215.

25
00:02:29,297 --> 00:02:30,107
Piégé !

26
00:02:30,363 --> 00:02:31,488
Escondido.

27
00:02:36,724 --> 00:02:38,458
Mon Dieu. Tu plaisantes ?

28
00:02:39,947 --> 00:02:41,744
- Joli promène-geek.
- Moquez-vous,

29
00:02:41,830 --> 00:02:44,942
bipèdes, mais j'ai gagné
43 minutes de marche

30
00:02:44,984 --> 00:02:46,958
que je peux consacrer à mon travail.

31
00:02:47,042 --> 00:02:48,191
43 minutes.

32
00:02:48,508 --> 00:02:50,211
- Il a pris les rues.
- Ouais.

33
00:02:52,265 --> 00:02:55,383
Je crois fermement
que tu es ce que tu conduis.

34
00:02:56,331 --> 00:02:57,260
Exactement.

35
00:02:57,773 --> 00:02:59,953
- Peu importe.
- Et où tu conduis.

36
00:03:01,171 --> 00:03:03,046
L'intendant marinier James Rush,

37
00:03:03,088 --> 00:03:05,390
de la base de San Diego,
en permission chez lui,

38
00:03:05,625 --> 00:03:09,597
mort tôt ce matin dans une course de rue
illégale sur le parking d'un stade.

39
00:03:10,791 --> 00:03:13,276
Dans notre culture,
c'est vu comme un rite de passage.

40
00:03:13,545 --> 00:03:15,049
Les garçons.

41
00:03:18,749 --> 00:03:20,518
Quelle était sa qualification ?

42
00:03:21,773 --> 00:03:23,003
D'après son dossier,

43
00:03:23,045 --> 00:03:25,788
il était en soutien administratif
au bureau de navigation.

44
00:03:26,138 --> 00:03:29,631
Curieusement,
le dossier de Rush est crypté.

45
00:03:29,771 --> 00:03:31,586
Quels administratifs sont cryptés ?

46
00:03:31,670 --> 00:03:33,629
Ceux qui cachent
un truc confidentiel.

47
00:03:34,412 --> 00:03:36,299
Eric, trouve sur quoi
il travaillait.

48
00:03:36,638 --> 00:03:38,509
Ça pourrait être
un coup de malchance.

49
00:03:38,912 --> 00:03:39,791
Peut-être.

50
00:03:41,431 --> 00:03:45,016
Mais un dossier crypté signifie
qu'il travaillait sur du classifié.

51
00:03:46,260 --> 00:03:47,842
L'autre pilote a continué.

52
00:03:48,739 --> 00:03:50,521
Il n'a même pas effleuré le frein.

53
00:03:50,812 --> 00:03:52,148
Il s'enfuyait ?

54
00:03:52,232 --> 00:03:53,941
Vitres teintées, pas de plaques...

55
00:03:56,730 --> 00:03:57,808
Tokkan Un ?

56
00:03:58,615 --> 00:03:59,566
Tokkan...

57
00:03:59,754 --> 00:04:00,948
C'est japonais.

58
00:04:01,034 --> 00:04:02,450
Ça veut dire "vif l'éclair".

59
00:04:02,744 --> 00:04:04,384
Il faut trouver l'autre pilote.

60
00:04:05,228 --> 00:04:06,874
Allons sur le lieu de l'accident.

61
00:04:06,916 --> 00:04:07,955
Emmène Kensi.

62
00:04:10,021 --> 00:04:11,000
T'as entendu.

63
00:04:11,240 --> 00:04:13,935
Tu vas prendre Pacific Coast,
et j'aime pas les bouchons.

64
00:04:14,153 --> 00:04:16,474
Je trouverai tout
ce qui est disponible sur Rush.

65
00:04:16,516 --> 00:04:18,716
Vous, bouffez des échappements
pendant 2 heures.

66
00:04:18,917 --> 00:04:20,042
Comme tu veux.

67
00:04:20,968 --> 00:04:22,093
Viens, Kens.

68
00:04:22,691 --> 00:04:24,859
Si on s'arrêtait prendre
des beignets ?

69
00:04:24,999 --> 00:04:26,288
J'adore les beignets.

70
00:04:27,726 --> 00:04:29,722
Tu n'as pas parlé de beignets.

71
00:04:30,631 --> 00:04:33,995
Rien de plus sexy
qu'une mer de bitume déserte.

72
00:04:35,565 --> 00:04:39,210
Vue la pluie, je préférerais un hamac,
du soleil et une crique à l'écart.

73
00:04:39,409 --> 00:04:42,064
Tu plaisantes ? Tu sais ce que ferait
le sable à tes disques de frein ?

74
00:04:43,452 --> 00:04:44,249
Quoi ?

75
00:04:44,541 --> 00:04:46,206
Certains n'aiment rien tant

76
00:04:46,248 --> 00:04:48,663
qu'un moteur qui rugit
et des pneus qui hurlent.

77
00:04:49,756 --> 00:04:51,540
Si tu sors
avec le Bibendum Michelin.

78
00:04:51,725 --> 00:04:52,632
Ça va ?

79
00:04:53,376 --> 00:04:55,872
- Je peux vous aider ?
- Ça dépend. Vous êtes ?

80
00:04:56,142 --> 00:04:57,876
NCIS. Qui êtes-vous ?

81
00:04:58,298 --> 00:04:59,435
Allison Pritchet,

82
00:04:59,657 --> 00:05:02,142
Assurance Raydex.
J'ai été désignée comme experte.

83
00:05:02,774 --> 00:05:04,887
Vous pouvez me dire
ce qui s'est passé ?

84
00:05:05,139 --> 00:05:06,138
Pas encore.

85
00:05:06,334 --> 00:05:08,010
Ces courses sont un problème.

86
00:05:08,052 --> 00:05:11,443
Ces gosses dépensent plus pour foncer
que ce que vaut la voiture.

87
00:05:11,760 --> 00:05:12,687
Pour quoi ?

88
00:05:13,772 --> 00:05:16,315
Pour la raison qui pousse
certains à s'endetter pour un sac,

89
00:05:16,502 --> 00:05:17,483
je suppose.

90
00:05:18,155 --> 00:05:20,319
J'apprécierais
une copie du rapport final.

91
00:05:20,445 --> 00:05:21,729
Et le vôtre ?

92
00:05:21,893 --> 00:05:23,323
Nous sommes minutieux

93
00:05:23,613 --> 00:05:24,867
et professionnels.

94
00:05:30,984 --> 00:05:31,956
C'était quoi ?

95
00:05:32,040 --> 00:05:33,259
Oui, je sais.

96
00:05:33,599 --> 00:05:34,724
Je parle de toi.

97
00:05:35,778 --> 00:05:36,911
Moi. Moi ?

98
00:05:37,958 --> 00:05:39,296
Elle était bizarre.

99
00:05:40,782 --> 00:05:41,966
Je la crois pas.

100
00:05:43,135 --> 00:05:45,443
Je vais demander
l'épave à la police.

101
00:05:45,485 --> 00:05:47,430
Toi... respire un peu.

102
00:05:49,721 --> 00:05:51,045
T'es trop drôle.

103
00:05:54,025 --> 00:05:56,368
Aller-retour en 1 heure
sur Pacific Coast.

104
00:05:58,454 --> 00:06:00,151
Tu as eu du bol.
Et mon beignet ?

105
00:06:01,560 --> 00:06:03,237
Tu ne surveillais pas ta ligne ?

106
00:06:07,349 --> 00:06:10,489
On vous a encore surpris
à aller un peu vite.

107
00:06:12,205 --> 00:06:13,539
Caméra de feu rouge.

108
00:06:14,286 --> 00:06:15,188
Flashé.

109
00:06:17,133 --> 00:06:18,419
Je chassais un suspect.

110
00:06:20,286 --> 00:06:21,047
Non.

111
00:06:21,131 --> 00:06:22,560
On était en congé.

112
00:06:22,712 --> 00:06:24,884
Tu étais en retard
pour un match des Kings.

113
00:06:25,173 --> 00:06:26,673
Pas de beignet, pas d'amitié.

114
00:06:27,196 --> 00:06:30,067
Notre copain de la police,
Bernhart, peut t'aider.

115
00:06:30,934 --> 00:06:34,134
Certainement pas.
Vous pensez à sa couverture ?

116
00:06:34,176 --> 00:06:35,936
Vous ferez comme tous les autres

117
00:06:36,172 --> 00:06:38,105
- et irez à l'auto-école.
- Ouais.

118
00:06:38,189 --> 00:06:40,520
C'est pas grave, tu le feras en ligne.
Tu vas adorer.

119
00:06:40,562 --> 00:06:44,176
C'est possible sans condamnation
dans les 18 derniers mois.

120
00:06:44,218 --> 00:06:45,460
Malheureusement,

121
00:06:45,554 --> 00:06:48,741
c'est la troisième pour M. Callen,
et donc

122
00:06:48,825 --> 00:06:51,733
16 heures de cours en salle.

123
00:06:53,042 --> 00:06:54,080
Vous plaisantez.

124
00:06:54,164 --> 00:06:55,246
Rassurez-vous.

125
00:06:55,715 --> 00:06:59,376
Vous vous amuserez.
C'est de l'enseignement par la comédie

126
00:06:59,462 --> 00:07:00,948
et ça dure deux jours.

127
00:07:01,620 --> 00:07:02,421
Non.

128
00:07:02,507 --> 00:07:04,007
Je suis sur une affaire.

129
00:07:04,487 --> 00:07:07,065
Sam et Kensi sont plus que capables

130
00:07:07,107 --> 00:07:09,929
de vous remplacer
jusqu'à la fin du stage.

131
00:07:10,862 --> 00:07:14,108
C'est dans une demi-heure
à Culver City,

132
00:07:14,249 --> 00:07:15,851
vous devriez vous dépêcher.

133
00:07:16,053 --> 00:07:18,562
Pas d'excès de vitesse
en allant là-bas.

134
00:07:18,688 --> 00:07:20,147
Tu devrais prendre la 90.

135
00:07:20,231 --> 00:07:21,128
Je blaguais.

136
00:07:21,170 --> 00:07:22,968
C'est l'autoroute de la Marina.

137
00:07:29,157 --> 00:07:30,779
Tu as quoi, Eric ?

138
00:07:31,072 --> 00:07:33,897
Beaucoup de photos et de vidéos
ont été postées de cette soirée

139
00:07:33,939 --> 00:07:36,873
sur leurs réseaux sociaux,
et je compare les meilleures.

140
00:07:39,584 --> 00:07:41,335
Bon, une photo rapide.

141
00:07:43,625 --> 00:07:44,820
La photo de gauche.

142
00:07:45,137 --> 00:07:46,344
OK. Secouez...

143
00:07:47,446 --> 00:07:48,746
remuez, et

144
00:07:49,012 --> 00:07:50,928
c'est parti. Photosynth

145
00:07:51,012 --> 00:07:53,950
a collé ensemble les photos
de provenances diverses,

146
00:07:54,313 --> 00:07:57,268
et a créé une grande image
interactive en 3D.

147
00:07:57,352 --> 00:07:59,272
On a un gros plan de l'explosion ?

148
00:07:59,858 --> 00:08:01,815
Demande et tu recevras.

149
00:08:02,307 --> 00:08:04,592
J'ai récupéré le son
d'une caméra vidéo.

150
00:08:05,014 --> 00:08:07,264
On entend Rush activer

151
00:08:07,306 --> 00:08:08,988
son NOX pressurisé, mais...

152
00:08:09,444 --> 00:08:12,074
- pas d'accélération fulgurante.
- Juste une explosion.

153
00:08:12,655 --> 00:08:13,416
Exact.

154
00:08:13,709 --> 00:08:16,203
Ce qui signifie que l'azote
n'a jamais atteint le moteur.

155
00:08:16,850 --> 00:08:19,582
Rush utilisait un système d'injection
qui mélange l'azote...

156
00:08:19,666 --> 00:08:21,750
L'azote et l'essence
dans l'admission.

157
00:08:23,026 --> 00:08:25,885
C'est ça. Mais quand le système
n'a pas eu ce qu'il attendait,

158
00:08:25,927 --> 00:08:28,967
La pression et la température
ont grimpé et ça a détruit le moteur.

159
00:08:29,286 --> 00:08:31,371
- La dame s'y connaît.
- La dame

160
00:08:31,512 --> 00:08:34,263
sait aussi qu'un moteur explosé
ne cause pas ces dégâts.

161
00:08:35,265 --> 00:08:36,402
À l'oeil nu,

162
00:08:36,495 --> 00:08:39,852
il semble que la Mitsubishi explose
juste après le passage de la Honda, mais

163
00:08:40,245 --> 00:08:41,605
si on ralentit,

164
00:08:43,116 --> 00:08:46,108
il s'agit en fait de l'enchaînement
de deux explosions séparées.

165
00:08:46,820 --> 00:08:49,128
La première est cohérente
avec une casse moteur,

166
00:08:49,170 --> 00:08:50,863
entraînant une légère explosion.

167
00:08:51,144 --> 00:08:52,949
Qu'est-ce qui a causé la seconde ?

168
00:08:53,491 --> 00:08:54,979
C'était un expert mécanicien.

169
00:08:55,021 --> 00:08:57,630
Il n'aurait pas pu se tromper
dans le système d'alimentation.

170
00:08:58,261 --> 00:09:01,040
Donc, tu dis que la voiture
de Rush a été sabotée ?

171
00:09:03,513 --> 00:09:06,067
Fichiers cryptés, possible sabotage,

172
00:09:07,544 --> 00:09:10,087
tout ça se transforme
en enquête pour meurtre.

173
00:09:30,987 --> 00:09:32,338
Bon après-midi.

174
00:09:32,803 --> 00:09:34,239
Je suis M. Loobertz.

175
00:09:34,854 --> 00:09:36,014
Bienvenue à...

176
00:09:36,155 --> 00:09:37,315
l'auto-école

177
00:09:37,842 --> 00:09:39,319
Rire Pour Tous.

178
00:09:42,505 --> 00:09:43,255
Bon,

179
00:09:43,887 --> 00:09:45,505
je sais que vous n'êtes

180
00:09:45,938 --> 00:09:48,258
sûrement pas tous vraiment ravis

181
00:09:48,548 --> 00:09:49,465
d'être ici,

182
00:09:50,227 --> 00:09:52,800
mais je vous garantis que vous allez
passer une super journée,

183
00:09:53,262 --> 00:09:55,844
parce que nous sommes Rire Pour Tous,
mais aussi

184
00:09:55,930 --> 00:09:57,618
Tous Pour Rire.

185
00:09:58,266 --> 00:09:59,240
Pour nous,

186
00:09:59,673 --> 00:10:03,310
"Ça colle" à "l'École", vous voyez ?

187
00:10:04,782 --> 00:10:06,105
Il y a un "L" de trop.

188
00:10:06,739 --> 00:10:08,065
C'est pour mieux voler.

189
00:10:11,310 --> 00:10:12,540
Ça va être long...

190
00:10:18,576 --> 00:10:20,412
Ce garage est une affaire
de famille.

191
00:10:20,454 --> 00:10:22,507
Le frère aîné, Keith,
la jeune soeur, Angela.

192
00:10:22,549 --> 00:10:25,457
Les dossiers financiers les donnent
à une vidange de la faillite

193
00:10:25,671 --> 00:10:27,311
Un lien de la page Facebook de Rush

194
00:10:27,353 --> 00:10:30,183
nous dirige vers un site dédié
à ses victoires en course.

195
00:10:32,397 --> 00:10:34,477
Rush était une légende vivante.

196
00:10:35,810 --> 00:10:37,970
Maintenant...
une légende tout court.

197
00:10:45,758 --> 00:10:48,409
- Qu'est-ce qu'il va faire ?
- Qu'est-ce que je vais faire ?

198
00:10:48,451 --> 00:10:50,476
Tu comprends pas.
On n'a pas d'argent.

199
00:10:50,518 --> 00:10:52,437
- Il doit partir.
- C'est pas juste.

200
00:10:52,479 --> 00:10:54,034
Que veux-tu ?
On n'a pas le choix.

201
00:10:54,076 --> 00:10:56,524
Les gars, les gars !
Vous inquiétez pas.

202
00:10:56,917 --> 00:10:57,761
C'est bon.

203
00:10:59,355 --> 00:11:00,503
Ça va aller.

204
00:11:02,808 --> 00:11:03,927
Bonne chance.

205
00:11:04,165 --> 00:11:05,998
- Désolée, on est fermé.
- Mais non.

206
00:11:07,033 --> 00:11:09,585
- Que puis-je pour vous ?
- Keith et Angela Rush ?

207
00:11:10,207 --> 00:11:11,191
Oui, pourquoi ?

208
00:11:11,425 --> 00:11:12,221
NCIS.

209
00:11:12,517 --> 00:11:14,381
On est là à propos
de votre frère James.

210
00:11:17,387 --> 00:11:18,851
James était un ange.

211
00:11:19,373 --> 00:11:21,110
Pour mon onzième anniversaire,

212
00:11:21,152 --> 00:11:23,390
je voulais un vélo neuf,
mais mon père pouvait pas,

213
00:11:23,476 --> 00:11:25,399
James m'en a fabriqué un
à partir de rien.

214
00:11:26,793 --> 00:11:28,228
Il pouvait tout fabriquer.

215
00:11:28,494 --> 00:11:29,980
Un chouette frère, on dirait.

216
00:11:31,026 --> 00:11:32,033
Le meilleur.

217
00:11:33,017 --> 00:11:35,903
Quelle que soit la situation,
il en voyait le côté positif.

218
00:11:36,112 --> 00:11:39,230
Il arrivait même à donner
de la valeur à ce garage.

219
00:11:40,366 --> 00:11:42,910
Maintenant qu'il est mort,
on devrait vendre et partir.

220
00:11:42,994 --> 00:11:44,047
À ce point ?

221
00:11:44,661 --> 00:11:46,243
On se maintient à peine à flot.

222
00:11:46,530 --> 00:11:49,483
Ma mère s'est tirée,
mon père est en prison.

223
00:11:50,467 --> 00:11:51,827
James est mort hier

224
00:11:51,869 --> 00:11:54,713
et Keith agit
comme si rien n'avait changé.

225
00:11:54,991 --> 00:11:56,831
C'était plutôt dur
ces derniers temps.

226
00:11:57,991 --> 00:11:59,749
On dirait que votre soeur craque.

227
00:12:01,207 --> 00:12:03,258
Ce garage est dans la famille
depuis 15 ans.

228
00:12:03,300 --> 00:12:04,582
On n'a que ça.

229
00:12:04,795 --> 00:12:06,725
Si on vend maintenant,
on n'aura plus rien.

230
00:12:06,973 --> 00:12:09,353
Angela réalise pas.
Je suis pas prêt à passer la main.

231
00:12:09,437 --> 00:12:11,480
Il faut parfois lutter
pour ceux qu'on aime.

232
00:12:13,380 --> 00:12:16,275
Je m'occupe de James et d'Angela
depuis que mon père est en taule.

233
00:12:17,276 --> 00:12:20,089
C'est pas toujours génial,
mais on a survécu.

234
00:12:22,373 --> 00:12:24,809
J'ai bien fait de pousser James
à s'engager dans la Marine,

235
00:12:24,851 --> 00:12:26,838
pour l'empêcher de déraper
comme papa, mais

236
00:12:27,811 --> 00:12:29,123
il aimait pas être loin.

237
00:12:29,633 --> 00:12:31,083
Qu'est-il arrivé à votre père ?

238
00:12:32,491 --> 00:12:35,268
Il a pris six ans pour homicide
involontaire au volant.

239
00:12:35,848 --> 00:12:37,051
Pendant une course.

240
00:12:37,207 --> 00:12:38,382
Vous désapprouvez ?

241
00:12:38,660 --> 00:12:40,717
Bon sang, non. Je courais aussi.

242
00:12:41,408 --> 00:12:42,511
Vous avez lâché ?

243
00:12:43,635 --> 00:12:45,559
Je voulais devenir pro, mais

244
00:12:46,891 --> 00:12:49,010
les choses étant ce qu'elles sont,
j'en suis là.

245
00:12:50,094 --> 00:12:52,344
Je me bats pour garder ce garage
pour Angela,

246
00:12:52,386 --> 00:12:53,914
qu'elle le voie ou pas.

247
00:12:55,236 --> 00:12:57,614
Le meurtre de mon frère
ne m'obligera pas à vendre.

248
00:12:58,815 --> 00:13:00,612
Pourquoi parlez-vous de meurtre ?

249
00:13:01,765 --> 00:13:03,851
Le type contre qui il courait,
la Honda argent.

250
00:13:04,097 --> 00:13:05,128
Et alors ?

251
00:13:05,269 --> 00:13:06,077
Tokkan.

252
00:13:07,079 --> 00:13:09,001
Il rivalise avec James
depuis des années,

253
00:13:09,142 --> 00:13:12,006
et quand James s'est engagé,
Tokkan est devenu l'homme à battre.

254
00:13:12,549 --> 00:13:15,085
Au retour de James,
Tokkan est redevenu le numéro 2.

255
00:13:16,044 --> 00:13:17,629
Où peut-on trouver ce Tokkan ?

256
00:13:17,715 --> 00:13:19,243
Personne ne sait qui il est.

257
00:13:19,673 --> 00:13:22,551
Il montre jamais son visage,
ne reste jamais après ses victoires.

258
00:13:23,550 --> 00:13:24,909
Ce type est un mystère.

259
00:13:25,670 --> 00:13:28,974
Il nous faut vos vidéos de surveillance
sur la voiture de votre frère.

260
00:13:29,060 --> 00:13:31,271
Même moi, je pouvais pas
m'approcher de sa voiture.

261
00:13:31,857 --> 00:13:33,263
Rivalité fraternelle ?

262
00:13:35,712 --> 00:13:37,376
Ça parait idiot maintenant, non ?

263
00:13:38,583 --> 00:13:40,943
J'admire cet état d'esprit.
Une tragédie après l'autre,

264
00:13:40,985 --> 00:13:43,177
- et ils s'accrochent.
- Tu es obligé.

265
00:13:43,335 --> 00:13:44,870
Sinon, tu te fais bouffer.

266
00:13:45,561 --> 00:13:47,624
- Elle est trop drôle. Dingue.
- Qui ?

267
00:13:48,233 --> 00:13:51,121
- Hetty m'a envoyé un SMS.
- Hetty n'envoie pas de SMS.

268
00:13:51,205 --> 00:13:53,479
Peut-être pas à toi,
mais à moi tout le temps.

269
00:13:54,073 --> 00:13:56,244
- Sur quoi ?
- Des blagues salaces en général.

270
00:13:56,385 --> 00:13:58,758
En latin. Tu devrais voir
celle sur E pluribus unum.

271
00:13:58,800 --> 00:14:00,502
On est presque des BFF.

272
00:14:05,397 --> 00:14:07,148
S-R-X. À ta gauche.

273
00:14:07,881 --> 00:14:11,475
C'est pour ça que Hetty a confisqué
tes échasses et ton monocycle.

274
00:14:11,559 --> 00:14:14,853
T'as quelque chose pour nous,
Ericus le Barbantus ?

275
00:14:16,628 --> 00:14:18,454
J'ai fait une recherche sur Tokkan.

276
00:14:19,546 --> 00:14:22,195
Le nom est bien connu
dans le monde des courses de rue,

277
00:14:22,405 --> 00:14:24,702
mais ce type n'a jamais été pris
ni arrêté.

278
00:14:25,614 --> 00:14:28,228
Puis, on a le mécanicien
de Ratchethead.

279
00:14:28,270 --> 00:14:31,081
Omar Alvares,
qui vient d'être renvoyé.

280
00:14:31,291 --> 00:14:33,622
Il n'est pas coureur,
mais il a un casier

281
00:14:33,706 --> 00:14:36,341
pour trafic de voitures à Inglewood.

282
00:14:36,722 --> 00:14:38,703
Dresse une liste
de ses complices connus,

283
00:14:38,745 --> 00:14:41,069
de sa famille, et tous ceux
avec qui il a été en taule.

284
00:14:41,835 --> 00:14:44,299
Rush père est en taule pour homicide
pendant une course.

285
00:14:44,661 --> 00:14:46,916
Le meurtre de son fils
peut être une revanche.

286
00:14:47,051 --> 00:14:48,428
Je veux ce dossier aussi.

287
00:14:49,040 --> 00:14:50,927
J'ai vu, j'ai fait.
Vérifie tes mails.

288
00:14:51,501 --> 00:14:53,745
Je t'avais dit que ce truc
me rendrait plus efficace.

289
00:14:54,854 --> 00:14:57,650
Ils viennent d'apporter la Mitsubishi
de Rush.

290
00:14:57,857 --> 00:14:59,813
- Ce qu'il en reste.
- Ça te dit ?

291
00:14:59,855 --> 00:15:02,693
Non, vas-y. Je vais envoyer un mail
à Callen, voir s'il est au top.

292
00:15:02,915 --> 00:15:04,219
Tu crois qu'il s'amuse ?

293
00:15:05,294 --> 00:15:06,280
Oh, oui.

294
00:15:06,656 --> 00:15:08,335
Comme vous pouvez le constater,

295
00:15:08,545 --> 00:15:10,325
le manuel du conducteur
de Californie

296
00:15:10,411 --> 00:15:11,983
a plus de 90 pages.

297
00:15:12,787 --> 00:15:15,365
Ça fait beaucoup d'informations
à retenir.

298
00:15:15,787 --> 00:15:17,791
Vous savez ce qu'il est facile
de retenir ?

299
00:15:18,594 --> 00:15:19,528
Quelqu'un ?

300
00:15:20,246 --> 00:15:22,133
Personne ?
C'est une question.

301
00:15:22,712 --> 00:15:23,755
Un indice ?

302
00:15:25,490 --> 00:15:26,568
D'accord.

303
00:15:27,067 --> 00:15:28,065
C'est ça.

304
00:15:28,771 --> 00:15:29,759
C'est ça.

305
00:15:29,997 --> 00:15:31,013
Et voilà.

306
00:15:31,407 --> 00:15:33,230
La musique, les paroles.

307
00:15:34,355 --> 00:15:36,018
Vous le sentez ?
Rire Pour Tous...

308
00:15:36,217 --> 00:15:38,478
Rire Pour Tous a décomposé
chaque section

309
00:15:38,564 --> 00:15:40,155
en chansons, depuis

310
00:15:40,197 --> 00:15:42,452
les rocks d'immatriculation,
en passant par

311
00:15:42,494 --> 00:15:44,276
les raps des demandes d'assurances.

312
00:15:46,193 --> 00:15:48,401
Il y a quelque chose
pour tout le monde.

313
00:15:48,616 --> 00:15:50,520
Achevez-moi, s'il vous plaît.

314
00:15:51,516 --> 00:15:52,664
Donne-moi une clé.

315
00:15:56,824 --> 00:15:59,391
Attention, cowboy.
Ce bébé a déjà assez souffert.

316
00:15:59,830 --> 00:16:01,457
Pardon. C'est si important ?

317
00:16:01,499 --> 00:16:02,886
Que te dire ?

318
00:16:03,036 --> 00:16:05,047
L'odeur de graisse
est mon parfum préféré.

319
00:16:06,380 --> 00:16:07,569
Alors, raconte.

320
00:16:08,741 --> 00:16:10,300
T'es une pro des voitures, non ?

321
00:16:10,342 --> 00:16:12,471
J'aidais mon père à tuner
sa Nova le week-end.

322
00:16:13,304 --> 00:16:14,160
En fait...

323
00:16:14,517 --> 00:16:16,984
Je passais l'après-midi
à lui donner ses outils,

324
00:16:17,026 --> 00:16:18,455
et lui porter des bières.

325
00:16:18,759 --> 00:16:20,904
- Ça a l'air sympa.
- Ouais.

326
00:16:21,624 --> 00:16:24,248
Chaque fois qu'il partait,
je réglais moi-même le carburateur

327
00:16:24,290 --> 00:16:25,942
pour qu'il soit surpris
à son retour.

328
00:16:28,580 --> 00:16:31,031
Ça va pas marcher.
Douille de 13.

329
00:16:39,972 --> 00:16:41,041
Vraiment ?

330
00:16:42,855 --> 00:16:44,765
Mon père ne bossait pas
sur des voitures.

331
00:16:44,807 --> 00:16:47,162
- Il était plus du genre Légo.
- Attends.

332
00:16:49,405 --> 00:16:50,676
Je sens quelque chose.

333
00:16:59,284 --> 00:17:00,309
Oh, bon sang.

334
00:17:01,106 --> 00:17:03,098
- C'est quoi ?
- Je sais pas.

335
00:17:03,801 --> 00:17:06,179
Mais je parie que ça n'a rien à faire
sur cette voiture.

336
00:17:06,490 --> 00:17:08,276
Keith Rush nous dira ce que c'est.

337
00:17:24,256 --> 00:17:25,502
Personne, on dirait ?

338
00:17:27,099 --> 00:17:28,247
Personne d'amical.

339
00:17:34,576 --> 00:17:35,818
Je passe par-derrière.

340
00:17:49,184 --> 00:17:50,861
Stop ! Agent fédéral !

341
00:17:54,938 --> 00:17:58,160
Un peu tard pour une vidange.
Que faites-vous là ?

342
00:17:59,104 --> 00:18:01,131
Capitaine de frégate
Garrison Timmons,

343
00:18:01,898 --> 00:18:04,078
L'officier supérieur de James Rush.

344
00:18:14,698 --> 00:18:15,986
James était un bon gars.

345
00:18:16,028 --> 00:18:18,121
Je voulais présenter
mes respects à sa famille.

346
00:18:18,163 --> 00:18:19,319
C'est ça, oui.

347
00:18:19,361 --> 00:18:21,376
Je veux savoir ce que c'est,

348
00:18:21,516 --> 00:18:22,852
et comment ça marche.

349
00:18:25,688 --> 00:18:26,855
J'en sais rien.

350
00:18:27,959 --> 00:18:30,525
Vous l'avez lâché dans le garage
en vous enfuyant.

351
00:18:30,847 --> 00:18:34,070
Il y a sûrement un tas d'équipements
bizarres là-bas.

352
00:18:34,462 --> 00:18:35,655
C'est un garage.

353
00:18:36,101 --> 00:18:38,965
Les autres équipements bizarres
n'ont pas vos empreintes,

354
00:18:39,007 --> 00:18:39,868
ça, oui.

355
00:18:41,101 --> 00:18:42,138
Excusez-moi.

356
00:18:52,049 --> 00:18:53,507
Qu'est-ce que tu fais ?

357
00:18:53,889 --> 00:18:55,342
Je lui donne ce qu'il cherchait.

358
00:19:05,699 --> 00:19:06,625
Et ça ?

359
00:19:07,387 --> 00:19:09,309
Vous savez ce que c'est,
n'est-ce pas ?

360
00:19:09,789 --> 00:19:11,908
Eh bien, en fait, oui.

361
00:19:13,262 --> 00:19:14,402
Où est l'autre ?

362
00:19:17,923 --> 00:19:19,032
James travaillait

363
00:19:19,117 --> 00:19:21,618
sur un système avancé
de batterie lithium-ion.

364
00:19:21,704 --> 00:19:23,747
Ultra légère, super puissante,

365
00:19:24,060 --> 00:19:25,923
pas besoin de la remplacer.

366
00:19:26,796 --> 00:19:27,874
Instable,

367
00:19:28,202 --> 00:19:30,210
mais une fois au point,
de l'or en barre.

368
00:19:34,765 --> 00:19:36,132
Deux spécimens ont disparu.

369
00:19:36,218 --> 00:19:38,204
J'ai su pour l'accident,
j'étais inquiet.

370
00:19:38,246 --> 00:19:40,484
- Pourquoi ?
- James était un vrai bricoleur

371
00:19:40,526 --> 00:19:42,264
qui aimait se salir les mains.

372
00:19:42,954 --> 00:19:45,790
Il avait l'habitude de tester les trucs
de son côté.

373
00:19:46,142 --> 00:19:47,384
La nouvelle batterie.

374
00:19:47,818 --> 00:19:51,231
Elle augmente considérablement
l'efficacité du cycle de combustion.

375
00:19:51,493 --> 00:19:54,067
En gros, ça fait aller les voitures
plus vite, d'accord ?

376
00:19:55,370 --> 00:19:57,878
Je ne voulais pas que la Marine
découvre leur disparition.

377
00:19:58,745 --> 00:20:00,351
Je suis venu les récupérer.

378
00:20:00,901 --> 00:20:01,909
C'est quoi ?

379
00:20:02,401 --> 00:20:03,493
Un dosimètre.

380
00:20:04,393 --> 00:20:07,171
Il reconnaît la signature
de la batterie au lithium-ion.

381
00:20:14,714 --> 00:20:17,340
Cette technologie n'est pas seulement
une future fortune.

382
00:20:18,276 --> 00:20:21,194
Elle révolutionnerait
nos véhicules d'assaut sur le terrain.

383
00:20:22,360 --> 00:20:25,395
On ne peut pas se permettre
qu'elle tombe dans de mauvaises mains.

384
00:20:26,250 --> 00:20:29,133
Tiens donc.
Ne serait-ce pas notre délinquant ?

385
00:20:29,175 --> 00:20:30,864
Ta journée de congé a été bonne ?

386
00:20:31,582 --> 00:20:32,737
Ne commence pas.

387
00:20:35,156 --> 00:20:37,360
Si quelqu'un a saboté la voiture
de Rush,

388
00:20:37,594 --> 00:20:38,607
pourquoi ?

389
00:20:38,988 --> 00:20:40,606
Peut-être un rival ?

390
00:20:40,648 --> 00:20:43,366
Ce qui met ce Tokkan
en tête de liste.

391
00:20:43,676 --> 00:20:45,201
Et le supérieur de Rush ?

392
00:20:45,285 --> 00:20:47,412
Il a parlé très vite.
Je crois qu'il dit vrai.

393
00:20:48,622 --> 00:20:50,123
Et la batterie manquante ?

394
00:20:50,310 --> 00:20:51,927
On fouille le garage.

395
00:20:52,513 --> 00:20:53,407
Bonjour.

396
00:20:54,013 --> 00:20:57,751
Combien faut-il à une voiture
qui roule à 55 km/h

397
00:20:57,968 --> 00:20:59,515
pour s'arrêter, M. Callen ?

398
00:21:00,636 --> 00:21:01,633
61 mètres.

399
00:21:03,105 --> 00:21:04,214
Plutôt 64.

400
00:21:06,098 --> 00:21:07,682
Comment une si petite...

401
00:21:08,048 --> 00:21:10,143
C'est une école de conduite.
Ça doit pas être si dur.

402
00:21:10,867 --> 00:21:12,854
Tu te souviens des Libyens
sur le chalutier ?

403
00:21:13,070 --> 00:21:15,285
- Vraiment ?
- Les Libyens ne chantaient pas.

404
00:21:15,484 --> 00:21:17,275
- Des chansons ?
- Et des marionnettes.

405
00:21:18,312 --> 00:21:19,194
Désolé.

406
00:21:20,339 --> 00:21:22,040
Bonjour, le bolide.

407
00:21:23,315 --> 00:21:24,991
Vous avez eu mon dernier SMS ?

408
00:21:25,033 --> 00:21:27,066
X-L-T, Hetty. Hilarant.

409
00:21:28,962 --> 00:21:30,919
J'espère
que vous surveillez l'heure.

410
00:21:31,540 --> 00:21:32,958
Pour votre dernier jour.

411
00:21:33,576 --> 00:21:35,203
Souvenez-vous, les mains

412
00:21:35,544 --> 00:21:37,295
à 9 h et 3 h.

413
00:21:38,851 --> 00:21:40,022
10 h et 2 h.

414
00:21:43,008 --> 00:21:44,274
Accroche-toi, mec.

415
00:21:47,577 --> 00:21:50,213
- C'est une batterie.
- Je ne l'ai jamais vue.

416
00:21:50,456 --> 00:21:52,483
Keith en saurait plus
sur ce genre de truc.

417
00:21:52,608 --> 00:21:54,166
Il vous dira quand il sera là.

418
00:21:55,482 --> 00:21:57,078
On peut faire le tour ?

419
00:22:00,417 --> 00:22:02,424
Vous savez où on peut trouver
Omar Alvares ?

420
00:22:03,629 --> 00:22:06,136
À South Central ?
Il bouge tout le temps.

421
00:22:07,618 --> 00:22:10,140
Ça doit être dur de tenir ça seuls.

422
00:22:10,801 --> 00:22:12,265
Je hais les courses.

423
00:22:12,307 --> 00:22:14,724
J'ai supplié James d'arrêter,
mais il ne m'écoutait pas.

424
00:22:15,245 --> 00:22:16,501
Les hommes sont idiots.

425
00:22:17,441 --> 00:22:18,458
Parfois.

426
00:22:19,033 --> 00:22:21,858
Après ce qui est arrivé à notre père,
on pensait qu'il aurait...

427
00:22:23,075 --> 00:22:25,364
Il peut pas arrêter la course.

428
00:22:25,490 --> 00:22:26,537
Rien par ici.

429
00:22:27,699 --> 00:22:29,202
Où peut-on trouver Keith ?

430
00:22:30,664 --> 00:22:34,136
Il a dit qu'il allait chercher
des pièces, mais pour quoi ?

431
00:22:34,198 --> 00:22:36,083
C'est pas
comme si on avait des clients.

432
00:22:36,145 --> 00:22:38,648
- Où serait-il allé ?
- Je suis pas sûre.

433
00:22:38,710 --> 00:22:41,093
J'ai appelé son portable,
mais il a pas répondu.

434
00:22:41,498 --> 00:22:45,154
J'ai peur qu'il cherche Tokkan
et s'il le trouve...

435
00:22:46,578 --> 00:22:48,363
Je peux pas perdre un autre frère.

436
00:22:48,846 --> 00:22:51,511
Votre frère doit nous contacter
dès qu'il rentre.

437
00:22:53,750 --> 00:22:57,244
Voilà pourquoi il est essentiel

438
00:22:57,514 --> 00:23:00,713
de tout le temps les avoir sur soi.

439
00:23:01,935 --> 00:23:03,820
N'est-ce pas, M. Walinski ?

440
00:23:06,044 --> 00:23:07,310
M. Walinski.

441
00:23:10,079 --> 00:23:11,539
M. Walinski.

442
00:23:13,234 --> 00:23:15,311
Essentiel. J'ai compris.

443
00:23:17,979 --> 00:23:21,657
- Donc l'assurance...
- Obligatoire, M. Walinski,

444
00:23:21,949 --> 00:23:23,004
obligatoire.

445
00:23:23,704 --> 00:23:26,051
Si vous modifiez votre voiture
pour des courses de rue ?

446
00:23:26,348 --> 00:23:27,926
Ceux qui connaissent

447
00:23:28,196 --> 00:23:31,201
le manuel des assurances
de Californie savent

448
00:23:31,305 --> 00:23:34,017
que ces coureurs
ne peuvent être assurés.

449
00:23:34,279 --> 00:23:38,214
En fait, ces courses
ou tout autre acte de négligence

450
00:23:38,387 --> 00:23:40,692
annulent l'assurance entière.

451
00:23:41,080 --> 00:23:42,277
Oui, monsieur.

452
00:23:45,999 --> 00:23:48,198
J'espère que ce sont des notes,
M. Walinski.

453
00:23:51,450 --> 00:23:54,709
Callen avait raison.
Rush n'était pas assuré chez Raydex.

454
00:23:54,846 --> 00:23:56,739
En fait, d'après ce que l'on sait,

455
00:23:56,923 --> 00:23:59,216
il n'était assuré nulle part
en dehors de la Marine.

456
00:23:59,573 --> 00:24:01,509
Et l'assureur qu'on a rencontré ?

457
00:24:01,551 --> 00:24:03,858
Elle n'existe pas.
Raydex n'a aucun employé de ce nom

458
00:24:03,942 --> 00:24:05,777
et personne
affecté dans ce secteur hier.

459
00:24:05,920 --> 00:24:07,866
L'adresse d'Alvares était bidon,

460
00:24:07,908 --> 00:24:09,910
mais sa liste de relations
probablement pas.

461
00:24:09,952 --> 00:24:12,197
- À qui Alvares fait-il confiance ?
- Il était codétenu

462
00:24:12,322 --> 00:24:14,566
avec Dwight Johnson
pendant trois ans.

463
00:24:14,608 --> 00:24:17,684
Les codétenus deviennent souvent proches
s'ils se tuent pas avant.

464
00:24:17,726 --> 00:24:20,000
Attends, Johnson habite à Echo Park.

465
00:24:20,325 --> 00:24:22,305
Et l'inculpation du père de James ?

466
00:24:22,435 --> 00:24:25,009
La personne
que Rush senior a tuée était

467
00:24:25,453 --> 00:24:27,841
un clochard sans nom.
Le corps n'a jamais été identifié.

468
00:24:27,925 --> 00:24:30,007
Le risque de vengeance
est bien mince.

469
00:24:30,245 --> 00:24:32,345
Je l'ai. Je l'ai.

470
00:24:32,527 --> 00:24:33,346
Alvares ?

471
00:24:33,673 --> 00:24:36,691
La voiture de Tokkan. Elle vient
de quitter la 105 pour El Segundo.

472
00:24:36,821 --> 00:24:38,226
Kensi, voitures séparées.

473
00:24:38,310 --> 00:24:39,853
Guide-nous, ne le perds pas.

474
00:24:43,148 --> 00:24:44,774
Où il est, Eric, je le vois pas.

475
00:24:45,060 --> 00:24:47,152
Juste devant toi,
il tourne à la raffinerie.

476
00:24:47,462 --> 00:24:48,663
Il accélère.

477
00:24:48,946 --> 00:24:50,572
Je l'ai, mais il nous a repérés.

478
00:25:02,710 --> 00:25:04,127
Je tente de le devancer.

479
00:25:46,336 --> 00:25:49,255
Agents fédéraux ! Hors du véhicule !
Les mains en vue, tout de suite !

480
00:25:49,915 --> 00:25:50,796
Allez !

481
00:26:13,134 --> 00:26:14,388
Étudiante,

482
00:26:15,156 --> 00:26:17,374
riche famille, pas de casier.

483
00:26:18,595 --> 00:26:19,702
Allysia Takada,

484
00:26:19,882 --> 00:26:21,677
alias agent d'assurance,

485
00:26:21,719 --> 00:26:23,451
alias Tokkan.

486
00:26:23,493 --> 00:26:26,440
Une gosse de riche de Palos Verdes.

487
00:26:26,482 --> 00:26:28,503
L'identité secrète
fait partie du jeu ?

488
00:26:30,194 --> 00:26:31,740
Ce n'est plus un jeu.

489
00:26:33,116 --> 00:26:34,166
On a un mort.

490
00:26:36,693 --> 00:26:39,916
La frustration de perdre face à James
aurait conduit au meurtre ?

491
00:26:43,105 --> 00:26:44,490
Vous vouliez le titre.

492
00:26:47,378 --> 00:26:48,806
Être la meilleure.

493
00:26:48,936 --> 00:26:51,484
Tokkan 1. Vif l'éclair, exact ?

494
00:26:52,819 --> 00:26:54,377
Mais James était plus rapide.

495
00:26:55,016 --> 00:26:57,611
Vous, ou un de vos potes,
avez saboté sa voiture pour le tuer.

496
00:26:59,473 --> 00:27:02,787
Non, James et moi, on se battait,
mais je l'ai pas tué.

497
00:27:06,352 --> 00:27:08,001
J'étais amoureuse de lui.

498
00:27:11,673 --> 00:27:13,923
J'ai été si contente
qu'il rentre dans la Marine.

499
00:27:15,904 --> 00:27:17,739
Il vous a dit
sur quoi il travaillait ?

500
00:27:18,154 --> 00:27:19,181
Pas vraiment.

501
00:27:19,690 --> 00:27:21,940
Il aimait que ce soit top secret.

502
00:27:22,187 --> 00:27:25,226
Il m'a dit qu'il avait un nouveau truc
et m'a proposé de faire la course.

503
00:27:25,399 --> 00:27:27,270
Lui seul savait
que vous étiez Tokkan ?

504
00:27:27,628 --> 00:27:29,684
C'était l'idée de James.

505
00:27:30,303 --> 00:27:32,433
Aucun mec n'aurait couru
contre une femme.

506
00:27:32,990 --> 00:27:34,360
Les mecs et leur ego.

507
00:27:35,000 --> 00:27:37,405
Si vous l'aimiez,
pourquoi être partie après l'accident ?

508
00:27:37,866 --> 00:27:40,922
Je savais
qu'il ne pouvait pas survivre à ça.

509
00:27:42,693 --> 00:27:44,829
J'ai continué
à conduire toute la nuit.

510
00:27:44,871 --> 00:27:46,831
Je ne voulais pas faire face.

511
00:27:48,290 --> 00:27:50,413
Je n'y suis retournée
que le lendemain.

512
00:27:52,026 --> 00:27:53,379
Il avait des ennemis ?

513
00:27:53,811 --> 00:27:56,785
S'il y en a un qui voulait pas
que James finisse une course,

514
00:27:56,827 --> 00:27:58,868
- ce serait Stringer.
- Stringer.

515
00:27:59,845 --> 00:28:01,751
Il conduit
une Chevelle noire métallisée.

516
00:28:03,400 --> 00:28:06,726
Il avait perdu contre James
et était en colère.

517
00:28:07,964 --> 00:28:10,547
Il y avait un contentieux entre eux.

518
00:28:10,966 --> 00:28:12,148
Et son prénom ?

519
00:28:12,805 --> 00:28:16,077
Nick Stringer, motard,
voleur de voiture et dur à cuire,

520
00:28:16,119 --> 00:28:17,965
se déplace dans le pays,
de ville en ville,

521
00:28:18,109 --> 00:28:21,407
reste assez pour être repéré
par les radars locaux et s'en va.

522
00:28:22,408 --> 00:28:25,330
Quand il ne court pas,
il parie sur les courses

523
00:28:25,372 --> 00:28:26,967
ou vole des voitures pour courir.

524
00:28:27,237 --> 00:28:30,117
On dirait le guide Michelin
des courses de rues.

525
00:28:30,279 --> 00:28:32,429
Là, une Chevelle noire métallisée.

526
00:28:33,052 --> 00:28:34,335
Et là, Stringer.

527
00:28:34,377 --> 00:28:37,122
Être à une course
ne suffit pas pour l'arrêter.

528
00:28:37,568 --> 00:28:38,866
À qui il parle ?

529
00:28:39,839 --> 00:28:40,968
Image par image.

530
00:28:41,804 --> 00:28:42,757
Stop.

531
00:28:43,683 --> 00:28:44,603
Juste là.

532
00:28:45,495 --> 00:28:46,523
Le reflet.

533
00:28:50,404 --> 00:28:51,594
Keith Rush ?

534
00:29:00,518 --> 00:29:01,667
Deux contre un.

535
00:29:01,978 --> 00:29:02,990
Au sol.

536
00:29:03,317 --> 00:29:05,827
- Au sol.
- Non, ne tirez pas.

537
00:29:06,088 --> 00:29:07,662
Il y a de l'essence partout.

538
00:29:08,277 --> 00:29:10,359
Faites pas ça. Ne soyez pas stupide.

539
00:29:19,279 --> 00:29:20,341
Où est Angela ?

540
00:29:22,177 --> 00:29:24,363
Elle a dit qu'elle ne viendrait plus
au garage.

541
00:29:24,723 --> 00:29:27,014
C'est elle le cerveau de la famille,
non ?

542
00:29:27,684 --> 00:29:28,739
Qui sont-ils ?

543
00:29:28,969 --> 00:29:32,478
- Ils travaillent pour Stringer.
- Avec qui vous étiez à la course ?

544
00:29:33,136 --> 00:29:36,065
Pourquoi n'avoir pas dit que vous étiez
là quand votre frère a été tué ?

545
00:29:36,435 --> 00:29:39,485
Vous étiez jaloux de son succès,
vous qui deviez travailler.

546
00:29:40,181 --> 00:29:42,113
Vous vouliez changer ça,

547
00:29:42,493 --> 00:29:44,574
en bousillant
le moteur de votre frère.

548
00:29:45,089 --> 00:29:48,457
Non, je pariais avec Stringer
que James battrait Tokkan.

549
00:29:48,747 --> 00:29:50,138
C'était un pari sûr.

550
00:29:50,564 --> 00:29:53,207
- James avait mis ce truc. Cette...
- La batterie de la Marine ?

551
00:29:55,871 --> 00:29:57,683
Il disait que ça le ferait gagner.

552
00:29:58,615 --> 00:30:00,173
Non, ça l'a tué,

553
00:30:00,948 --> 00:30:03,058
ça, combiné avec le système NOX.

554
00:30:04,604 --> 00:30:08,055
Je voulais utiliser l'argent
pour remettre en état le garage, mais...

555
00:30:08,552 --> 00:30:11,601
maintenant, j'en dois à la banque
et à Stringer, et j'en ai pas.

556
00:30:12,217 --> 00:30:13,311
Combien d'argent ?

557
00:30:14,989 --> 00:30:16,027
70 000 $.

558
00:30:16,436 --> 00:30:17,690
Où est l'autre batterie ?

559
00:30:18,619 --> 00:30:20,026
Une autre ? Je sais pas.

560
00:30:21,829 --> 00:30:24,322
- Je le jure.
- Et votre mécano.

561
00:30:24,601 --> 00:30:26,365
Où peut-on trouver Omar Alvares ?

562
00:30:27,075 --> 00:30:28,062
Je sais pas.

563
00:30:32,005 --> 00:30:34,346
Omar court avec les Locos Lowriders.

564
00:30:34,898 --> 00:30:36,480
Vous les trouvez, il sera là.

565
00:30:38,884 --> 00:30:41,714
J'ai besoin des lieux fréquentés
par les Locos Lowriders.

566
00:30:41,800 --> 00:30:43,898
Vous approchez d'une intersection

567
00:30:43,940 --> 00:30:46,115
où les feux sont en panne.

568
00:30:46,157 --> 00:30:47,656
Que faites-vous ?

569
00:30:49,473 --> 00:30:53,023
Sam et Kensi sont partis chercher
le mécano des Ratchethead, Omar Alvares.

570
00:30:53,065 --> 00:30:56,020
- M. Walinski.
- Parfait, tiens-moi au courant.

571
00:30:56,104 --> 00:30:58,898
Honteux, M. Walinski, honteux.

572
00:30:58,982 --> 00:31:00,942
Il ne devrait pas avoir
sa ceinture ?

573
00:31:23,757 --> 00:31:26,432
J'espère que ça va marcher.
Il est peut-être trop tard.

574
00:31:28,987 --> 00:31:30,221
Omar Alvares ?

575
00:31:34,396 --> 00:31:36,102
Doucement. Où vas-tu ?

576
00:31:36,684 --> 00:31:37,878
Mains sur le capot.

577
00:31:40,132 --> 00:31:42,377
Agents fédéraux. Reculez.
Faites pas les malins.

578
00:31:53,879 --> 00:31:55,209
C'est quoi, là ?

579
00:31:57,790 --> 00:31:58,890
C'est quoi ça ?

580
00:32:00,012 --> 00:32:02,085
Beaucoup d'argent
pour un mécanicien au chômage

581
00:32:02,127 --> 00:32:04,630
qui n'a pas été payé depuis des mois.
Où est la batterie ?

582
00:32:05,456 --> 00:32:07,091
Je sais pas de quoi vous parlez.

583
00:32:14,426 --> 00:32:15,224
Bouge pas.

584
00:32:18,895 --> 00:32:20,122
C'est quoi ce truc ?

585
00:32:20,511 --> 00:32:22,106
Combien de temps il lui reste ?

586
00:32:22,560 --> 00:32:24,317
Pas plus de trois heures.

587
00:32:24,650 --> 00:32:26,219
Même plutôt deux heures.

588
00:32:26,779 --> 00:32:29,405
Oui, c'est ça.
Je veux mon avocat.

589
00:32:29,677 --> 00:32:31,991
À ta place, je voudrais mon docteur.

590
00:32:32,890 --> 00:32:34,935
Tu souffres d'irradiation
après exposition

591
00:32:34,977 --> 00:32:36,996
à une batterie expérimentale
de la Marine.

592
00:32:37,111 --> 00:32:39,072
Tu sais ce que ça fait ?

593
00:32:39,454 --> 00:32:42,543
Tes cheveux tombent, ta peau boursoufle,
tu saignes par les orifices.

594
00:32:42,990 --> 00:32:43,961
Tous.

595
00:32:44,996 --> 00:32:47,381
Vous allez m'emmener à l'hôpital
alors ?

596
00:32:47,467 --> 00:32:50,801
Tu vas nous dire où est la batterie
et qui a saboté la voiture de Rush ?

597
00:32:52,095 --> 00:32:53,471
Il commence à transpirer.

598
00:32:55,335 --> 00:32:56,602
Hyperhidrose.

599
00:32:56,644 --> 00:32:59,249
- Comment ça ?
- Ton coeur va s'emballer.

600
00:32:59,291 --> 00:33:00,811
C'est la tachycardie.

601
00:33:00,897 --> 00:33:01,806
Tu le sens ?

602
00:33:02,117 --> 00:33:04,178
Si on l'emmène pas très vite
à l'hôpital,

603
00:33:04,220 --> 00:33:06,155
sa langue va enfler.
Ils devront l'intuber,

604
00:33:06,197 --> 00:33:08,301
- il ne pourra plus parler.
- Ma langue ?

605
00:33:08,343 --> 00:33:11,697
Vous devez m'emmener aux urgences.
C'est... c'est la loi.

606
00:33:12,262 --> 00:33:13,888
Je vous jure, je...

607
00:33:13,930 --> 00:33:15,910
je ne sais pas
qui a saboté la voiture de James.

608
00:33:16,240 --> 00:33:18,263
J'appréciais James.

609
00:33:18,330 --> 00:33:20,455
J'ai longtemps travaillé
pour sa famille.

610
00:33:20,784 --> 00:33:22,208
Même sans être payé.

611
00:33:22,292 --> 00:33:23,918
D'où le vol de la batterie ?

612
00:33:24,126 --> 00:33:27,032
Tu ne crois pas que tu dois à James
de nous dire où elle est ?

613
00:33:27,074 --> 00:33:28,074
Écoutez...

614
00:33:28,566 --> 00:33:30,508
je l'ai vendu à ce gars, Stringer.

615
00:33:31,403 --> 00:33:33,052
Il a dû disparaître à présent.

616
00:33:33,136 --> 00:33:35,971
- Avec du matériel valant des billions.
- Et pour moi ?

617
00:33:36,455 --> 00:33:38,735
J'ai été exposé à des radiations !

618
00:33:38,777 --> 00:33:40,309
J'ai besoin de soins.

619
00:33:40,991 --> 00:33:43,049
Je vais t'en donner deux, d'accord ?

620
00:33:43,338 --> 00:33:44,530
Ça t'aidera.

621
00:33:50,636 --> 00:33:51,862
Voilà, ça va mieux ?

622
00:33:53,144 --> 00:33:54,740
Ce sont des bonbons à la menthe.

623
00:33:55,127 --> 00:33:57,743
Ne jamais sous-estimer l'importance
d'une bonne hygiène buccale.

624
00:33:57,829 --> 00:34:00,014
- Allons-y.
- J'ai été irradié ou pas ?

625
00:34:00,056 --> 00:34:01,414
Non, laissez passer.

626
00:34:01,697 --> 00:34:03,541
Ça y est, c'est fini.

627
00:34:03,901 --> 00:34:05,155
Posez les crayons.

628
00:34:05,808 --> 00:34:08,230
C'est fini, M. Walinski.

629
00:34:09,565 --> 00:34:12,918
Vous serez informés
des résultats par mail.

630
00:34:13,463 --> 00:34:14,349
Et...

631
00:34:15,025 --> 00:34:16,805
conduisez prudemment.

632
00:34:18,022 --> 00:34:20,046
C'était sympa.

633
00:34:22,583 --> 00:34:23,670
Sans blague.

634
00:34:27,010 --> 00:34:29,525
Vous voulez aller manger
quelque chose ?

635
00:34:30,231 --> 00:34:33,617
Ou un verre
pour célébrer notre diplôme ?

636
00:34:33,928 --> 00:34:35,128
Ce serait bien.

637
00:34:35,929 --> 00:34:36,897
Absolument.

638
00:34:39,509 --> 00:34:41,191
Non, j'ai quelque chose à faire.

639
00:34:41,476 --> 00:34:42,496
Demain ?

640
00:34:42,883 --> 00:34:45,583
Je pars pour les Bahamas, ce soir.

641
00:34:45,991 --> 00:34:47,418
Super. En vacances ?

642
00:34:47,705 --> 00:34:49,354
Des photos en maillots de bain.

643
00:34:51,577 --> 00:34:54,425
Ça serait des vacances
si je n'y allais pas seule.

644
00:34:57,397 --> 00:34:59,463
Si Stringer est futé, il est parti.

645
00:34:59,761 --> 00:35:00,799
Peut-être.

646
00:35:00,841 --> 00:35:03,614
Il ne doit pas se douter
de ce que cette technologie vaut.

647
00:35:03,807 --> 00:35:05,770
Si c'était le cas,
il la vendrait au plus offrant.

648
00:35:06,251 --> 00:35:08,546
Stringer est accro à l'adrénaline,

649
00:35:08,588 --> 00:35:10,779
il possède quelque chose
qui va lui donner l'avantage

650
00:35:10,821 --> 00:35:12,234
sur tous les autres pilotes.

651
00:35:12,592 --> 00:35:14,150
Il ne pourra pas résister.

652
00:35:14,438 --> 00:35:17,531
Le problème c'est qu'on ne sait pas
où va se passer la course.

653
00:35:17,823 --> 00:35:19,158
Non, mais il me semble

654
00:35:19,242 --> 00:35:21,890
que tu connais une fille pilote
qui le saura.

655
00:35:23,409 --> 00:35:24,370
T'as raison.

656
00:35:24,412 --> 00:35:27,337
Stringer a contacté Tokkan.
Il veut courir ce soir.

657
00:35:28,407 --> 00:35:29,752
On a peu de temps.

658
00:35:30,063 --> 00:35:31,799
C'est notre seule chance.

659
00:35:31,977 --> 00:35:33,984
Alors, ne la gâchons pas.

660
00:35:34,596 --> 00:35:37,927
J'ai fait quelques modifications
sur votre Challenger.

661
00:35:38,164 --> 00:35:39,220
Ma Challenger ?

662
00:35:39,434 --> 00:35:41,420
C'est votre voiture, Sam,

663
00:35:41,462 --> 00:35:43,724
mais Oncle Sam paie l'essence.

664
00:35:44,520 --> 00:35:46,265
Bref, ce n'est... ce n'est pas...

665
00:35:46,307 --> 00:35:48,354
un chef-d'oeuvre
de technologie navale,

666
00:35:48,438 --> 00:35:51,440
mais ça lui donnera
un petit boost, si besoin.

667
00:35:55,207 --> 00:35:56,403
Et ma voiture ?

668
00:35:56,748 --> 00:35:59,295
D'après ce que j'ai vu, M. Callen,

669
00:35:59,457 --> 00:36:01,492
vous n'avez pas besoin d'aide.

670
00:36:02,972 --> 00:36:03,828
Évidemment.

671
00:36:38,917 --> 00:36:39,962
Agent fédéral.

672
00:36:40,004 --> 00:36:42,700
Nick Stringer, à terre,
tout de suite.

673
00:36:46,788 --> 00:36:48,122
Tu devrais l'écouter.

674
00:36:48,206 --> 00:36:50,332
Du calme.
On est seulement là pour Stringer.

675
00:36:52,771 --> 00:36:53,836
Fais pas ça.

676
00:36:53,963 --> 00:36:55,674
Non.
Stop.

677
00:37:12,732 --> 00:37:15,691
Ce type n'a jamais lu
le manuel californien de la conduite.

678
00:37:23,483 --> 00:37:24,950
Ne pas mettre de clignotants,

679
00:37:25,036 --> 00:37:27,099
passer au feu rouge.
Au moins dix points.

680
00:37:27,141 --> 00:37:28,412
C'est pas le moment, G.

681
00:37:34,794 --> 00:37:38,172
- Je croyais que tu savais conduire.
- Je devrais peut-être jeter du lest.

682
00:37:40,966 --> 00:37:42,104
Ce type est doué.

683
00:37:42,468 --> 00:37:43,552
Très doué.

684
00:37:43,636 --> 00:37:45,143
- On l'est plus.
- On ?

685
00:37:56,690 --> 00:37:59,372
Allez, Hetty.
On va voir ce petit boost.

686
00:38:02,615 --> 00:38:04,531
Qu'est-ce qu'elle a fait ?

687
00:38:41,427 --> 00:38:42,476
À terre !

688
00:38:43,665 --> 00:38:44,613
Sans bouger.

689
00:38:46,066 --> 00:38:47,574
Vous avez mis quoi là-dedans ?

690
00:38:47,660 --> 00:38:50,164
Un truc si éblouissant
que ça t'a explosé les yeux.

691
00:38:50,206 --> 00:38:52,803
Et ton vol plané ? Allez tourne-toi.

692
00:38:53,890 --> 00:38:55,451
Mets tes mains dans le dos.

693
00:38:58,835 --> 00:38:59,628
Debout.

694
00:39:00,922 --> 00:39:01,880
Jackpot.

695
00:39:02,478 --> 00:39:03,732
On a la batterie.

696
00:39:09,993 --> 00:39:11,075
Et voilà.

697
00:39:11,741 --> 00:39:13,244
Stringer a tout avoué,

698
00:39:13,286 --> 00:39:15,042
sauf le meurtre de James Rush.

699
00:39:15,711 --> 00:39:18,147
- Rien d'étonnant.
- Je ne pense pas que ce soit lui.

700
00:39:18,297 --> 00:39:20,357
- Moi non plus.
- Si c'est pas lui,

701
00:39:20,648 --> 00:39:22,570
ni Keith, ni Alvares...

702
00:39:23,279 --> 00:39:24,653
qui voudrait Rush mort ?

703
00:39:25,196 --> 00:39:26,488
On a dû oublier quelqu'un.

704
00:39:27,473 --> 00:39:29,658
Quelqu'un qui ne voulait pas
qu'il fasse la course.

705
00:39:34,242 --> 00:39:36,373
- À quoi tu penses ?
- Une intuition.

706
00:39:51,302 --> 00:39:53,057
Je croyais
que vous deviez pas revenir.

707
00:39:53,741 --> 00:39:56,010
Je devais classer des dossiers
pour Keith.

708
00:39:56,575 --> 00:39:59,758
Comme c'est là, le garage va devoir
fermer d'ici la fin de la semaine.

709
00:40:00,246 --> 00:40:01,732
Je dois aller de l'avant.

710
00:40:02,458 --> 00:40:04,574
Keith m'a dit
que vous aviez eu Stringer.

711
00:40:06,233 --> 00:40:09,311
Alvares et lui voulaient la batterie.
Ils pensaient la revendre.

712
00:40:11,164 --> 00:40:12,170
Mais...

713
00:40:13,996 --> 00:40:16,455
ça n'explique pas
qui voulait votre frère mort.

714
00:40:17,141 --> 00:40:18,385
Et j'ai compris.

715
00:40:20,308 --> 00:40:22,544
Personne ne voulait sa mort.

716
00:40:22,687 --> 00:40:24,883
Mais lui faire arrêter les courses.

717
00:40:27,481 --> 00:40:29,051
On cherchait un ennemi.

718
00:40:31,172 --> 00:40:33,173
Alors qu'on aurait dû chercher
un proche.

719
00:40:34,337 --> 00:40:35,806
En qui il avait confiance.

720
00:40:36,771 --> 00:40:39,344
Et qui avait accès à sa voiture.

721
00:40:42,936 --> 00:40:43,941
Angela ?

722
00:40:49,391 --> 00:40:51,630
Je voulais juste que ça finisse.

723
00:40:54,464 --> 00:40:56,328
Qu'il arrête de faire des courses.

724
00:41:03,480 --> 00:41:05,546
J'ai déconnecté son injecteur NOX

725
00:41:05,724 --> 00:41:08,627
après qu'il ait fait
sa vérification.

726
00:41:10,783 --> 00:41:13,975
C'était supposé fuir,
sans faire de mal.

727
00:41:16,575 --> 00:41:19,607
Je ne savais pas
qu'il avait modifié sa batterie.

728
00:41:22,739 --> 00:41:24,976
J'essayais de le sauver.

729
00:41:25,994 --> 00:41:27,848
J'essayais...

730
00:41:39,179 --> 00:41:41,498
La Marine est soulagée
d'avoir récupéré sa technologie.

731
00:41:42,382 --> 00:41:44,021
Ils ne vont pas porter plainte.

732
00:41:44,187 --> 00:41:46,044
Bien.
Cette famille a assez souffert.

733
00:41:52,206 --> 00:41:53,969
- Où vous allez ?
- Nulle part.

734
00:41:54,055 --> 00:41:55,968
Vous allez essayer ta voiture ?

735
00:41:57,389 --> 00:41:59,391
0 à 100 en une seconde.

736
00:41:59,477 --> 00:42:01,226
Emmenez-moi ou je le dirais à Hetty.

737
00:42:01,919 --> 00:42:03,187
T'as quel âge, huit ans ?

738
00:42:06,067 --> 00:42:07,357
Mais tu conduis pas.

739
00:42:12,058 --> 00:42:13,280
Vous allez où ?

740
00:42:13,726 --> 00:42:15,032
- La planque.
- Une piste.

741
00:42:16,141 --> 00:42:19,620
On a une piste
et on l'interroge dans la planque.

742
00:42:19,903 --> 00:42:23,409
J'espère que vous mentez mieux
sur le terrain.

743
00:42:24,969 --> 00:42:27,121
- Je suis offensé.
- Dur.

744
00:42:27,854 --> 00:42:30,756
J'ai enlevé le compresseur
de la Challenger.

745
00:42:31,203 --> 00:42:33,886
- Pourquoi ?
- Je me le demande.

746
00:42:34,371 --> 00:42:36,175
Vous voulez faire
quelque chose d'utile,

747
00:42:36,217 --> 00:42:38,444
emmenez M. Callen dans un parking

748
00:42:38,486 --> 00:42:40,349
et apprenez-lui à conduire.

749
00:42:40,522 --> 00:42:42,893
D'accord,
je sais très bien conduire.

750
00:42:42,977 --> 00:42:45,455
Pas d'après l'auto-école.

751
00:42:45,497 --> 00:42:48,106
Ils viennent d'appeler.
Vous avez échoué.

752
00:42:48,491 --> 00:42:50,118
Comment t'as pu échouer ?

753
00:42:50,160 --> 00:42:50,977
Quoi ?

754
00:42:51,637 --> 00:42:53,300
J'étais sur une affaire.

755
00:42:54,017 --> 00:42:55,828
Tu as besoin d'un mot
pour ton prof ?

756
00:42:55,870 --> 00:42:57,437
J'aimerais un peu de soutien, là.

757
00:42:57,479 --> 00:42:59,612
J'ai renoncé aux Bahamas
pour être là.

758
00:43:20,320 --> 00:43:21,970
Il m'en faut un comme ça.

1
00:00:37,910 --> 00:00:39,220
Alvy, we're good.

2
00:00:39,550 --> 00:00:40,910
All bets are in.

3
00:00:40,910 --> 00:00:41,980
Let's go!

4
00:00:43,150 --> 00:00:44,310
Orange car, come up.

5
00:00:44,310 --> 00:00:45,390
Come up, come up, come up, come up.

6
00:00:45,390 --> 00:00:46,280
Good, good.

7
00:00:46,730 --> 00:00:48,060
Silver car, come up, come up.

8
00:00:49,190 --> 00:00:50,330
You're good, you're good.

9
00:00:51,260 --> 00:00:53,680
Let's go! Just go, baby. Let's go!

10
00:01:02,560 --> 00:01:04,630
Let's go, baby! Let's go!

11
00:01:31,780 --> 00:01:33,170
Let's get out of here!

13
00:02:00,880 --> 00:02:02,910
You really got to start
taking the freeway, man.

14
00:02:02,910 --> 00:02:04,110
I like taking the streets.

15
00:02:04,110 --> 00:02:05,310
No, you like being late.

16
00:02:05,310 --> 00:02:07,180
The freeway would have
gotten us here faster.

17
00:02:07,180 --> 00:02:09,290
Oh, that parking lot they call the 10?

18
00:02:09,400 --> 00:02:11,110
It's also known as the
Santa Monica Freeway.

19
00:02:11,110 --> 00:02:12,660
They have names as well as numbers.

20
00:02:12,660 --> 00:02:14,220
Well, Olympic's faster.

21
00:02:14,450 --> 00:02:16,960
You never take Olympic
before noon going west.

22
00:02:17,150 --> 00:02:18,110
What if it's a leap year?

23
00:02:18,630 --> 00:02:20,230
Sam here claims to know the name

24
00:02:20,230 --> 00:02:21,930
of every freeway in California.

25
00:02:21,930 --> 00:02:23,710
Oh, yeah? What about the 8?

26
00:02:23,710 --> 00:02:24,790
Ocean Beach Freeway.

27
00:02:24,920 --> 00:02:25,670
The 2.

28
00:02:25,670 --> 00:02:26,760
Glendale Freeway.

29
00:02:26,760 --> 00:02:27,670
215.

30
00:02:29,370 --> 00:02:30,190
Got him.

31
00:02:30,430 --> 00:02:31,790
Escondido Freeway.

32
00:02:31,790 --> 00:02:32,660
Bam!

33
00:02:37,230 --> 00:02:37,850
Oh, my God.

34
00:02:37,850 --> 00:02:38,680
Are you kidding?

35
00:02:40,000 --> 00:02:41,380
Nice geek chariot.

36
00:02:41,380 --> 00:02:43,530
Mock away, bipeds, but I have managed

37
00:02:43,530 --> 00:02:45,430
to shave 43 minutes of walking time

38
00:02:45,430 --> 00:02:47,230
that I can now apply to my work.

39
00:02:47,230 --> 00:02:48,280
43 minutes.

40
00:02:48,760 --> 00:02:50,720
- I bet he took the streets.
- Yeah, right.

41
00:02:52,460 --> 00:02:56,070
I'm a firm believer that what
you drive reflects who you are.

42
00:02:56,480 --> 00:02:57,510
Exactly.

43
00:02:57,930 --> 00:02:58,730
Whatever.

44
00:02:58,730 --> 00:03:00,150
And where you drive.

45
00:03:01,240 --> 00:03:03,300
Naval Yeoman James Rush,

46
00:03:03,300 --> 00:03:05,610
home on leave from San Diego Naval Base,

47
00:03:05,750 --> 00:03:07,700
died in an illegal street race

48
00:03:07,700 --> 00:03:09,960
in a stadium parking
lot early this morning.

49
00:03:10,850 --> 00:03:13,560
In our culture, some
consider it a rite of passage.

50
00:03:13,730 --> 00:03:15,150
Boys will be boys.

51
00:03:15,990 --> 00:03:17,070
Ouch.

52
00:03:18,890 --> 00:03:20,540
What was Rush's classification?

53
00:03:21,940 --> 00:03:23,140
Well, according to his file,

54
00:03:23,140 --> 00:03:26,380
he was working admin support
for the quartermaster's office.

55
00:03:26,380 --> 00:03:29,970
What's weird is Yeoman Rush's
file is heavily encrypted.

56
00:03:29,970 --> 00:03:31,850
What admin division is encrypted?

57
00:03:31,850 --> 00:03:33,890
The ones used to cover
something confidential.

58
00:03:34,580 --> 00:03:36,670
Eric, find out what he
was really working on.

59
00:03:36,830 --> 00:03:38,870
Well, it could just be
an unfortunate mishap.

60
00:03:39,110 --> 00:03:39,980
Maybe.

61
00:03:41,520 --> 00:03:43,640
But that encrypted personnel file suggests

62
00:03:43,640 --> 00:03:45,410
he was working somewhere classified.

63
00:03:46,380 --> 00:03:48,060
The other driver kept going.

64
00:03:48,870 --> 00:03:50,730
Never even tapped the brake.

65
00:03:51,040 --> 00:03:52,130
You think he was running?

66
00:03:52,300 --> 00:03:54,500
Tinted windows, no plates, no I.D.

67
00:03:56,870 --> 00:03:58,370
Tokkan One?

68
00:03:58,770 --> 00:04:01,140
Tokkan... it's Japanese.

69
00:04:01,320 --> 00:04:02,520
Means a lightning bolt.

70
00:04:02,870 --> 00:04:04,420
We need to find the other driver.

71
00:04:05,320 --> 00:04:06,500
Let's check out the crash site.

72
00:04:07,020 --> 00:04:07,840
Take Kensi.

73
00:04:10,250 --> 00:04:11,320
Yeah, you heard me.

74
00:04:11,320 --> 00:04:12,510
I know you're taking PCH.

75
00:04:12,510 --> 00:04:13,660
I'm not sitting in traffic.

76
00:04:13,660 --> 00:04:16,590
So, I'll find out everything
I can about Yeoman Rush.

77
00:04:16,710 --> 00:04:19,020
You two suck exhaust
for the next two hours.

78
00:04:19,020 --> 00:04:20,230
You suit yourself.

79
00:04:21,150 --> 00:04:21,900
Come on, Kens.

80
00:04:22,910 --> 00:04:25,100
Hey, what do you say we,
uh, stop for some doughnuts?

81
00:04:25,220 --> 00:04:26,480
I love doughnuts.

82
00:04:27,810 --> 00:04:29,660
You didn't say anything about doughnuts.

83
00:04:30,740 --> 00:04:32,270
There is nothing sexier

84
00:04:32,270 --> 00:04:34,430
than an empty sea of pavement.

85
00:04:35,480 --> 00:04:37,330
Given the rain, I'll take a hammock,

86
00:04:37,330 --> 00:04:39,500
a sunset and a secluded cove somewhere.

87
00:04:39,630 --> 00:04:40,820
Are you kidding me? Do you
know what the sand would do

88
00:04:40,940 --> 00:04:41,930
to your brake drums?

89
00:04:43,540 --> 00:04:44,370
What?

90
00:04:44,570 --> 00:04:46,360
Some people find nothing hotter

91
00:04:46,360 --> 00:04:49,070
than a racing engine and squealing tires.

92
00:04:49,240 --> 00:04:51,180
Well, if you're dating the Michelin Man.

93
00:04:51,860 --> 00:04:52,570
How you doing?

94
00:04:53,530 --> 00:04:54,410
Help you with something?

95
00:04:54,800 --> 00:04:56,200
Depends. Who are you?

96
00:04:56,200 --> 00:04:58,350
NCIS. Who are you?

97
00:04:58,350 --> 00:05:00,750
Allison Pritchet, Raydex Insurance.

98
00:05:00,750 --> 00:05:02,060
I've been assigned to this claim.

99
00:05:02,920 --> 00:05:05,170
What can you tell me
about what happened here?

100
00:05:05,340 --> 00:05:06,330
Nothing yet.

101
00:05:06,330 --> 00:05:08,080
Street racing's a growing problem.

102
00:05:08,210 --> 00:05:10,330
These kids spend more
than the car is worth

103
00:05:10,330 --> 00:05:13,120
making them go faster... and for what?

104
00:05:13,850 --> 00:05:14,950
Same reason some people

105
00:05:14,950 --> 00:05:16,700
spend a mortgage payment on their purse,

106
00:05:16,700 --> 00:05:17,560
I guess.

107
00:05:18,180 --> 00:05:19,350
I'd appreciate a copy

108
00:05:19,350 --> 00:05:20,650
of the report when it's done.

109
00:05:20,780 --> 00:05:21,790
Don't you file your own?

110
00:05:22,010 --> 00:05:25,410
We like to be thorough...
and professional.

111
00:05:31,250 --> 00:05:32,060
What was that?

112
00:05:32,350 --> 00:05:33,270
I know, right?

113
00:05:33,730 --> 00:05:34,620
I mean you.

114
00:05:35,830 --> 00:05:37,120
Me... me?

115
00:05:38,040 --> 00:05:39,630
She was acting weird, Callen.

116
00:05:40,900 --> 00:05:41,830
I don't trust her.

117
00:05:43,330 --> 00:05:45,770
I'm going to go talk to LAPD
about giving us the wreck.

118
00:05:45,770 --> 00:05:48,080
You... breathe a little bit.

119
00:05:49,800 --> 00:05:50,670
You're really funny.

120
00:05:54,170 --> 00:05:56,560
There and back in just
over an hour on the PCH.

121
00:05:56,560 --> 00:05:57,780
Booya!

122
00:05:58,410 --> 00:05:59,550
Oh. You got lucky.

123
00:05:59,930 --> 00:06:00,860
Where's my doughnut?

124
00:06:01,760 --> 00:06:03,270
I thought you were watching your figure.

125
00:06:04,290 --> 00:06:05,070
Okay.

126
00:06:05,790 --> 00:06:07,010
Oh, Mr. Callen.

127
00:06:07,460 --> 00:06:09,310
It seems you've been spotted again

128
00:06:09,310 --> 00:06:10,860
in a bit of a rush.

129
00:06:12,150 --> 00:06:13,490
Red light camera.

130
00:06:14,310 --> 00:06:15,410
Busted.

131
00:06:17,280 --> 00:06:18,710
I was chasing a suspect.

132
00:06:18,890 --> 00:06:19,680
Ah.

133
00:06:20,510 --> 00:06:21,340
Nope.

134
00:06:21,340 --> 00:06:22,800
That was... that was our day off.

135
00:06:22,800 --> 00:06:24,580
You were late picking
me up for the Kings game.

136
00:06:25,230 --> 00:06:26,840
No doughnut, no love.

137
00:06:27,350 --> 00:06:29,010
Maybe our buddy, Bernhart, from LAPD

138
00:06:29,010 --> 00:06:30,210
can help you out with that.

139
00:06:30,390 --> 00:06:32,490
Oh, he most certainly will not.

140
00:06:32,490 --> 00:06:34,230
Do you want to jeopardize this cover?

141
00:06:34,360 --> 00:06:36,170
You'll do what everybody else does

142
00:06:36,170 --> 00:06:38,490
- and go to traffic school.
- Yeah.

143
00:06:38,490 --> 00:06:40,260
Oh, it's no big deal...
you can do it online.

144
00:06:40,260 --> 00:06:41,680
- You'll love it.
- You can if you

145
00:06:41,680 --> 00:06:44,540
haven't had a conviction
in the previous 18 months.

146
00:06:44,540 --> 00:06:47,990
Unfortunately, this is number
three for Mister Callen,

147
00:06:48,160 --> 00:06:52,040
which means 16 hours of in-class study.

148
00:06:53,130 --> 00:06:54,210
Hetty, you're joking.

149
00:06:54,210 --> 00:06:55,290
Don't worry.

150
00:06:57,140 --> 00:06:59,590
I enrolled you in a comedy traffic school

151
00:06:59,590 --> 00:07:01,060
for the next two days.

152
00:07:01,750 --> 00:07:02,740
You didn't.

153
00:07:02,740 --> 00:07:04,070
Hetty, I'm working on a case.

154
00:07:04,570 --> 00:07:07,260
Sam and Kensi are more than capable

155
00:07:07,260 --> 00:07:10,000
of covering for you until you're finished.

156
00:07:10,960 --> 00:07:14,420
It starts in one half hour in Culver City,

157
00:07:14,420 --> 00:07:16,030
so you best be on your way.

158
00:07:16,170 --> 00:07:18,850
We don't want you breaking
the speed limit to get there.

159
00:07:18,850 --> 00:07:20,110
You might want to take the 90.

160
00:07:20,340 --> 00:07:21,200
Just saying.

161
00:07:21,200 --> 00:07:23,220
Which is the Marina Freeway.

162
00:07:23,640 --> 00:07:24,550
Ha.

163
00:07:25,130 --> 00:07:25,980
Booya.

164
00:07:29,640 --> 00:07:30,480
What do you got, Eric?

165
00:07:31,190 --> 00:07:33,130
A lot of people posted videos and photos

166
00:07:33,130 --> 00:07:35,200
of last night's action
on their social Web sites,

167
00:07:35,200 --> 00:07:36,970
so I'm just comparing the best of them.

168
00:07:39,650 --> 00:07:41,620
All right, a quick snap.

169
00:07:43,720 --> 00:07:44,830
Photo on the left.

170
00:07:45,110 --> 00:07:46,900
Okay. Shake...

171
00:07:47,540 --> 00:07:50,430
rattle, and we are rolling.

172
00:07:50,600 --> 00:07:52,060
Photosynth has stitched together

173
00:07:52,060 --> 00:07:54,090
all these random photos
from different sources

174
00:07:54,220 --> 00:07:57,490
and created one big
interactive 3-D image.

175
00:07:57,490 --> 00:07:59,280
We have a close-up of the explosion?

176
00:07:59,280 --> 00:08:01,730
Ask, and you shall receive.

177
00:08:02,600 --> 00:08:04,820
I pulled some audio from a video cam.

178
00:08:05,090 --> 00:08:06,900
You can actually hear Rush

179
00:08:06,900 --> 00:08:08,980
activate his pressurized NOS, but...

180
00:08:09,290 --> 00:08:11,160
there's no blinding acceleration.

181
00:08:11,160 --> 00:08:12,720
Just a blinding flash.

182
00:08:12,720 --> 00:08:13,510
Right.

183
00:08:13,830 --> 00:08:16,790
Which suggests the nitrous
never made it into the system.

184
00:08:16,920 --> 00:08:19,950
Rush ran a wet system,
which mixes nitrous...

185
00:08:19,950 --> 00:08:21,800
Nitrous and fuel into the intake. Right.

186
00:08:22,960 --> 00:08:25,060
Right... but when the system

187
00:08:25,060 --> 00:08:26,190
didn't get what it was expecting...

188
00:08:26,190 --> 00:08:29,290
Engine pressure built, temps
spiked, blew the engine.

189
00:08:29,460 --> 00:08:30,650
The lady knows her stuff.

190
00:08:30,780 --> 00:08:32,990
The lady also knows that a blown engine

191
00:08:32,990 --> 00:08:34,950
doesn't create this type of damage.

192
00:08:35,550 --> 00:08:38,060
To the naked eye, it looks
like the Mitsubishi explodes

193
00:08:38,060 --> 00:08:39,550
right after the Honda passes,

194
00:08:39,550 --> 00:08:41,940
but if we slow it down,

195
00:08:43,510 --> 00:08:46,810
it's actually a chain reaction
of two separate explosions.

196
00:08:46,980 --> 00:08:48,500
The first explosion is consistent

197
00:08:48,500 --> 00:08:50,940
with a blown engine,
resulting in a mild flare-up.

198
00:08:51,240 --> 00:08:52,950
What caused the second explosion?

199
00:08:53,520 --> 00:08:55,200
Rush was a master mechanic.

200
00:08:55,200 --> 00:08:57,530
He wouldn't have made a mistake
fitting that fuel system.

201
00:08:58,300 --> 00:09:01,200
So, are you saying that
Rush's car was sabotaged?

202
00:09:03,620 --> 00:09:06,270
Encrypted files, possible sabotage.

203
00:09:07,630 --> 00:09:10,180
I'm thinking this just
became a murder investigation.

204
00:09:31,120 --> 00:09:32,460
Good afternoon.

205
00:09:32,860 --> 00:09:34,720
I'm Mr. Loobertz.

206
00:09:34,970 --> 00:09:36,040
Welcome to the...

207
00:09:36,210 --> 00:09:39,380
Fun for All Traffic School.

208
00:09:42,690 --> 00:09:45,440
Now, I know some of you

209
00:09:45,800 --> 00:09:49,470
probably aren't real excited to be here,

210
00:09:50,010 --> 00:09:53,070
but I guarantee you it's
going to be a great day,

211
00:09:53,350 --> 00:09:55,700
because not only are we Fun for All,

212
00:09:55,700 --> 00:09:57,860
why, we're all for fun.

213
00:09:58,190 --> 00:10:01,330
We put the "Cool"

214
00:10:01,470 --> 00:10:03,700
in "School", don't you know?

215
00:10:04,750 --> 00:10:06,470
Wouldn't that be "Chool"?

216
00:10:06,880 --> 00:10:08,230
The "H" Is silent.

217
00:10:11,420 --> 00:10:12,580
I'm in 'ell.

218
00:10:18,650 --> 00:10:20,710
Now, the garage is a family business.

219
00:10:20,710 --> 00:10:22,520
Older brother, Keith,
younger sister, Angela.

220
00:10:22,690 --> 00:10:23,660
Financial records show

221
00:10:23,660 --> 00:10:25,780
they're one oil change
away from foreclosure.

222
00:10:25,780 --> 00:10:27,420
A link on Rush' Facebook page

223
00:10:27,560 --> 00:10:30,490
redirects to a site dedicated
to his racing victories.

224
00:10:31,700 --> 00:10:32,450
Hmm.

225
00:10:32,590 --> 00:10:34,120
Looks like Yeoman Rush
was a living legend.

226
00:10:34,870 --> 00:10:35,830
Yep.

227
00:10:35,970 --> 00:10:38,340
Now... just a legend.

228
00:10:46,010 --> 00:10:47,240
What is he supposed to do?

229
00:10:47,240 --> 00:10:48,470
What am I supposed to do?

230
00:10:48,590 --> 00:10:50,430
You don't understand.
We don't have the money.

231
00:10:50,580 --> 00:10:52,660
- We got to let him go.
- It's not right, Keith.

232
00:10:52,660 --> 00:10:53,700
Well, what do you want me to do?

233
00:10:53,700 --> 00:10:54,220
- We don't have a choice.
- Guys!

234
00:10:54,220 --> 00:10:55,910
Guys, guys, look, don't...

235
00:10:55,910 --> 00:10:56,760
don't worry about it.

236
00:10:57,000 --> 00:10:59,090
It's okay. All right?

237
00:10:59,540 --> 00:11:00,520
I'll be all right.

238
00:11:02,880 --> 00:11:03,920
Good luck.

239
00:11:04,290 --> 00:11:05,480
I'm sorry. We're closed.

240
00:11:05,480 --> 00:11:06,400
No, we're not.

241
00:11:07,100 --> 00:11:08,660
What can I do for you guys?

242
00:11:08,660 --> 00:11:09,980
Keith and Angela Rush?

243
00:11:10,140 --> 00:11:11,290
Yeah. Why?

244
00:11:11,490 --> 00:11:12,590
NCIS.

245
00:11:12,750 --> 00:11:14,570
We're here to talk
about your brother James.

246
00:11:17,440 --> 00:11:18,770
James was an angel.

247
00:11:19,360 --> 00:11:21,220
I remember on my eleventh birthday,

248
00:11:21,220 --> 00:11:23,540
I wanted a new bike, but
my dad couldn't afford it,

249
00:11:23,540 --> 00:11:25,540
so James built me one from scrap.

250
00:11:27,370 --> 00:11:28,610
He could build anything.

251
00:11:28,610 --> 00:11:30,090
Sounds like a great brother.

252
00:11:31,040 --> 00:11:32,020
The best.

253
00:11:33,080 --> 00:11:34,640
No matter how bad the situation,

254
00:11:34,640 --> 00:11:36,110
he was able to see the good in it.

255
00:11:36,110 --> 00:11:37,520
Even with this garage,

256
00:11:37,520 --> 00:11:39,540
he somehow made it all worth it.

257
00:11:40,460 --> 00:11:41,270
Now that he's gone,

258
00:11:41,270 --> 00:11:43,170
we should just sell it and move on.

259
00:11:43,170 --> 00:11:44,050
That bad?

260
00:11:44,710 --> 00:11:46,480
We're barely staying afloat.

261
00:11:46,670 --> 00:11:49,790
My mom's gone, my father's in jail.

262
00:11:50,420 --> 00:11:52,000
James dies last night,

263
00:11:52,000 --> 00:11:55,110
and Keith is still acting
as if it's business as usual.

264
00:11:55,110 --> 00:11:56,870
It's been rough around here lately.

265
00:11:58,050 --> 00:11:59,820
Sounds like your sister's had enough.

266
00:12:00,140 --> 00:12:03,470
Well, this garage has been
family-owned for 15 years.

267
00:12:03,470 --> 00:12:04,540
I mean, it's all we have.

268
00:12:05,120 --> 00:12:06,780
And if we sell it now, we'll have nothing.

269
00:12:07,110 --> 00:12:09,590
Angela doesn't see that, and
I'm not ready to tap out yet.

270
00:12:09,590 --> 00:12:11,780
Sometimes you got to stand
and fight for what you love.

271
00:12:13,410 --> 00:12:14,900
I've taken care of James and Angela

272
00:12:14,900 --> 00:12:16,450
since my dad got locked up.

273
00:12:17,290 --> 00:12:20,410
You know, it hasn't always
been great, but we've survived.

274
00:12:22,470 --> 00:12:24,800
Best thing I ever did was get
James to enlist in the Navy

275
00:12:24,800 --> 00:12:26,630
to keep him from winding
up like Dad, but...

276
00:12:27,800 --> 00:12:29,020
he couldn't stay away.

277
00:12:29,590 --> 00:12:31,400
So, what happened with your father?

278
00:12:32,630 --> 00:12:35,180
He's six years into a dime
for vehicular manslaughter.

279
00:12:35,990 --> 00:12:37,020
During a race.

280
00:12:37,300 --> 00:12:38,360
So you disapprove?

281
00:12:38,790 --> 00:12:41,010
Hell, no. I used to race, too.

282
00:12:41,570 --> 00:12:42,540
Why'd you give it up?

283
00:12:43,690 --> 00:12:45,740
I was planning on going pro, but...

284
00:12:46,960 --> 00:12:48,800
one thing led to another, and here we are.

285
00:12:50,130 --> 00:12:51,860
You know, I'm fighting
to keep this garage alive

286
00:12:51,860 --> 00:12:53,590
for Angela, whether she sees it or not.

287
00:12:54,560 --> 00:12:55,260
You know?

288
00:12:55,260 --> 00:12:56,040
I'm not gonna let

289
00:12:56,040 --> 00:12:57,660
my brother's murder force me into selling.

290
00:12:59,160 --> 00:13:00,950
What makes you think
your brother was murdered?

291
00:13:01,840 --> 00:13:03,700
The guy he was dragging, Silver Honda?

292
00:13:04,170 --> 00:13:05,010
What about it?

293
00:13:05,340 --> 00:13:06,230
Tokkan.

294
00:13:07,240 --> 00:13:08,740
He's been gunning for James for years,

295
00:13:09,220 --> 00:13:12,720
and when James enlisted,
Tokkan became the guy to beat.

296
00:13:12,740 --> 00:13:15,420
James returns, Tokkan's
back to being second best.

297
00:13:16,100 --> 00:13:17,810
Where can we find this guy Tokkan?

298
00:13:17,810 --> 00:13:19,200
Nobody knows who he is.

299
00:13:19,750 --> 00:13:23,250
Never shows his face, never
sticks around after he wins.

300
00:13:23,660 --> 00:13:24,870
The guy's a mystery.

301
00:13:25,850 --> 00:13:27,630
We're going to need to see
your surveillance tapes.

302
00:13:27,630 --> 00:13:29,260
See if anybody got to your brother's car.

303
00:13:29,260 --> 00:13:30,980
James wouldn't even let me near his car.

304
00:13:32,000 --> 00:13:33,370
Sibling rivalry?

305
00:13:35,760 --> 00:13:37,450
Seems stupid now, right?

306
00:13:38,760 --> 00:13:39,940
Got to admire their spirit.

307
00:13:39,940 --> 00:13:42,500
One tragedy after another,
and they just keep moving on.

308
00:13:42,500 --> 00:13:43,390
You have to.

309
00:13:43,390 --> 00:13:44,940
Otherwise, it eats you alive.

310
00:13:45,800 --> 00:13:47,370
She's funny. Crazy.

311
00:13:47,370 --> 00:13:48,000
Who?

312
00:13:48,330 --> 00:13:49,620
Hetty sent me a text.

313
00:13:50,140 --> 00:13:51,180
Hetty doesn't text.

314
00:13:51,370 --> 00:13:52,160
She may not hit you.

315
00:13:52,160 --> 00:13:53,380
She hits me all the time.

316
00:13:54,100 --> 00:13:55,330
About what?

317
00:13:55,330 --> 00:13:57,200
Dirty jokes mostly. In Latin.

318
00:13:57,250 --> 00:13:59,110
You should hear the one
about e pluribus unum.

319
00:13:59,110 --> 00:14:00,600
We're practically BFFs.

320
00:14:05,480 --> 00:14:08,020
B-T-W on
your left.

321
00:14:08,020 --> 00:14:10,530
This is exactly why Hetty
took away your pogo stick

322
00:14:10,740 --> 00:14:11,790
and your unicycle.

323
00:14:11,790 --> 00:14:15,240
Do you actually have something
for us, Ericus Annoyingus?

324
00:14:16,700 --> 00:14:18,330
I ran a check on Tokkan.

325
00:14:19,600 --> 00:14:22,420
The name is well known in
the world of street racing,

326
00:14:22,420 --> 00:14:25,000
but the guy has never
been caught or arrested.

327
00:14:25,720 --> 00:14:29,590
Then we've got Ratchet
head's mechanic, Omar Alvares,

328
00:14:29,710 --> 00:14:31,540
who's just been fired.

329
00:14:31,540 --> 00:14:33,860
He's not a street racer, but
he's got a criminal record

330
00:14:33,860 --> 00:14:36,620
for his involvement in
a chop shop in Inglewood.

331
00:14:36,860 --> 00:14:39,360
Uh, get us a list of his known
associates and family members

332
00:14:39,360 --> 00:14:41,010
and any guys that may
have done time with him.

333
00:14:41,900 --> 00:14:42,850
Rush Senior's in prison

334
00:14:42,850 --> 00:14:44,670
for killing someone in a street race.

335
00:14:44,800 --> 00:14:47,040
Maybe his son's murder
was some sort of payback.

336
00:14:47,270 --> 00:14:48,660
Need that file, too, Eric.

337
00:14:49,100 --> 00:14:50,020
Been there, done that.

338
00:14:50,020 --> 00:14:51,090
Check your e-mail.

339
00:14:51,710 --> 00:14:53,530
I told you this thing's
making me more efficient.

340
00:14:54,940 --> 00:14:56,820
They just dropped off Rush's Mitsubishi

341
00:14:56,820 --> 00:14:57,760
at the impound lot.

342
00:14:57,910 --> 00:14:59,610
- Or what's left of it.
- You want to work it?

343
00:14:59,970 --> 00:15:01,850
No. Go ahead. I'm gonna
send Callen an e-mail,

344
00:15:01,850 --> 00:15:02,990
make sure he's up to speed.

345
00:15:03,110 --> 00:15:04,110
Think he's having fun?

346
00:15:05,360 --> 00:15:06,540
Oh, yeah.

347
00:15:06,830 --> 00:15:10,420
Now, as you can see, the
California Driver's Handbook

348
00:15:10,420 --> 00:15:12,160
is well over 90 pages.

349
00:15:12,160 --> 00:15:15,450
That's a... that's a lot of
information for anyone to remember.

350
00:15:16,010 --> 00:15:18,210
But you know what isn't hard to remember?

351
00:15:18,780 --> 00:15:19,620
Anyone?

352
00:15:20,340 --> 00:15:21,150
Anyone at all?

353
00:15:21,150 --> 00:15:22,200
That... that's a question.

354
00:15:22,850 --> 00:15:23,700
Need a hint?

355
00:15:25,630 --> 00:15:26,590
All right.

356
00:15:27,140 --> 00:15:30,090
That's right. That's right.

357
00:15:30,240 --> 00:15:31,160
There you go.

358
00:15:31,460 --> 00:15:33,770
Go music, go lyrics.

359
00:15:34,400 --> 00:15:35,470
Yeah. Can you feel it?

360
00:15:35,470 --> 00:15:36,400
Fun For All...

361
00:15:36,400 --> 00:15:38,640
Yeah, Fun For All has broken each section

362
00:15:38,640 --> 00:15:40,760
down into songs, from rocking

363
00:15:40,760 --> 00:15:44,520
registration riffs to
insurance requirement raps.

364
00:15:44,520 --> 00:15:45,530
Wicky! Wicky! Wicky!

365
00:15:45,530 --> 00:15:46,330
Yeah!

366
00:15:46,450 --> 00:15:48,650
So there's something here for everybody!

367
00:15:48,870 --> 00:15:50,750
Someone shoot me, please.

368
00:15:51,730 --> 00:15:52,830
Give me a wrench.

369
00:15:56,880 --> 00:15:58,210
Whoa! Careful there, cowboy.

370
00:15:58,210 --> 00:15:59,810
This baby's suffered enough.

371
00:15:59,990 --> 00:16:01,870
Sorry. I didn't know you cared so much.

372
00:16:01,870 --> 00:16:03,100
Well, what can I say?

373
00:16:03,260 --> 00:16:05,050
Grease is my favorite perfume.

374
00:16:06,460 --> 00:16:07,900
So, tell me.

375
00:16:08,860 --> 00:16:10,650
How do you know so much about cars?

376
00:16:10,650 --> 00:16:12,760
Used to help my dad tune
his Nova on the weekends.

377
00:16:13,470 --> 00:16:14,340
In fact... Oh!

378
00:16:15,150 --> 00:16:17,210
I used to spend my
afternoons handing him tools

379
00:16:17,210 --> 00:16:18,740
and bringing him cold beers.

380
00:16:18,880 --> 00:16:20,000
That sounds like fun.

381
00:16:20,420 --> 00:16:21,230
Yeah.

382
00:16:21,780 --> 00:16:22,890
Every time he turned away,

383
00:16:22,890 --> 00:16:24,380
I'd adjust the carburetor on my own

384
00:16:24,380 --> 00:16:26,390
just so he could have a
surprise when he came back.

385
00:16:28,630 --> 00:16:30,020
This is not gonna work.

386
00:16:30,250 --> 00:16:31,340
Half-inch socket.

387
00:16:40,230 --> 00:16:41,330
Seriously?

388
00:16:42,850 --> 00:16:44,700
My dad and I never really worked on cars.

389
00:16:44,950 --> 00:16:45,860
He was more

390
00:16:45,990 --> 00:16:46,670
of a Lego guy.

391
00:16:46,670 --> 00:16:47,490
Hold on.

392
00:16:49,500 --> 00:16:50,660
Oh, I feel something.

393
00:16:59,400 --> 00:17:00,320
Oh, my God.

394
00:17:01,160 --> 00:17:02,190
What is it?

395
00:17:02,340 --> 00:17:03,180
I don't know.

396
00:17:03,630 --> 00:17:05,900
But I'm betting it's not
supposed to be in this car.

397
00:17:06,850 --> 00:17:08,650
Maybe Keith Rush can tell us what it is.

398
00:17:24,510 --> 00:17:25,530
Looks like no one's home.

399
00:17:27,140 --> 00:17:28,200
No one friendly.

400
00:17:34,730 --> 00:17:35,730
I'll take the back.

401
00:17:49,350 --> 00:17:50,020
Stop!

402
00:17:50,020 --> 00:17:50,720
Federal agent.

403
00:17:54,990 --> 00:17:56,830
It's kind of late for an oil change.

404
00:17:56,830 --> 00:17:58,270
You mind telling us
what you're doing here?

405
00:17:58,980 --> 00:18:01,650
I'm Commander Garrison Timmons,

406
00:18:01,940 --> 00:18:04,420
James Rush's commanding officer.

407
00:18:14,820 --> 00:18:16,160
James was a good kid.

408
00:18:16,160 --> 00:18:18,230
I was trying to pay my
respects to the family.

409
00:18:18,230 --> 00:18:19,310
Yeah, okay.

410
00:18:19,440 --> 00:18:23,000
I want to know exactly what
this is and how it works.

411
00:18:25,800 --> 00:18:26,830
Could not tell you.

412
00:18:28,040 --> 00:18:30,950
You dropped it in the
garage when you ran away.

413
00:18:30,950 --> 00:18:34,430
I'm sure there's all kinds of
fancy equipment inside there.

414
00:18:34,580 --> 00:18:36,070
It's a garage.

415
00:18:36,210 --> 00:18:37,560
All that other fancy equipment

416
00:18:37,560 --> 00:18:39,190
doesn't have your prints all over it.

417
00:18:39,190 --> 00:18:40,190
That does.

418
00:18:41,180 --> 00:18:41,930
Excuse me.

419
00:18:52,710 --> 00:18:54,010
Uh, whoa. What are
you... what are you doing?

420
00:18:54,010 --> 00:18:55,540
Give him what he came for.

421
00:19:05,890 --> 00:19:06,810
How about this?

422
00:19:07,580 --> 00:19:09,340
You wouldn't know what this is, would you?

423
00:19:09,860 --> 00:19:12,290
As a matter of fact, yes.

424
00:19:13,330 --> 00:19:14,650
Where's the other one?

425
00:19:18,050 --> 00:19:19,340
James was working

426
00:19:19,340 --> 00:19:21,900
on an advanced
lithium-ion battery system.

427
00:19:21,900 --> 00:19:23,930
Ultra lightweight, high-powered,

428
00:19:24,190 --> 00:19:26,000
never needs to be replaced.

429
00:19:26,740 --> 00:19:27,940
Unstable,

430
00:19:28,420 --> 00:19:30,900
but if perfected, worth billions.

431
00:19:34,830 --> 00:19:36,320
Two of the units went missing.

432
00:19:36,510 --> 00:19:38,350
When I heard about the
crash, I got worried.

433
00:19:38,350 --> 00:19:39,010
Why?

434
00:19:39,170 --> 00:19:40,790
James was the kind of R&D guy

435
00:19:40,790 --> 00:19:42,310
who liked to get his hands dirty.

436
00:19:42,820 --> 00:19:46,310
It wasn't unusual for him
to test stuff out on his own.

437
00:19:46,310 --> 00:19:47,520
The battery system.

438
00:19:47,890 --> 00:19:50,070
It dramatically increases efficiency

439
00:19:50,070 --> 00:19:51,580
in the combustion cycle.

440
00:19:51,580 --> 00:19:54,620
In effect, it would have
made the car go quicker, okay?

441
00:19:55,330 --> 00:19:58,090
I didn't want the Navy to
discover they were missing.

442
00:19:58,820 --> 00:20:00,560
I've come to retrieve them.

443
00:20:00,940 --> 00:20:01,980
And this?

444
00:20:02,470 --> 00:20:03,700
It's a dosimeter.

445
00:20:04,360 --> 00:20:07,640
It picks up the battery's
lithium-ion signature.

446
00:20:14,790 --> 00:20:17,850
This technology isn't
just worth a fortune.

447
00:20:18,400 --> 00:20:20,650
It would revolutionize our attack vehicles

448
00:20:20,650 --> 00:20:21,530
in the field.

449
00:20:22,360 --> 00:20:23,520
It's something we can't afford

450
00:20:23,520 --> 00:20:25,620
to have fall into the wrong hands.

451
00:20:26,280 --> 00:20:29,260
Well, well, well, if it
isn't our resident scofflaw.

452
00:20:29,390 --> 00:20:30,810
Hope you had a nice day off.

453
00:20:31,570 --> 00:20:32,760
Don't even start.

454
00:20:35,270 --> 00:20:37,550
If someone did sabotage Yeoman Rush's car,

455
00:20:37,740 --> 00:20:38,750
what was the motive?

456
00:20:39,110 --> 00:20:40,540
Could be a rival street racer,

457
00:20:40,750 --> 00:20:42,610
which puts this Tokkan One character

458
00:20:42,610 --> 00:20:43,730
at the top of our list.

459
00:20:43,730 --> 00:20:45,200
All right, what about Rush's C.O.?

460
00:20:45,340 --> 00:20:47,670
He came clean too quick.
I think he's legit.

461
00:20:48,820 --> 00:20:50,270
And the missing high-tech battery?

462
00:20:50,420 --> 00:20:52,050
On our way to search the garage.

463
00:20:52,550 --> 00:20:53,490
Good morning.

464
00:20:54,020 --> 00:20:55,540
How long does it take a car

465
00:20:55,540 --> 00:20:57,950
traveling at 35 miles per hour

466
00:20:58,070 --> 00:20:59,660
to stop, Mr. Callen?

467
00:21:00,650 --> 00:21:01,760
200 feet.

468
00:21:03,050 --> 00:21:04,430
Try 210.

469
00:21:06,260 --> 00:21:08,360
How can someone so small be so...

470
00:21:08,360 --> 00:21:09,520
It's just traffic school.

471
00:21:09,520 --> 00:21:10,450
How bad can it be?

472
00:21:11,100 --> 00:21:13,200
You remember the Libyans
that took us off the trawler?

473
00:21:13,200 --> 00:21:13,980
Really?

474
00:21:14,120 --> 00:21:15,530
The Libyans didn't sing.

475
00:21:15,670 --> 00:21:16,530
There's singing?

476
00:21:16,530 --> 00:21:17,580
And puppets.

477
00:21:18,460 --> 00:21:19,370
I'm sorry.

478
00:21:20,450 --> 00:21:22,270
Oh, good morning, Speed Racer.

479
00:21:23,170 --> 00:21:25,200
Did you get my last text?

480
00:21:25,200 --> 00:21:27,970
O-M-G, Hetty.
Hilarious.

481
00:21:29,030 --> 00:21:30,980
Hope you're watching the time.

482
00:21:31,740 --> 00:21:33,530
Last day and all.

483
00:21:33,670 --> 00:21:37,570
Remember, hands at 9:00 and 3:00.

484
00:21:38,980 --> 00:21:40,170
00 and 2:00.

485
00:21:43,060 --> 00:21:44,010
Hang in there, buddy.

486
00:21:47,700 --> 00:21:48,490
It's a battery.

487
00:21:48,490 --> 00:21:50,380
I've never seen this before.

488
00:21:50,620 --> 00:21:52,520
And Keith would know more
about this sort of thing.

489
00:21:52,520 --> 00:21:54,260
You can ask him when he gets back.

490
00:21:55,670 --> 00:21:58,040
- Mind if I take a look around?
- No.

491
00:22:00,490 --> 00:22:02,680
You know where we can find Omar Alvares?

492
00:22:03,730 --> 00:22:04,920
Uh, South Central?

493
00:22:05,090 --> 00:22:06,250
He's always moving.

494
00:22:07,750 --> 00:22:10,360
This must be a lot for you
guys to handle on your own.

495
00:22:10,870 --> 00:22:12,400
I hate street racing.

496
00:22:12,530 --> 00:22:15,350
I begged James to stop,
but he wouldn't listen.

497
00:22:15,580 --> 00:22:16,750
Men are idiots.

498
00:22:17,550 --> 00:22:18,700
Sometimes.

499
00:22:19,190 --> 00:22:20,660
And after what happened to our father,

500
00:22:20,660 --> 00:22:22,010
you'd think he would have...

501
00:22:23,160 --> 00:22:25,590
He just couldn't stop racing.

502
00:22:25,590 --> 00:22:26,460
Nothing here.

503
00:22:27,980 --> 00:22:29,550
You know where we can find Keith?

504
00:22:30,730 --> 00:22:34,380
He said he was making a parts
run, but parts run for what?

505
00:22:34,380 --> 00:22:36,240
It's not like we've gotten any customers.

506
00:22:36,240 --> 00:22:37,450
Well, where do you think he went?

507
00:22:37,770 --> 00:22:38,770
I'm not sure.

508
00:22:38,770 --> 00:22:41,230
I tried calling his cell,
but he didn't answer.

509
00:22:41,640 --> 00:22:43,690
I'm worried he's out
there looking for Tokkan,

510
00:22:43,690 --> 00:22:44,930
and if he finds him...

511
00:22:46,660 --> 00:22:48,560
I can't lose another brother.

512
00:22:48,850 --> 00:22:51,640
Your brother needs to contact
us the moment he gets back.

513
00:22:53,840 --> 00:22:57,310
And so that is why it is essential

514
00:22:57,560 --> 00:22:58,800
that you carry them...

515
00:22:59,030 --> 00:23:01,030
at all times.

516
00:23:02,270 --> 00:23:04,310
Isn't that right, Mr. Walinski?

517
00:23:06,140 --> 00:23:07,870
Mr. Walinski.

518
00:23:10,140 --> 00:23:12,080
Mr. Walinski.

519
00:23:13,280 --> 00:23:14,390
Essential.

520
00:23:14,670 --> 00:23:15,550
I got it.

521
00:23:18,090 --> 00:23:20,190
So insurance...

522
00:23:20,190 --> 00:23:20,870
Mandatory,

523
00:23:20,870 --> 00:23:23,300
Mr. Walinski, mandatory.

524
00:23:24,020 --> 00:23:26,380
What if you modified your
car for street racing?

525
00:23:26,530 --> 00:23:27,600
Anyone familiar

526
00:23:27,600 --> 00:23:31,230
with the California insurance
reference manual knows that

527
00:23:31,380 --> 00:23:34,450
street racers cannot be insured.

528
00:23:34,450 --> 00:23:36,480
As a matter of fact, street racing

529
00:23:36,480 --> 00:23:38,400
or any other negligent act

530
00:23:38,540 --> 00:23:40,970
voids an insurance policy altogether.

531
00:23:41,300 --> 00:23:42,270
Yes, sir.

532
00:23:46,170 --> 00:23:48,330
I hope those are notes, Mr. Walinski.

533
00:23:51,600 --> 00:23:52,720
Callen was right.

534
00:23:52,850 --> 00:23:54,830
Rush didn't have a policy with Raydex.

535
00:23:55,010 --> 00:23:56,720
In fact, as far as I can tell,

536
00:23:56,900 --> 00:23:59,390
he didn't have a policy
with anyone outside the navy.

537
00:23:59,540 --> 00:24:01,720
Well, what about the
insurance agent that we met?

538
00:24:01,720 --> 00:24:02,820
Doesn't exist.

539
00:24:02,820 --> 00:24:03,990
Raydex has no one by that name

540
00:24:03,990 --> 00:24:05,920
and didn't have an agent
in the area yesterday.

541
00:24:05,920 --> 00:24:07,960
Well, Alvares' last
known address was bogus,

542
00:24:07,960 --> 00:24:09,790
but his list of
acquaintances probably isn't.

543
00:24:10,090 --> 00:24:11,260
Who does Alvares trust?

544
00:24:11,260 --> 00:24:12,690
He was cell mate for a guy for three years

545
00:24:12,690 --> 00:24:14,600
by the name of Dwight Johnson.

546
00:24:14,730 --> 00:24:17,070
Cell mates tend to get
close when they're locked up

547
00:24:17,070 --> 00:24:18,220
if they don't kill each other first.

548
00:24:18,220 --> 00:24:20,140
Well, wait, Johnson has
a place in Echo Park.

549
00:24:20,430 --> 00:24:22,290
What about the case against James' father?

550
00:24:22,430 --> 00:24:24,470
Let's see, the person Rush Sr. Killed

551
00:24:24,470 --> 00:24:26,930
was homeless and nameless.

552
00:24:26,930 --> 00:24:28,070
Body was never identified.

553
00:24:28,070 --> 00:24:29,990
Making the chances of
this being payback slim.

554
00:24:30,400 --> 00:24:31,170
I got him.

555
00:24:31,990 --> 00:24:32,710
I got him.

556
00:24:32,710 --> 00:24:33,620
Alvares?

557
00:24:33,810 --> 00:24:34,780
Tokkan's car.

558
00:24:34,780 --> 00:24:36,850
He just turned off the
105 into El Segundo.

559
00:24:36,980 --> 00:24:38,230
Kensi, separate cars.

560
00:24:38,230 --> 00:24:40,040
Eric, talk us in, don't lose him.

561
00:24:43,370 --> 00:24:44,210
Where is he, Eric?

562
00:24:44,210 --> 00:24:45,000
I don't see him.

563
00:24:45,240 --> 00:24:47,340
He's right in front of you,
turning into the refinery.

564
00:24:47,540 --> 00:24:48,780
He's accelerating, Sam.

565
00:24:49,430 --> 00:24:50,830
I got him, but we've been made.

566
00:25:03,190 --> 00:25:04,240
I'll try and get ahead of him.

567
00:25:46,360 --> 00:25:48,030
Federal agents! Out of the vehicle!

568
00:25:48,030 --> 00:25:49,440
Hands where I can see 'em now!

569
00:25:50,140 --> 00:25:51,030
Now!

570
00:26:13,220 --> 00:26:14,530
College student,

571
00:26:15,230 --> 00:26:17,520
wealthy family, no record.

572
00:26:18,580 --> 00:26:19,990
Allysia Takada.

573
00:26:19,990 --> 00:26:21,950
AKA insurance agent.

574
00:26:21,950 --> 00:26:23,390
Aka Tokkan.

575
00:26:23,640 --> 00:26:24,540
Basically, you're just

576
00:26:24,540 --> 00:26:26,560
a spoiled rich kid from Palos Verdes.

577
00:26:26,560 --> 00:26:27,990
And the secret identity was all part

578
00:26:27,990 --> 00:26:28,930
of the game, right?

579
00:26:30,400 --> 00:26:31,810
Except this isn't a game.

580
00:26:33,200 --> 00:26:34,370
A man is dead.

581
00:26:36,810 --> 00:26:38,650
Did the frustration
of losing to James Rush

582
00:26:38,650 --> 00:26:39,870
finally escalate to murder?

583
00:26:43,230 --> 00:26:44,270
You wanted the title.

584
00:26:47,310 --> 00:26:49,070
Top racer on the set.

585
00:26:49,070 --> 00:26:50,100
TokkanOne.

586
00:26:50,520 --> 00:26:51,720
Lightning bolt, right?

587
00:26:52,920 --> 00:26:56,380
Except James was faster, so
you, or one of your buddies...

588
00:26:56,380 --> 00:26:57,730
you rigged his car and you killed him.

589
00:26:57,730 --> 00:27:01,930
No, no, James and I were competitive,

590
00:27:01,930 --> 00:27:03,230
but I didn't kill him.

591
00:27:06,440 --> 00:27:08,260
I was in love with him.

592
00:27:11,810 --> 00:27:14,550
I was so happy when James joined the navy.

593
00:27:16,170 --> 00:27:17,650
He ever tell you what he was working on?

594
00:27:18,280 --> 00:27:19,150
Not really.

595
00:27:19,670 --> 00:27:22,020
He liked that it was top secret stuff.

596
00:27:22,210 --> 00:27:23,990
He told me he had a trick up his sleeve

597
00:27:23,990 --> 00:27:25,500
and challenged me to race him.

598
00:27:25,630 --> 00:27:27,440
Was he the only one who
knew you were Tokkan?

599
00:27:27,660 --> 00:27:29,840
Tokkan was James' idea.

600
00:27:30,470 --> 00:27:32,650
None of the guys would race a woman.

601
00:27:33,200 --> 00:27:35,150
You know guys and their egos.

602
00:27:35,150 --> 00:27:37,660
If you loved him, why didn't
you stop when he crashed?

603
00:27:37,990 --> 00:27:41,230
Because I knew he couldn't
survive something like that.

604
00:27:42,820 --> 00:27:44,990
I just kept driving around all night.

605
00:27:44,990 --> 00:27:47,280
I didn't want to face what had happened.

606
00:27:48,260 --> 00:27:50,770
I didn't go back until the next day.

607
00:27:52,130 --> 00:27:53,460
Did he have any enemies?

608
00:27:53,850 --> 00:27:57,010
If anyone wanted to make sure
James didn't finish a race,

609
00:27:57,010 --> 00:27:58,140
it would be Stringer.

610
00:27:58,400 --> 00:27:59,200
Stringer.

611
00:27:59,870 --> 00:28:02,060
Drives a pearl-black Chevelle.

612
00:28:03,520 --> 00:28:06,970
He lost to James earlier
and was pretty pissed.

613
00:28:08,120 --> 00:28:10,750
There was a lot of bad blood between them.

614
00:28:11,150 --> 00:28:12,220
You have a first name?

615
00:28:12,940 --> 00:28:16,270
Nick Stringer... biker, car
thief, and all-around badass...

616
00:28:16,270 --> 00:28:18,160
moves around the country, city to city,

617
00:28:18,330 --> 00:28:19,230
stays long enough to show up

618
00:28:19,230 --> 00:28:20,400
on the local law enforcement radar

619
00:28:20,400 --> 00:28:21,790
before moving on.

620
00:28:22,320 --> 00:28:25,390
When he's not racing, he's
either betting on races

621
00:28:25,390 --> 00:28:27,300
or stealing cars to race.

622
00:28:27,430 --> 00:28:30,050
Warrants read like a Zagat
guide to illegal street racing.

623
00:28:30,450 --> 00:28:32,580
There, pearl-black Chevelle.

624
00:28:33,170 --> 00:28:34,260
And there's Stringer.

625
00:28:34,480 --> 00:28:37,270
Unfortunately, being at a race
isn't enough to charge him.

626
00:28:37,670 --> 00:28:38,750
Who's he talking to?

627
00:28:40,030 --> 00:28:41,090
Eric, step frame.

628
00:28:41,950 --> 00:28:42,830
Now blow it up.

629
00:28:43,590 --> 00:28:44,590
Right there.

630
00:28:45,590 --> 00:28:46,580
The reflection.

631
00:28:50,510 --> 00:28:51,550
Keith Rush?

632
00:29:00,890 --> 00:29:01,810
Two on one, huh?

633
00:29:02,150 --> 00:29:03,090
On the ground.

634
00:29:03,500 --> 00:29:04,370
On the ground.

635
00:29:04,370 --> 00:29:06,180
Ho, no, don't, don't shoot.

636
00:29:06,360 --> 00:29:07,680
There's gasoline everywhere.

637
00:29:08,410 --> 00:29:09,470
Don't do it.

638
00:29:09,470 --> 00:29:10,510
Don't be stupid.

639
00:29:19,390 --> 00:29:20,570
Where's Angela?

640
00:29:21,900 --> 00:29:24,480
She said she wouldn't
come to the garage anymore.

641
00:29:24,810 --> 00:29:27,230
Well, she is the one with the
brains in the family, isn't she?

642
00:29:27,820 --> 00:29:28,800
So who are they?

643
00:29:29,140 --> 00:29:30,920
They work for a guy named Stringer.

644
00:29:31,140 --> 00:29:32,730
The guy you were with at the race?

645
00:29:33,340 --> 00:29:34,580
Keith, why didn't you tell us

646
00:29:34,580 --> 00:29:36,470
you were there the night
your brother got killed?

647
00:29:36,600 --> 00:29:37,830
You get jealous of the golden boy

648
00:29:37,830 --> 00:29:39,760
while you were stuck at home
taking care of the family?

649
00:29:40,290 --> 00:29:42,330
Maybe you decided to
do something about it,

650
00:29:42,730 --> 00:29:44,850
like maybe mess around
with your brother's engine.

651
00:29:45,040 --> 00:29:47,120
No way, I was there because
I wanted to bet Stringer

652
00:29:47,120 --> 00:29:48,720
that James would beat Tokkan.

653
00:29:48,870 --> 00:29:50,240
It was a safe bet.

654
00:29:50,390 --> 00:29:51,590
James had the fix in.

655
00:29:51,590 --> 00:29:52,460
He had this...

656
00:29:52,460 --> 00:29:53,350
Naval battery?

657
00:29:54,780 --> 00:29:55,590
Yeah.

658
00:29:56,040 --> 00:29:57,550
He said it guaranteed him the win.

659
00:29:58,700 --> 00:29:59,550
Well, it didn't.

660
00:29:59,550 --> 00:30:00,480
It's what killed him,

661
00:30:01,050 --> 00:30:03,250
that in combination with his NOS system.

662
00:30:04,750 --> 00:30:07,910
I was going to use the money to
help fix this garage up, but...

663
00:30:08,660 --> 00:30:11,910
now I owe the bank and Stringer,
and I, I just don't have it.

664
00:30:12,450 --> 00:30:13,570
How much you in for?

665
00:30:15,080 --> 00:30:16,250
$70 k.

666
00:30:16,650 --> 00:30:17,850
Where's the other battery?

667
00:30:18,750 --> 00:30:20,130
I didn't know there was another one.

668
00:30:21,960 --> 00:30:22,990
I swear to God.

669
00:30:22,990 --> 00:30:24,600
Okay, your mechanic.

670
00:30:24,770 --> 00:30:26,490
Where can we find Omar Alvares?

671
00:30:27,160 --> 00:30:27,970
I don't know.

672
00:30:32,120 --> 00:30:34,660
Omar runs with Los Locos Lowriders.

673
00:30:35,020 --> 00:30:35,680
You find them,

674
00:30:35,680 --> 00:30:36,550
you'll find him.

675
00:30:37,970 --> 00:30:38,640
Eric,

676
00:30:38,990 --> 00:30:41,910
I need a list of known hangouts
for Los Locos Lowriders.

677
00:30:41,910 --> 00:30:44,190
Mr. Walinski, you're
approaching an intersection

678
00:30:44,190 --> 00:30:46,360
where the traffic signals
are malfunctioning.

679
00:30:46,360 --> 00:30:47,430
What will you do?

680
00:30:48,080 --> 00:30:48,780
Yeah.

681
00:30:48,780 --> 00:30:50,660
Callen, Sam and Kensi are going

682
00:30:50,660 --> 00:30:53,070
after the Ratchetheads'
mechanic Omar Alvares.

683
00:30:53,220 --> 00:30:54,870
Mr. Walinski.

684
00:30:54,870 --> 00:30:56,220
All right, great, keep me posted.

685
00:30:56,220 --> 00:30:59,030
For shame, Mr. Walinski, for shame.

686
00:30:59,190 --> 00:31:00,830
Shouldn't he be wearing a seat belt?

687
00:31:23,970 --> 00:31:24,860
I hope this works.

688
00:31:24,860 --> 00:31:26,150
It's possible we're too late.

689
00:31:29,060 --> 00:31:30,500
Omar Alvares?

690
00:31:34,670 --> 00:31:35,510
Calm down.

691
00:31:35,680 --> 00:31:36,450
Where you going?

692
00:31:36,750 --> 00:31:37,830
Put your hands on the hood.

693
00:31:40,480 --> 00:31:42,740
Federal agents. Stay back. Don't get cute.

694
00:31:54,030 --> 00:31:55,120
What you got in here, huh?

695
00:31:57,790 --> 00:31:58,820
What is this?

696
00:32:00,340 --> 00:32:02,210
That's a lot of cash for
an unemployed mechanic

697
00:32:02,210 --> 00:32:03,420
who hasn't been paid in weeks.

698
00:32:03,590 --> 00:32:05,000
Where's the naval battery, Omar?

699
00:32:05,720 --> 00:32:07,070
Look, I don't know what
you're talking about.

700
00:32:14,790 --> 00:32:15,560
Hey, hey. Stay still.

701
00:32:18,520 --> 00:32:19,970
Wha... what is that thing, huh?

702
00:32:20,650 --> 00:32:21,960
How long do you think he's got?

703
00:32:22,550 --> 00:32:24,650
I'd say no more than three hours.

704
00:32:24,800 --> 00:32:26,090
I'm thinking closer to two.

705
00:32:26,640 --> 00:32:28,000
Yeah, right, man.

706
00:32:28,170 --> 00:32:29,720
Look, I want my lawyer, okay?

707
00:32:29,720 --> 00:32:32,160
Buddy, if I were you, I'd want my doctor.

708
00:32:32,160 --> 00:32:32,970
Yeah.

709
00:32:33,120 --> 00:32:34,930
You've got radiation
sickness from exposure

710
00:32:34,930 --> 00:32:37,090
to an experimental naval battery, Omar.

711
00:32:37,320 --> 00:32:38,890
You know what radiation sickness does?

712
00:32:39,560 --> 00:32:41,550
Your hair falls out, your skin blisters,

713
00:32:41,550 --> 00:32:43,000
you bleed from every orifice.

714
00:32:43,130 --> 00:32:44,230
Every orifice.

715
00:32:44,470 --> 00:32:47,530
Okay, so y... you're going to
take me to the hospital, right?

716
00:32:47,680 --> 00:32:49,310
You going to tell us
where the naval battery is

717
00:32:49,310 --> 00:32:51,040
and who sabotaged James Rush's car?

718
00:32:52,300 --> 00:32:53,730
I think he's starting to sweat.

719
00:32:54,470 --> 00:32:55,210
- Huh?
- Yeah.

720
00:32:55,470 --> 00:32:56,730
It's hyperhydrosis.

721
00:32:56,730 --> 00:32:57,880
Wha... wha... what do you mean?

722
00:32:58,030 --> 00:32:59,350
Your heart should be racing by now.

723
00:32:59,350 --> 00:33:00,850
That's tachycardia setting in.

724
00:33:01,000 --> 00:33:01,790
You feel it?

725
00:33:02,430 --> 00:33:04,300
You know, if we don't take
him to the hospital fast,

726
00:33:04,300 --> 00:33:05,360
his tongue's going to swell up.

727
00:33:05,360 --> 00:33:07,210
They'll have to intubate,
he won't be able to talk.

728
00:33:07,330 --> 00:33:08,270
My... my... my tongue?

729
00:33:08,410 --> 00:33:10,460
Look... look, you gotta take
me to the emergency room, man.

730
00:33:10,860 --> 00:33:11,930
That's... that's the law.

731
00:33:12,340 --> 00:33:13,930
Seriously, guys, look, I... I don't...

732
00:33:13,930 --> 00:33:16,080
I don't know anything
about sabotaging James' car.

733
00:33:16,240 --> 00:33:18,190
Look, I liked James, man.

734
00:33:18,350 --> 00:33:20,480
Look, I worked for his
family for a long time.

735
00:33:20,890 --> 00:33:22,440
Even when they couldn't pay me.

736
00:33:22,440 --> 00:33:24,190
Is that why you stole the naval battery?

737
00:33:24,330 --> 00:33:26,030
Come on, Omar, don't you
think you owe it to James

738
00:33:26,030 --> 00:33:27,150
to tell us where it is?

739
00:33:27,150 --> 00:33:28,020
Look...

740
00:33:28,570 --> 00:33:30,740
I sold it to this cat
named Stringer, okay.

741
00:33:31,580 --> 00:33:33,170
Stringer's probably a ghost by now.

742
00:33:33,170 --> 00:33:34,920
With billions in naval technology.

743
00:33:35,250 --> 00:33:36,220
Hey, what... what about me, huh?

744
00:33:36,550 --> 00:33:38,260
I got... I got radiation poisoning!

745
00:33:38,260 --> 00:33:39,950
- Come... come... I need medical attention.
- Hey. Hey, hey, hey.

746
00:33:41,120 --> 00:33:42,980
I'm going to give you two of these, okay?

747
00:33:43,450 --> 00:33:44,390
This'll help you.

748
00:33:50,760 --> 00:33:52,160
All right. Better?

749
00:33:53,250 --> 00:33:55,030
Man, these are breath mints.

750
00:33:55,230 --> 00:33:57,970
Never underestimate the
importance of good oral hygiene.

751
00:33:58,120 --> 00:33:58,770
Let's go.

752
00:33:58,770 --> 00:34:00,130
Do I got radiation poisoning or not?

753
00:34:00,130 --> 00:34:01,770
No. Make a path.

754
00:34:01,910 --> 00:34:03,580
That's it. Time's up.

755
00:34:04,010 --> 00:34:04,980
Pencils down.

756
00:34:05,880 --> 00:34:08,150
All the way down, Mr. Walinski.

757
00:34:09,730 --> 00:34:11,510
You'll be informed of your scores

758
00:34:11,510 --> 00:34:12,790
via electronic mail.

759
00:34:13,500 --> 00:34:14,280
And, hey.

760
00:34:15,060 --> 00:34:16,900
Drive safely out here.

761
00:34:18,060 --> 00:34:20,110
Well, that was fun.

762
00:34:21,480 --> 00:34:22,320
Yeah.

763
00:34:22,680 --> 00:34:23,420
No kidding.

764
00:34:27,050 --> 00:34:29,830
Would you like to grab a bite to eat?

765
00:34:30,300 --> 00:34:33,870
Maybe a drink to celebrate our graduation?

766
00:34:34,100 --> 00:34:34,940
I could do that.

767
00:34:36,150 --> 00:34:36,970
Definitely.

768
00:34:39,640 --> 00:34:41,020
Oh, no, something just came up.

769
00:34:41,750 --> 00:34:42,670
Tomorrow?

770
00:34:43,000 --> 00:34:45,690
I'm on the red-eye
tonight for the Bahamas.

771
00:34:46,040 --> 00:34:47,700
Nice. Vacation?

772
00:34:47,860 --> 00:34:49,370
Swimsuit photo shoot.

773
00:34:51,740 --> 00:34:54,370
Could be a vacation if I had some company.

774
00:34:57,600 --> 00:34:59,450
If he's smart, Stringer's moved on.

775
00:34:59,920 --> 00:35:00,630
Maybe.

776
00:35:00,910 --> 00:35:01,950
But he probably doesn't know

777
00:35:01,950 --> 00:35:03,960
what that battery technology's worth.

778
00:35:04,150 --> 00:35:06,290
If he does, he'll try to
sell it to the highest bidder.

779
00:35:06,420 --> 00:35:08,820
Stringer's an adrenaline
addicted personality

780
00:35:08,820 --> 00:35:09,950
who's got his hands on something

781
00:35:09,950 --> 00:35:12,500
that'll give him the edge
over anyone he races against.

782
00:35:12,660 --> 00:35:14,040
He won't be able to resist.

783
00:35:14,580 --> 00:35:15,600
Trouble is,

784
00:35:15,740 --> 00:35:18,020
we don't know where the
next street race takes place.

785
00:35:18,020 --> 00:35:19,320
We don't, but I believe

786
00:35:19,320 --> 00:35:20,880
you know a certain female street racer

787
00:35:20,880 --> 00:35:21,890
who can find out.

788
00:35:23,520 --> 00:35:24,430
You're right.

789
00:35:24,550 --> 00:35:26,100
Stringer contacted Tokkan.

790
00:35:26,100 --> 00:35:27,590
He wants to race her tonight.

791
00:35:28,350 --> 00:35:29,880
Very little time to set up.

792
00:35:30,110 --> 00:35:31,890
We're only going to
get one chance at this.

793
00:35:32,070 --> 00:35:33,880
Then let's not screw it up.

794
00:35:34,700 --> 00:35:37,190
Having said that, I've
made some adjustments

795
00:35:37,190 --> 00:35:38,190
to the Challenger.

796
00:35:38,340 --> 00:35:39,380
My Challenger?

797
00:35:39,560 --> 00:35:41,610
It may be your car, Sam,

798
00:35:41,610 --> 00:35:44,000
but Uncle Sam pays the gas.

799
00:35:44,530 --> 00:35:45,310
Anyway, it's... it's

800
00:35:45,310 --> 00:35:48,630
not state-of-the-art
naval technology,

801
00:35:48,630 --> 00:35:51,760
but it'll give it a little
extra oomph, if you need it.

802
00:35:55,230 --> 00:35:56,220
My car...?

803
00:35:56,760 --> 00:35:59,680
From what we've seen, Mr. Callen,

804
00:35:59,680 --> 00:36:01,740
you don't seem to need any help.

805
00:36:03,270 --> 00:36:04,220
I figured.

806
00:36:39,010 --> 00:36:40,070
Federal Agent.

807
00:36:40,070 --> 00:36:43,270
Nick Stringer, get
down on the ground, now.

808
00:36:47,100 --> 00:36:48,430
I'd do what the lady says.

809
00:36:48,430 --> 00:36:49,440
Everybody stay cool.

810
00:36:49,440 --> 00:36:50,540
We're only here for Stringer.

811
00:36:53,010 --> 00:36:53,900
Don't do it.

812
00:36:54,060 --> 00:36:54,800
Don't.

813
00:36:55,010 --> 00:36:55,630
Stop.

814
00:37:13,010 --> 00:37:16,030
Clearly, this guy hasn't read
the California driving manual.

815
00:37:23,640 --> 00:37:25,250
Failure to use a turn signal,

816
00:37:25,250 --> 00:37:27,280
running a red light? At least ten points.

817
00:37:27,280 --> 00:37:28,450
I'm a little busy here, G.

818
00:37:35,050 --> 00:37:36,350
I thought you knew how
to drive this thing.

819
00:37:36,350 --> 00:37:38,140
Maybe I should drop off
some of the dead weight.

820
00:37:41,220 --> 00:37:41,990
This guy's good.

821
00:37:42,900 --> 00:37:43,740
He's good.

822
00:37:43,870 --> 00:37:45,230
- We're better.
- We?

823
00:37:56,820 --> 00:37:57,990
Come on, Hetty.

824
00:37:58,240 --> 00:37:59,270
Show me what you got.

825
00:38:02,960 --> 00:38:04,590
What did she do to this thing?

826
00:38:41,650 --> 00:38:42,510
Down on the ground!

827
00:38:43,860 --> 00:38:45,010
Don't move.

828
00:38:46,190 --> 00:38:47,950
What the hell you got in that thing, dude?

829
00:38:47,950 --> 00:38:49,220
So far above your pay grade,

830
00:38:49,220 --> 00:38:50,260
you wouldn't recognize the view.

831
00:38:50,260 --> 00:38:51,550
How was your flight? Turn over.

832
00:38:51,960 --> 00:38:52,690
Turn over!

833
00:38:54,090 --> 00:38:55,350
Put your hands behind your back.

834
00:38:59,320 --> 00:39:00,090
Get up.

835
00:39:01,000 --> 00:39:02,150
Jackpot.

836
00:39:02,610 --> 00:39:03,670
We got the battery.

837
00:39:10,210 --> 00:39:11,130
And there you have it.

838
00:39:11,800 --> 00:39:13,150
Stringer copped to everything

839
00:39:13,150 --> 00:39:15,600
except killing James Rush.

840
00:39:15,850 --> 00:39:17,010
No surprises there.

841
00:39:17,180 --> 00:39:18,300
I don't think it's him.

842
00:39:18,480 --> 00:39:19,370
Neither do I.

843
00:39:19,550 --> 00:39:20,620
Well, if it's not him,

844
00:39:20,750 --> 00:39:22,350
it's not Keith, it's not Alvares...

845
00:39:23,470 --> 00:39:24,880
who would want Rush dead?

846
00:39:25,450 --> 00:39:27,190
Well, we must've missed an enemy.

847
00:39:27,680 --> 00:39:29,990
Somebody else that didn't
want him on that track.

848
00:39:34,440 --> 00:39:35,340
What do you got?

849
00:39:35,510 --> 00:39:36,390
Just a hunch.

850
00:39:51,600 --> 00:39:52,930
Thought you weren't coming back here?

851
00:39:53,780 --> 00:39:56,130
I had to get things sorted out for Keith.

852
00:39:56,700 --> 00:39:58,570
As it is, this place is
going to be a disaster

853
00:39:58,570 --> 00:40:00,030
by the end of the week.

854
00:40:00,280 --> 00:40:02,280
I have to move on with my life.

855
00:40:02,570 --> 00:40:04,610
Keith told me that you caught Stringer.

856
00:40:04,610 --> 00:40:05,330
Yeah.

857
00:40:06,390 --> 00:40:07,950
Him and Alvares went after the battery.

858
00:40:07,950 --> 00:40:09,300
They thought they could sell it.

859
00:40:11,080 --> 00:40:11,980
But...

860
00:40:14,120 --> 00:40:16,580
that doesn't explain who
wanted your brother dead.

861
00:40:17,360 --> 00:40:18,430
And then it hit me.

862
00:40:20,450 --> 00:40:22,430
It wasn't about who
wanted your brother dead.

863
00:40:22,810 --> 00:40:23,560
It was about who wanted him

864
00:40:23,560 --> 00:40:24,610
to stop racing.

865
00:40:27,660 --> 00:40:29,160
We were looking for an enemy.

866
00:40:31,290 --> 00:40:33,340
But we should've been
looking for a loved one.

867
00:40:34,460 --> 00:40:35,920
Someone he trusted.

868
00:40:36,880 --> 00:40:39,500
Someone with easy access to his car.

869
00:40:42,980 --> 00:40:44,030
Angela?

870
00:40:48,370 --> 00:40:51,720
I... I just wanted it to end.

871
00:40:54,510 --> 00:40:56,780
I wanted him to stop racing.

872
00:41:03,560 --> 00:41:05,910
I disconnected his NOS injector

873
00:41:05,910 --> 00:41:09,050
after he ran his pre-race inspection.

874
00:41:10,930 --> 00:41:14,480
It was just supposed to
bleed out, no harm done.

875
00:41:16,670 --> 00:41:18,330
He didn't tell me that he swapped out

876
00:41:18,330 --> 00:41:19,960
his battery system.

877
00:41:23,280 --> 00:41:24,580
I was just trying to save him.

878
00:41:25,750 --> 00:41:27,960
I was just trying...

879
00:41:38,780 --> 00:41:42,360
Well, the Navy's relieved
to get their technology back.

880
00:41:42,500 --> 00:41:44,310
And they're not going to pursue charges.

881
00:41:44,310 --> 00:41:46,290
Good. That family's suffered enough.

882
00:41:52,320 --> 00:41:53,110
Where you guys going?

883
00:41:53,110 --> 00:41:53,840
Nowhere.

884
00:41:54,230 --> 00:41:55,860
You're taking out the Challenger, right?

885
00:41:57,530 --> 00:41:59,870
Zero-to-60 before
you can sneeze.

886
00:41:59,870 --> 00:42:01,600
Take me with you or I'm telling Hetty.

887
00:42:02,070 --> 00:42:03,400
What is this, third grade?

888
00:42:04,920 --> 00:42:05,880
- Okay.
- Yes!

889
00:42:06,190 --> 00:42:07,370
But you're not driving.

890
00:42:12,150 --> 00:42:13,510
Going somewhere?

891
00:42:13,970 --> 00:42:15,150
- Boatshed.
- We got a lead.

892
00:42:16,370 --> 00:42:19,880
We... we have a lead and we are
questioning him in the boatshed.

893
00:42:20,020 --> 00:42:24,010
Oh, I hope you guys are
better liars out on the street.

894
00:42:24,140 --> 00:42:26,380
Hetty, I'm offended.

895
00:42:26,380 --> 00:42:27,400
Tough.

896
00:42:27,880 --> 00:42:31,090
I've removed the supercharger
from the Challenger.

897
00:42:31,410 --> 00:42:32,420
Why would you do that?

898
00:42:32,590 --> 00:42:34,320
Oh, jeez, I wonder.

899
00:42:34,490 --> 00:42:36,320
You want to do something constructive,

900
00:42:36,320 --> 00:42:38,520
take Mr. Callen out to a parking lot

901
00:42:38,640 --> 00:42:40,700
and teach him how to drive.

902
00:42:40,700 --> 00:42:43,080
All right, I happen to be a great driver.

903
00:42:43,080 --> 00:42:45,640
Not according to your Traffic School.

904
00:42:45,640 --> 00:42:47,220
They just called your alias.

905
00:42:47,220 --> 00:42:48,330
You failed.

906
00:42:48,520 --> 00:42:50,250
How could you fail traffic school?

907
00:42:50,250 --> 00:42:51,110
What?

908
00:42:51,770 --> 00:42:53,330
I was working on a case.

909
00:42:54,510 --> 00:42:56,050
What do you need, a note for your teacher?

910
00:42:56,050 --> 00:42:57,880
I'd settle for a little
appreciation, okay?

911
00:42:57,880 --> 00:42:59,490
I passed up the Bahamas to be here.

913
00:43:20,490 --> 00:43:22,390
I gotta get one of these.

Kensi fan de voiture : je l'aime de plus en plus elle! Et le stage de conduite de Callen alors ça c'était trop fort... sans parler de hetty sur son truc à roulettes à la fin: ce que j'ai pu me marrer !
